I had a very pleasant time at this dealership. I was very satisfied with the service that Justin gave me. Professional, honest, friendly. For years I wanted to buy my dream car and Justin made the process very smooth. He is very professional and a great salesman. I had a great time there, the cars, oh my good so many nice cars they have. Thanks to everyone at high line auto sale! I love my car! I do recommend this dealership

Recently purchased a used Tesla Model 3 Long Range, and the process was fairly quick and seamless, especially considering that the car only showed up at the shop that morning and I arrived and drove it off the lot all within the afternoon!Not only was this my first time buying a Tesla, it was my first time buying a car. Throughout the process, Justin Konrath was extremely helpful, making sure the car was washed and ready to test drive as soon as I expressed interest in the Tesla, answering questions about the car, charging, and loan, and following up a week later to check in to make sure things are going well with the vehicle.Thanks!

Had a fantastic painless experience with Justin K. He was extremely patient and helpful throughout this entire process and made sure the end result was me getting my vehicle. Cannot believe how well this process went being a first time out of state purchaser it was nerve racking at first. Everything turned out great and Justin helped walk me through each step and expectation along the way. Beats the hell out of an in person dealership visit any day! Absolutely more than just a 5 star rating for this dealership hands down.

I recently purchased a 2019 Tesla M3SR+ from Justin couple of weeks ago. He was informative and fairly transparent about Tesla vehicles. The car was in good condition and clean and had a good auto report. I upgraded from a 2004 Nissan Altima lol, still drive it but it's on its last legs :(The Deets:I was expecting the price would be higher due to tax, title, license plate which it was. However the dealership fee/ cosmetic damage fee seemed unnecessary.Justin was able to work with me a little bit on the price and Highline auto sales definitely do have the lowest and best prices in Midwest so that was appreciated.Justin found a way to get me Tesla insurance right away since my current insurance would not cover the vehicle and was overpriced. I went ahead and financed my vehicle since there is a 2k limit on credit card. I chose to opt out of the warranty. Overall I had a positive sales experience.Car:The car is amazing, sleek, and looks great, I've gotten many compliments on it. I don't get anywhere close to the range of 200mi, mainly because of the colder weather and just overall battery drain. I don't have a garage or driveway so I do outside charging.IMPORTANT: For Tesla vehicles older than 2021 they cannot be charged at superchargers besides Tesla. If you get the adapter it still won't work. You must get a CCS1 retrofit from Tesla, which costs about $400 and they provide you with the adapter, they just started doing this for model 3s. I also spent about $2-300 on accessories such as USB base, screen protector, mats, plate holder, and seat covers which were mostly necessary. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and hope this information and review helps others!

So I have never been to an inside dealership before to purchase a car. As soon as I met Ray/Sam I felt very comfortable to be there and to buy from them. Ray was great from the start and did a great job all the way through the process. From start to finish it went as smooth as I could ve hoped for. I will have no problems recommending family and friends to Highline Autos. They gave me a very above fair value for my trade in and I was very happy that there was no number playing around. We found a car that we really liked at a really good value. I dragged my family from Atlanta, all the way to Chicago to buy this car. Ray knew I was coming from a long day of travel to buy the car so he made the process extremely seamless. We would have been out of the dealership in 15 minutes, but all the staff were so friendly and hospitable we ended up staying a bit longer to chat with them. Ray showed us around the show room and made sure my wife and daughter were comfortable after our long journey. Overall a great car buying process, I hope to be back to Chicago to buy another car in the near future!

Scott was an absolute joy to work with. He held the car for us while we made travel plans from Georgia to pick it up. He went above and beyond and presented factual info regarding the car so we could make an informed decision, from many miles away. I was shopping around for a new vehicle and saw this business online. I reached out to them with an initial offer late at night and they got back to me early the next day. Ray gave me a call and we scheduled a test drive for the weekend. Soon as I got to Highland Auto sales I was greeted by the front desk and they let me check out all the cars right away. Few minutes later I met Ray and he showed me the car I was interested in. I was given the keys and was able to test drive it for quite a while. Soon as I got back we talked numbers, negotiated a bit and we came to an agreement. Throughout the day I asked him various questions and he answered them fully. The overall car buying experience was seamless and pleasant. Highland Auto Sales definitely has a professional and great staff. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Thank You to Scott at Highline auto. Super responsive, professional, honest and very knowledgeable about cars n functions. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and quality of product I received. The purchase was for my sons 21st birthday and he couldn t be more happier. It was all done same day including purchase/ detail/ delivery and staged in garage for a Birthday reveal of a lifetime. That included a huge red bow that was tough to get. These guys rock!!! Will definitely be doing more deals. Thank You to all at Highline who helped us put this together. Bravo to Scott & Sam.

Just wanted to give my thanks and 2 cents to Justin. He made the process easy and quick. He was flexible and adaptable when it came to any hiccups related to the process. First off Highline Auto Sales show room is immaculate!!! All the vehicles are very high end/exotic and well taken care of. The presentation was awesome! Initially, I was in the market for the GLC Mercedes-Benz, but after walking through the showroom, I changed my mind. I worked with a gentleman named Ray, who was very patient with me. I ended up purchasing the Lexus RX F-Sport with red interior and I love it!!! Even after purchasing my vehicle, Ray followed up with me to make sure I was happy. My fianc� and I also had a chance to chat with one of the owners about Real Estate and he was very nice also. If you are in the market for a new Vehicle shop with Highline Auto Sales!!!

Ray and the Highline team were fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about Tesla s, which I was in the market for as a first car for my daughter. They had a great selection of cars with the features I wanted and priced very competitively. They did a good job of getting me financing quickly and making sure the process was smooth. Justin took extra time to send additional pictures and videos of the car ahead of us going to see it in person. He also proactively prepared paperwork which was tremendously helpful with our very busy schedules. Their warehouse is very impressive with a variety of high-end cars. Our new (to us) Audi Q7 has been great so far. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Justin in particular if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I bought a used Tesla model Y and traded in. Both vehicles were shipped since I am not local to the dealership.Pricing was very fair and the staff was great. Shout out to Ray! The staff was communicative and responsive. They also knew much more about the car I was interested in compared to other dealerships/sales people I've spoken to. They even walked me through getting my Tesla app working.Buying a vehicle I didn't get to see in person or test drive made me a little nervous, but the staff was great, and I'm glad I did.I'm loving my car so far and would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

Great dealership! The vibe was great and everyone was very friendly. Definitely request Justin as your salesman. He is very professional and an excellent salesman. He helped me through the whole process of buying my Ram 1500. And he is continuing to help me even after my purchase. Great people and a great company.The only issue I have is that Highline replaced all but 1 of the tires before I bought the truck. It s causing a few issues. I was told that all the tires had been replaced before purchase. But I m in contact with the dealership currently to see what they can do. And I ll update this review once this is resolved.UPDATE: within hours of my inquiry they agreed to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend this business. They have excellent service to their customers.
