Great experience! Above and Beyond Service!This is our story: We come here for oil change frequently. Only last year we went to a different place. They over-tightened the plug - so that after our oil change at jiffy this year they couldn t tighten the plug properly. Next day we had an oil leak. Even though it wasn t jiffy s mistake, Eric and team took care of it next day and at a very fair price. That is what I mean with above and beyond service! Thank you!

These guys are awesome. New management. They've always been the the obvious local place to go for an oil change, and now I'll go to them first when I'm worried about anything. They recently changed my power steering fluid and a light that kept blowing. I was really worried about the car, and they couldn't have fixed things faster and for a good price.

Ji and Eric and Lalo were super courtious, very respectful, always been coming here to this Wilmette location, very professional, thorough with their work, great flow of teamwork and clear communication, smooth operation. They explained every service in detail and when I m due for other maintenance services, explained the top off policy, and just always a great experience. Quality Service

I can't believe this place is somehow still in business. I live steps away, so its location is convenient but the last three times I've tried to go here--all over the past year and during their listed business hours--it's either been closed (no employees on site), their "system is down", or "all the employees just quit on me." I went there the other day and the guy there offered to change my oil, only if I paid in cash. Seemed really shady. Even though it's convenient, I will not be bothering with this place from now on.

Best service I ve had Eric and Demetrius went above and beyond customer service. I was having a very very rough bad day until I came to get my oil changed and thought I would run into a bunch of issues and instead they made my day 100% better just by being so friendly, and giving me the upmost information on my vehicle that I didn t even know I will be coming back as long as they were here

Yes. Nick Miller at your Wilmette Il. Location was fabulous. However I originally tried to go to the Golf Rd. Location at 9:30 in the AM. No phone answered. Doors locked. People in cars lined up like a car wash. I m putting this in a review. And in an article for a franchise trade magazine. It would have been much worse if not for Nick Miller. He s a keeper!!!

Best Jiffy Lube around the north side hands down. Armani, Keiyasha, and Kelly were professional and friendly. They did a thorough job and didn t rush even though it was the end of their day. Thank you!Update: Still the best. Kaleb helped us change our headlight bulbs after we tried on our own. He jumped in and we were in and out in no time. Great team and great location.

I have not been to this location for over a year because it was run down and the previous staff/management was lacking in professionalism, trustworthiness, appearance, etc. Ji (not sure if he is an employee, manager or owner) has cleaned up the place, was very professional, seemed knowledgable and didn't give me a hard sale for things I didn't need. He explained the top off program/feature that nobody had previously explained. I'll def. be back.

Went in for an oil change like many years before. Team had to jump my car by the end of service and unsure why as the car was off for 15 minutes for the service. Then told I probably need a new battery. Started the car up and went home after the jump, but now the air vent towards the face is not blowing any air, which wasn t an issue prior to this service. Ji the manager told me that it has nothing to do with my service today but his team were the only ones who were under the hood in over 2 months, and that I probably need a new air filter. Been going here for years but definitely not anymore.

The guys were great. I was in and out so fast. Totally impressed. My regular service guys didn't have an opening and I was leaving town for a 7 hour drive. They discovered a bad connection with my wiper fluid reservoir and fixed it for me. Really impressed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The complex task was to change the light bulb. Check the picture what Jiffy Lube made out of it! One of the 2 screws is still somewhere in the inside of the body, bouncing around in each corner, a deep scratch in the color and the light housing is broken. Let's see on how good they are to get out of the mass, the first approach of customer escalation management haven't been very impressive....hopefully more positive to come!After 3 weeks still nothing - simply nothing. Store Manager is not able to order the light housing - SIMPLY RIDICULOUS!

JI did an amazing job with the oil change on the company's vehicle I'm driving. He had to deal with a fleet company on the phone while doing that and he handled everything very professional. It took over an hour for two people to perform a oil change on my car. It looked like only one person knew what they were doing and the other person cleaned the windshield three times. This is the poorest service I have ever received at this location. And the lobby floor was filthy. Constant turn over with staff at this location. This team is friendly and appears to be trying, but the state of the lobby and time spent on service is less than desirable. I will be looking for a new location.Service: Oil change

I am from out of town and was driving a rental car . A warning light came on my car and one of my tires had dropped 10 pounds. I was on Green Bay road and spotted Jiffy Lube and pulled in. Andre greeted me and said he could help me out. I was in a total panic thinking I was going to have a flat tire in a rental car and my Angel Andre filled up my tire and just made my day. Fastest oil change I've had. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Checked all my fluids, told me what I needed, and I was in and out in 20 minutes tops. Highly recommend.

Ji was so great! He was fast and was informative about what I was getting into my vehicle and also advised me on a filter changed, which I didn t even know was a thing! It also helped that he was friendly, I ll be back!

This location was great! I met 3 of the staff members yesterday and told me what was wrong with my car from the oil plug, air filters, and etc. They were friendly, helpful, and worked well together. Fast and efficient and didn t give me the run around like other locations. I will definitely be going back to this location from here on out as long as these 3 are there.Service: Oil change
