Jonathon, the mechanic, was very kind, helpful and understanding. I had stripped a bolt on the tailgate of my Maverick and he took care of it in record time. So glad I bought my new truck here the service has always been amazing!

Had 4 new truck tires and a spare installed with an alignment. Quote was quick and accurate. Service was excellent and informative. Service manager offered discount I hadn t expected as well. My truck now runs perfect and is ready for tow season.

Vehicle had recall service notice. Dealership service department sent mechanic to my house to preform the recall work and lifetime free oil change. The mechanic was very personable and very professional. Thanks ! This was very convenient and at no charge!

I purchased my 2016 truck in 2018 / 2019 with an extended warranty. 1st time having an after market extended warranty - $100 deductable). The cruise control stopped working- the reason for the repair. Kayla (service) did a good job anticipating the work being done, and explaining the invoice. Kayla also explained my questions re: my cost ($197) vs my anticipated $100 deductable. B/C i wasn't picking up on the explanation (additional cost over the $100 deductable) Kayla forwarded my call to Mike (service manager). Mike did a good job explaing the current labor rates vs the after-market warranty allowance for labor rates.Thanks for taking the time to explain the invoice. Hopefully i wasn't a disgruntled customer that made the conversation uncomfortable. Looking at the total cost of the repair ($700 +) vs my cost at $197 im glad i had the coverage.My only complaint would be at minimum that difference in labor rates as a line item on the invoice to help simplify / clarify the difference in rates. Or honor the terms as outlined in the extended warranty as written.That being said- D'Orazio service, customer care, and quickness with repairs, service picking up / delivering my vehicle and overall customer service is really good. Kayla & Mike and shop service staff deserve "Thanks" . Long winded explanation, . Thanks for your help & short turnaround time.

I chose this dealership based on previous reviews - D'Orazio Ford exceeded my expectations. The service advisor helped me to utilize the Ford mobile app to get the car towed to the dealership, which I was unaware you could do. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and even delivered my car back to my residence when the service was complete. I will definitely use D'Orazio Ford as my preferred dealership.

I was driving down the road and I had my back window shatter. I pulled into the service department, and they had me back on the road the next day. (would've been same day but we had to wait for the glass with defrost). Can't say enough good things about service advisors Kayla and Dave. Thanks to Eric as well.
