I just bought my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox from them. It runs like a dream! We were greeted with warmth by Kristen the moment we arrived. Tony was stellar. He worked hard to find a car that fit my wants and financial situation. I never once felt pressure to buy anything. I highly recommend Prime Rides Auto Haus for anyone looking for a great used car and to be treated with kindness.

Just purchased a vehicle there today, and Tony was super helpful. We can't express enough how much he did to ensure that we were able to drive away with the car we wanted. Definitely will be coming back if we're in the market for another vehicle.

It was the fastest and easiest car purchase i ve ever made! Everyone there is real helpful and patient. I was nervous purchasing a car from a used car dealer, lots of them only care about making that sale. Prime Rides Autohaus was honest about any and all issues, what work has been done, etc. They weren t just worried about making a quick buck and sending me on my way with a broken car!! I found the perfect car that fits me and my family and at a good price!

Just got this Nissan from Prime Rides very nice people and very easy to deal with. They are seriously try hard to make the best of your car before leaving the lot. Car shopping was very stressful for us but we are glad we landed here. Thank you Tony, Tarver, Alex, Austin, all of them

I came here with ZERO idea of how the car process goes. I have gone with others but never for myself. When I say Tony went above and beyond... I mean it. I can not put into words how hard he worked to get a bank that would give a loan to someone with no credit. It took everything I had to keep it together. He was not pushy. He let me browse the lot at my own pace. He showed me the carfax for any vehicle I was interested in. He even gave me tips on how to build credit. I am a LIFER with this place. Shane made sure the car I bought was in TOP CONDITION when I left. They both pour themselves into their customers. Never in my life have I seen that anywhere else. I know people buy cars all the time but me being recently divorced at 49.. this was the first time I ever purchased my own car and I cried the entire way home...from joy. My Chevy Equinox rides like a dream. These men are trustworthy and good human beings. This is a very respectable place! Please give them a shot! You have my gratitude and respect. My experience with this dealership is a unique one in that, I have Never had a dealer tell me to go and look around at other vehicles before choosing his. My guy Tony was very personable and concerned about me as a customer being completely satisfied. He sold me the vehicle as if he were buying it himself. He went out of his way to correct things about my Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had missed and followed up on anything that I needed. He also threw in bonuses that were totally unexpected. If Prime Rides AutoHaus has it "BUY IT" and buy it now. As a matter of fact, as I was filling out the paperwork someone came in looking to purchase MY vehicle. This is a GREAT dealership stop buy and check out the inventory. You won't be disappointed.

I bought an audi ,Q7,and tony was acting good immediately he got my check,he change.i was give a fake two weeks warranty, less than a week I got the car my head light went out,I toke the car back,Tony said I have to pay for the repair, be very careful, once you drive off your on your own ,tony is very selfish person. The young lady is very nice.am checking some legal options. Please be careful with tony.

Purchased a truck from here. During the test driver there were not any problems the vehicle was very clean and in good condition. After I bought it I got maybe 15-20mins down the road and the check engine light came on. After taking it to a Ford dealer turns out it needs a new timing chain. I reached back out to prime rides auto and they were kind enough to help pay for the repairs.

Drove out to Wilmington on one of the coldest days in January 2024 to shop for some particular used cars. Great way to weed out cars not up to snuff for starting/running in sub zero temps. i had 8k plus taxes to budget- that was it. Prime Ridges has plenty of options for a tight budget whereas the local dealerships where i live all start north of 15k for used cars.I put those poor guys to cleaning off 3 cars and getting them started in sub zero weather. Found a great car at my price point. Kiersten was my sales associate and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. What she didnt know - she found out for me. no haggle pricing sign tends to go against most of us when buying a car but i did find the prices of cars i looked up below kbb/carfax prices.i got no complaints. put this place on your list of stops. you will likely find a diamond in the rough :)

I just went in two days ago and left with an amazing car, and a job as well. The people are really nice and always willing to help you out with what you need. He sold me a 2015 ford fiesta for 7,445 and it was going for 10,000 but had it priced wrong and stayed true to his deal. So run and get some cars

Recently I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry using the Car Fax App at Prime Rides Autohouse. Well, I have to say it was worth the 1-1/2 hour drive from Chicago to Wilmington, Il. Tony was so helpful getting my monthly payment down to what I had budgeted. Everything went perfectly fine, no stress, no pressure.The next day, I went to get my initial oil change and have my mechanic do an inspection of the car. During the inspection, my guy called me to come over to see what he found.When I got there, he pointed out that the right front wheel had some damage to the suspension. The tire was pushed back and the spring and strut were bent. I took a couple of pictures and sent them to Tony to show him what was going on. Without any hesitation whatsoever, he said to bring the car back and he would repair it.I brought the car back the next day. He already had some of the replacement parts.I needed a loaner to get back to the city and go to work while the repairs were being made. He hooked me up with a Kia Optima that I really liked.The Toyota was repaired and ready to be pick up in 4 days. All at no charge to me.You do not see service like that these days, what a pleasure to see that there are good people still out there.I would highly recommend checking out Prime Rides Autohouse if you are looking for good pre-driven car at a great price. It will be worth the drive!Mike Lash

I bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey here for a very good price. I took it to a mechanic who said it looked great for a 10-year-old vehicle. He also said he's looked at 3 other cars from this dealer, and they all checked out. Condition wasn't perfect (some dents/scratches, DVD player didn't work), but it was all minor stuff I didn't care about.Tony was very helpful with the buying process. Unfortunately, on my way home, the check engine light came on while I was driving on the highway. I brought it back, concerned that they might try to tell me it was my problem now. It was after closing, so their mechanic had gone home for the day, but Tony called him to troubleshoot the problem and he told me to come back the next day when his mechanic was in. I had a long drive home, so he gave me his personal cell to make sure I got home safely and even offered me his car charger when I told him my phone was about to die.The next day, his mechanic fixed the issue (failing ignition coil) and replaced all the spark plugs just in case. It's been driving great since! No used car dealer is going to have perfect inventory, but I was glad that this one worked to make things right even after they'd made the sale.

I bought this beautiful 2016 Sorento with 60k miles. My sales person Diego was amazing. Patiently Explained everything about this vehicle. We did not feel pressured at ALL. We looked at a few similar cars at other dealerships. This is by far the cleanest and lowest price on the market. Thank you Talal Thank you Diego. Highly recommend.
