I recently went to Shawnee Service Center to replace my rear turn signal bulb and get an oil change.Since I work remotely now, I do not drive as much as I used to. It started with a flat tire. They repaired it for me quickly and cautioned that all of my tires were old and the tread was very worn - which I could see. A month later, I had them put on a set of 4 new tires. Shawnee provided their usual prompt, efficient, excellent service.

Shawnee was recommended to me by a local friend. We had arrived from out of town with warnings about worn brake pads. Shawnee replaced them with little advance notice. Great service, great work! Dead battery from not being driven for the month of January. Came to pick up car to recharge and delivered next day. Always accommodating and efficientfor close to 50 years with all of our automobiles. Phil and George are the best!!!

This was hands-down the best service on my car I have ever received. My father is stationed in Germany with US forces, and I am alone here for college and not too familiar with cars. Many before have tried to scam me, coming up with all kinds of falsities about services I needed to have done, wanting thousands for their work on parts that only cost a hundred or less. But not Shawnee! Shawnee Service Center is honest, kind, and so helpful! I cannot recommend them enough. Not only did they not try to scam me with a bunch of faulty services needed, but the services I truly needed they priced extremely fair and were very communicative throughout the process. I will absolutely be coming back here and implore everyone else needing a car service to stop by!

Shawnee has cared for at least 5 of my cars. With their help, I was able to keep the last two for over 15 years. This was my first visit with my new car, so the tradition continues. As usual great service for a very difficult problem requiring the car to be towed in. Car ran flawlessly when they finished, though they warned me of possible more work if the check engine came on again. I wouldn t go anywhere else. These guys really know what they are doing.

I had a flat tire while driving across the country with all of my possessions packed into the car and another 7 hours to drive to reach my destination. The staff were extremely nice, ordered a tire to arrive within an hour or two, and changed the tire immediately when it arrived.Not only that, they recommended local places for me to visit while I waited, asked about my trip, and helped me load/unload things from the car so they could put the spare back. I can't think of another thing they could've done to be helpful.Service: Tires

Shawnee is the only place to take your vehicle. George is amazing and honest and Louie will clean your car like nobody s business. Shawnee offers great professional and highly trustworthy service. Phil and George worked with me on last second changes to my schedule on when I could bring my car in for a tune-up and minor repairs-for which Stewart did a great job. They are all comfortably communicative about repair options and maintenance. My air conditioning was not working and the team at Shawnee quickly diagnosed the problem. They always make an effort to explain my repair options and try to minimize costs. I've used Shawnee for years for our family cars and will continue to do so--only place we go. They're honest, trustworthy and do good, fast work. I've been using Shawnee for a very long time and my most recent time there. I had 3 problems and took 2 weeks to fix when I feel it should have taken 3 days not that it was their fault Phil the owner who s very nice expressed frustrations as well. Which I m glad they told me that. However what bothers me most is that I had squeaking brakes for I'll say the last 6 months to a year and it got worse and they said it was fine I feel this didn't really look at it. Which in a way my mother and myself was a big disappointed about Is my only con. So I went somewhere else for a second opinion on that issue and they said back brakes are weak and ordered a part of it. Honest feedback about the status of my brakes without scare tactics. They were honest on where I can wait and what might be higher priority without a hard sales push. Also, process on brakes is WAY better than anyplace else. George took the time to talk with me and explain things when I had questions. I never felt rushed or talked down to (which happens to women alot). Overall a great experience and wish I had gone to them sooner!Service: Brake service & repair

I had a damaged tire and went directly to Shawnee. They immediately took my car in, put on the spare, found and ordered a new tire, and set up installation for the next day. I have recently started going to Shawnee service after my mechanic George started working there. He has been my mechanic for 12 years. I followed him to Shawnee and what a difference with a top notch auto center!!! He always managed a great auto shop but the equipment and service at Shawnee was great. I also have to give a shout out to Rogers at the front desk. Down to earth and really nice. Highly recommend! Serviced Lincoln MKZ
