These guys are the best. I have three vehicles that go in and out of there and they are always available to work on my car Pickup and van. Prices are reasonable. But the work is right on. My opinion is the best in Wilmington.

got a flat tire on a road trip with my boyfriend and stopped here to patch it up. we were met with such wonderful hospitality in the middle of a stressful situation and couldn t be more appreciative of the employees for their kindness and generosity helping us out! super affordable pricing and they were able to get everything fixed up in less than an hour. highly recommend :)

My famili has been going to Tire Tracks for almost 3 years. It started with a set of tires. Now we bring 4 cars for oil changes and repairs. Everyone likes Esteban. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working. This is definitely a well deserved 5 star rating.

As usual Esteban and his team at Tire Tracks did an awesome job and because of this I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. I will also continue to recommend this business to all of my family and friends in the area.

The staff was amazing all the way around very friendly and professional, They provided excellent service !! Also the wait time wasn t long at all especially for a walk in . I give 5 stars , thanks again Tire Tracks I ll definitely be back !!

When I arrived for a walk in oil change at 8:35a I was told one ahead of you and there was one other person in the lobby. I ve been sitting here for more than 50m, they haven t pulled my car in. Jordan hasn t said a word to me. Another oil customer walked in and was told one ahead of you, maybe an extra 15m and now he is sitting here too. I think it s a reasonable expectation that if it s going to be an hour or more wait that you let the customer know when they arrive. When Estaban was at the desk he did a better job of communicating and setting expectations

Can't say enough good stuff about this place. The staff is amazing, especially Esteban! They always fir me in , in emergency situations, there price is always fair and its never more then what they say it will be. Definetly a5 out of 5 experience everytime .

Overall, the experience was OK I am a little concerned that someone that works there plug a hole in a tire and I was told the tire was no good by the dealership because of the size of the plug and all so I went back and bought a new tire and had it replaced I don t know why the tech decided to try and plug it but it concerns me a little but once again service was good at least at the counter

They did awesome! Fixed my brake line in an afternoon. Wasn't too expensive. Prices very competitive. Professional and great work!

Pricing was absolutely terrible, I got charged $795 for $150 dollars worth of parts and 3 hours of their labor, so unless you think that $215/hour is reasonable for a mechanic don t go here. 2009 Honda accord starter, and a gasket. $495 for the starter ($100 part) and 400 for the gasket, $15-$35 dollar part. I really hope the owner sees this review and changes their way. Scum shop that over charges for bare minimum

Had a great experience at Tire Tracks. Pulled in because I had a tire that kept going low they looked at it right away. Found the problem and put on my spare until my new tires came in the next day. Tires arrived in the morning and around 11:30 they were put on. Very nice and helpful.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a slow leak in my tire, and then bam had a fast leak! Called all over trying to get in so I could get to a meeting. This place rocked, had it all fixed in about an hour or so. Thanks so much for saving the day!

The only mechanic shop I've used since I moved to the Wilmington area 9 years ago and I've never been disappointed. Great prices, super friendly, and honest staff. Highly recommend tire tracks in Wilmington!

These guys were great. Was in town after moving away two years ago. Stopped in just to see if they could do tires and a front end alignment on my Ram 2500. Boy they killed it. In under 2 hours they put on a set of Nitto tires and did the front end alignment. Best price ever!! Thanks for the funny conversation, and above and beyond service. Ya'll are the best!!
