Adam came out to the warehouse I was at to replace my air hoses and power cable. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. And he was quick at it too. Thanks for coming to the rescue. And just in case I messed up his name it was an Amazon truck in Seatac Washington

Stay away from these dishonest people.Their "mission""Our mission is to keep your fleet up and running. We understand the importance of reducing downtime and with new restrictions on hours of service every minute matters"LIERS.Stephanie was the one that sent the invoice, for $2300. I called her to dispute the 5.5 hrs they were charging when it should have been top 1 hrs for a job that their mechanic took 5.5 hrs, at some point they had 4 different mechanics trying to change a starter. THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Stay AWAY from these INCOMPETENT, who call themselves mechanics. They have no experience and their missions states they will get you out as soon as possible. They will triple charge you for the most simple job taking their time doing it, and even pretending the job is really hard to justify the long time they take to do a simple job.DISHONEST

Company was very profesional, towing truck driver was really profesional, the dispatcher was so profesional, but I don't understand how for an 8 miles tow I paid $1,323I was 11 miles from their shop, and they towed me 8 miles. Freaking ridiculous what I had to pay. The price is/was my only complaint.

I wanted to take a second to recognize top Customer care, they exceeded expectations, we had a small trailer that was not their specialty since it was a utility vehicle. We are beyond expectations we are so thankful they took care of us and assisted us when AAA failed us! Thank you again!

Complete Rip Off. We called them for a road side tire replacement. They charged us $1115 for a single tire replacement. Never seen such a high amount for a single road side tire replacement. Upon calling them, Daniel made no effort to reduce charges. Do Not Use.

These folks are excellent! Our tech was congenial and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did what needed to be done, which included a parts run, came back the next day and got us all fixed up. Highly recommend these folks! Office is very well run. Documentation and communication are top notch. Also very accommodating post-repair when I was working to get warranty reimbursement.

Tell you a price over phone then once towed give you 3x price once towed to their lot.. also reps say they will call you but never do and I dealt with about 3.. Maggie being the main who also started to get smart and yell when I say I m not paying the 687 when I was told 250.. and proceeds to say well I won t get my truck and manager who thinks he owns the place.. then proceeds to tell me since I m not getting work done there I had to get my part from other company they took it too.. I can go on and on.. just a heads up

Repair tech was very friendly and knew what he was doing, as with any truck break down.....it is very expensive, but tech definitely showed his pay grade thanks ALL FLEET

I m having to pay $600+ for a jump start for my Budget truck your fees are outrageous. The bill stated that the driver had left the inside light on . As the daughter of a mechanic who grew up in a shop fixing cars, there s no way that happened. I even had a conversation with the guy, and he mentioned it may not have been my fault. My tractor had broke down in Chicago, Illinois and Adam the tow truck driver was so Friendly, respectful and professional. Extremely excellent customer service skills. All Fleet will definitely get the job done!!! Very Very Satisfied Customer!!!

Do not use this service. Told us that a mechanic is available and it will take 90 minutes to get there. 90 minutes passed and then we are told it's going to take another 90 minutes plus an additional hour or so to get out there since the mechanic is at another call. Why lie about having a mechanic available? They are super expensive as everyone states but we were willing to take the costs as it is the weekend but reading all the other reviews about how they just show up and say they don't have the part or can't fix it and then charge you is probably true if they start lying right at the beginning.

just returned from being tried out for tech position there and its was horrible , shop very dark had a hard seeing while inside, young guy running the shop does well considering all he has to do , its very unorganized,but they do have good intentions, but you have no guarantee on being hired and you get 800 a week while going through training , housing is good while there, some techs need more training but to sum it all up could be a ok place to work if you had proper toolage so its pretty much a set up to fail , too hard to contact higher ups in management so when the shop isnt being run by the one appointed you have no clue on what has to be done, nice group of guys there could really be a good place , needs more oversight by management.

All Fleet Inc was amazing!!! Though it was not an applicable service listed when I called an asked if they would assist me in moving a couch and chair to my pickup truck they came with no questions asked. The 2 guys that came to help me were extremely friendly and courtesy. Thank you to everyone at All Fleet Inc for making this happen so quickly.

The purpose of this review is share the amount of the charges. Did All Fleet respond to the service call "yes", Did All Fleet complete the requested repairs "yes". Let's just say this if you have to ask "How much is this going to cost" then All Fleet will be too expensive for you. There is cost associated to do business and to run a business (understandable). It's when you are charged $1181.00 to replace a radiator hose clamp and add antifreeze (12 Gallons), it's outrageous. This repair has cost an entire weeks worth of wages. If you are an Owner Op and concerned with the cost of repairs then Cadillac All Fleet is not cost friendly. Call another shop. If you are a review person - take heed, you have been warned.

Hi we were at the shipper at appointment time trying to slide tandems and notice that one trailer has come off track on driver s side. Google search and everybody was booked up of course it s Saturday mornin, but came across these guys. Call them up got there service center online. Audrey was very kind and helpful. She got a mechanic to us right away and she explained the whole process before and afterwards. She also let me know they provid services in multiple states and email me a list as I requested. Thanks All Fleet we are very pleased with your service.. Lee Burrell

One of my drivers broke down at the Loves. Called All fleet to come out with their mobile mechanic let them know we were pretty sure it was the radiator . The guy showed up hooked up truck to computer it didn t work he then proceeded to fiddle around to waste time and run the clock. My driver ended up telling him to forget it because he was fixing nothing and the computer reader didn t work. We then needed to push truck into a spot at the Loves . We paid $2000 for absolutely nothing! Would not recommend using them . Their equipment doesn t work and their employees will try to run up the clock go elsewhere!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
