Wilmington Collision Center did an awesome job fixing some damage on my Jeep door. The door looks new, perfect match on the paint. We have had them do work several times and it always turns out perfect. Highly recommended. Casey is great to work with. Thanks Casey.

Wow -just WOW! My wife and I have gotten repairs for a variety of out of pocket/ non-insurance claim minor mistakes or touch ups on our cars, Casey and his team are amazingly polite, responsive, conscientious, professional, and their work is superb and efficient!

This local collision center has been around for a long time! When I was a child my grandparents used Wilmington Collision Center for all their automotive body work needs. Now, I am proud to say the same! They do absolutely flawless work and have a crew that has truly mastered their craft. When Casey works up a quote for me he usually comes in just a little under upon final payment-always trying to save me some money. Who doesn t love paying less than what was estimated!? If insurance is involved, this firm is not shy about calling out adjusters to verify that additional funding and/or repairs are needed! When my vehicles are finished they are washed and vacuumed upon picking up-cleaner than when I brought it in. If you are in need of some quality auto body repair work, you owe it to yourself to stop by and allow them the opportunity to quote! Supporting local business is very important to me, and, should be important to all of us within the community. Great, friendly, customer service. Fair prices. (and I have been told, they do awesome work) I have chosen Wilmington Collision to repair my vehicle. Part 2 of my comment, after the repair, will be 'forthcoming' . I have no doubt, I will be satisfied.

Casey and his crew are highly skilled, professional, and friendly. They treat you like family and really care about the work they do and it shows! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it, which was a huge relief after I accidentally scratched it up. Black can be hard to match, but they did a perfect job.I highly, highly recommend Wilmington Collision Center and won t hesitate to tell friends and family. Plus, they had a loaner car available, which is a HUGE help in still being able to do what you need to do while your car is in the shop. I d give them 10 stars if I could!

We took our car here, after being rear ended. First, the office personnel were super compassionate and professional. They gave us a very fair estimate. They treated us with nothing but kindness. Over a year ago my car was wrecked. Wilmington Collision Center helped me get a loaner car so I could get to work. They worked so fast and got my car done with in days. The repair job was Awesome. Looks brand new and can not tell it was ever damaged. Can't wait till next week to get my car detailed. I would never go to any other place. I would highly recommend Wilmington Collision Center to anyone who needs repair work or car detailing. They take very good care of their customers.

I couldn t be happier with they way I was treated and serviced today. I called to talk about getting my sunroof fixed on my vehicle. I was told to bring my vehicle by and they will see what they can do. My sunroof wouldn t seal shut. An hour later I showed up and the Sunroof was fixed for the time being and not taking in water or air. It took 10 mins. I ll be able to drive it around and be comfortable until I have the time to bring it back and get the sunroof replaced. It was a great way to start my weekend. My car had accident damage to both the front and back of the vehicle, and I didn't really know where to take it for repairs in this area. I'm so glad I called Wilmington Collision. I picked up my car today, and it looks brand new. They did a great job on the repairs and paint, cleaned it out for me, and set up my rental car so all I had to do was show up there and swap cars. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating to my work schedule, and helpful with my many questions. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this body shop to anyone I know! They are prompt and amazing at what they do! I dropped my car off Wednesday evening after someone rear ended me and got my car back Friday afternoon with no hassle at all. They had the rental car there for me and ready to go by the time I got there Wednesday. Not only does my car look brand new again, the inside looks super clean like it just came off the lot! Thanks a ton! I ll be sending everyone I know over!

Have had many experiences with them. Very friendly and care about the safety of you and your car. Able to get your car in fast and work on it as soon as they can. If they find anything else while working on it they are sure to call you and your insurance to inform you. When going to pick up the car they clean it up to make it look as if the inside is brand new. If you need a car they have very good deal with a car rental company. I tell all people to go if they ever need some work done.

I was referred to Wilmington Collision Center by a friend who knows a thing or two about cars. :) I have to say that all his praises of the owner Zach and his business are well earned. Its rare to find business with first class customer service, business ethics and superb quality of work by everyone employed there. I would give 10+ stars!! Thank you.

Casey took my car in on a Monday without an appointment, and installed my window motor and regulator, that I bought and tried to install. He fixed it and installed it, and the service was out of this world, not to mention Labor rate was very reasonable, THANKYOU. Highly Recommended.

I had the most wonderful experience bringing in my bumper to get painted here and honestly I would recommend to anyone that needs anything body or paint wise done to come here because everything was done professionally and accurate color match and Casey is the mastermind behind it all.

Wilmington collision is nothing but a much of scam artists who will take advantage of you and squeeze every penny out of your wallet. The manager Casey does not care about your safety, all he cares about it is how he can con you out of more money. I will never bring my service here ever again; do yourself a favor and bring your service to the next town over. I wish I could give these people 0 stars because they don't even deserve 1!

Car came back looking better than it did before the accident. Not sure if they always wash, wax, tire shine, and totally vacuum out a car but they did mine. Have used them multiple times, never an issue.

I was in a minor fender bender. Which my car was drivable. I took my car to wilmington collision. Estimate gotten. Scheduled got it in. And they got the parts got it back together.when i got it back my truck was cleaner than when i handed it in. Thank you so much.Tim
