Friendly, prompt service. Before today I'd never seen a service provider on the ground to pull and patch a tire, but Dean did it with a smile on his face. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

I ve taken my Jeep to Wenzels a few times and have always been happy with the service and prices but recently with the low temperatures my car started making a noise and with a new baby at home we were nervous about it and on a whim called and they took us in right away and turns out it was a simple fix and we weren t charged for anything since it was just ice trapped underneath and we were out the door in 20 minutes! We were so grateful to have them help us in a rush and will also be returning now whenever we need maintenance done on our cars! Highly suggest them to anyone in need, great service, great prices and honest, good people working there! Thank you again Wenzels!

I had a screw puncture a tire and talked to Matt about ordering a new tire. Matt looked at the tire and convinced me to repair it instead of ordering a new one. He had it fixed in 30 minutes. He could have easily ordered a new tire and cost me over $200 more. That s service! Thanks Matt!

My mother went in for oil change and was told that the tires were unsafe because of metal belts showing. I check the tires and rub my hand all round 4 tires. Not once did I feel any metal belts poking through the inside of the tires. They tried to get $1700 in parts and labor for nothing.

This is the best garage ever! They are the most honest trustworthy service individuals I have ever encountered! I would and have strongly recommended them. They even diagnosed an issue but thought it might be covered under warranty so recommended I got to dealer. I did so but dealer was clueless until I gave them Wenzel's diagnosis!

Fast and polite. Clean shop. Made an appointment for an oil change over the phone for next day and was in and out under 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Highly recommend and will return.

We have been customers of Wenzel's since we moved to Winthrop Harbor 7 years ago. They have always been extremely reliable and reasonably priced. One. winter day I called the owner when my old truck wouldn't start when I was parked two towns away. He drove to my location, jumped the battery and wouldn't take payment. Mechanics like that are hard to come by.

They were rude, and wanted $65 to even find the problem. It's a clunk in the front end not too much work to find the problem. Went to dreyers instead I recommend everyone go there.

A place to be avoided. After their "certified" staff misdiagnosed a simple failed wheel bearing on my wife's vehicle while I was out of town; they charged her over a $1,000 to replace the struts and spring instead. It was a safety issue that was easily resolved at a much reduced cost by my non certified hands. A side note: immediately after leaving the shop, she realized that the problem wasn't solved so she brought it back. First they said to give it a while and it would be ok, and then they refused to take a look at it even tho they had just taken all that money from her. It was an extreme safety issue. They suck

I wanted to rent a motor home close to home. I called several times, no answer and stopped by during business hours once but no one was there. Sign said they would be back. Went to 83 RV instead.

let me start by saying Iv been a Chevy tech for 10 years but recently got out of the field to start my own business, so time isn't exactly one of the things I have a lot of. I went by Wenzel auto because it close by and Iv heard some solid things about the place. Wifes car was leaking coolant and I just don't have the time to mess around with it. Take up there and Kyle greets me and asks me the basic questions, the car gets taken around back and in no time they have come to the conclusion as to where the leak is coming from, thewater pump. Best part about being a ex tech you always are curious what kinda bs someone is gonna put on you because you use to play those games and you were the guy on the other side of he counter. Not the experience I was expecting at all. Kyle was a straight shooter no hidden fees no tip tapping around, just and honest answer and honest price. I will for sure be going back her for all my auto needs from here on out thanks so much Kyle.

3 trys to get my new wheels balanced correctly. Very expensive and not great on the communication. Nice people though.

This place is useless. Every question I ask them the answer is something along the lines of oh you would have to take that to this shop of go there fr that .
