Aspen Auto Body has saved me twice so far from paying my deductible! The prices are reasonable and lower than most deductibles. I never got to write a review the first time they helped me, but they truly deserve it now. After calling 2-3 shops, no one had my windshield available. I called Aspen and the receptionist was able to get me a replacement and installed within a day! 5/5. Here are my damages from before Aspen fixed them. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews a coming from, but I'm truly appalled by the customer service! There were 2 large German Shepards in the main office, and the owner didn't seem to care at all that I was a little worried to have them get too close to me! He told me I doesn't want to deal with me and good riddance - I don't want to deal with an establishment who has no regard for their customers! Glad I just left!!!! Wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I took my truck in to have the rear bumper replaced after and accident. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The work they did on my truck was outstanding! I recommend Aspan Auto Body in Willowbrook IL to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. Very pleased with the service and work done.Thanks Russ!

Aspen completed 3+ large jobs on my car. A few bad accidents and each time my car looks better than I had anticipated. Most recently I had a minor mark on the hood of my car. I felt awful about it as it was a mistake on my part and I needed it fixed ASAP. Aspen provided a quote and then shared some ideas for how to resolve the problem. Russ has been working on my cars for 25+ years. Only body shop I trust. Work is always flawless. You're not coming here for customer service. It's a really busy large family-owned shop who do it better than everybody and give you a great value. Cash or check. No cards!

The main owner is awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable and right down to business. He knows his stuff and between the shop receptionists and management, the customer service is top notch. Aspen Auto Body has always done a great job on body repairs. Yet again, Russ and his team performed excellent work on my vehicle after I was sideswiped by another driver. High quality workmanship, reasonable prices, timely completion, and great communication...can't ask for any more in a body shop.

Russ and everyone did a great job! I got into a accident causing a good amount of damage to my bumper. I m very happy with the job Aspen did on my car. Best body shop around. Russ, the proprietor is the most honest and best run operation. I have been using Russ since 1999.My whole family, extended fam, and friends use them as well.Also it is a State Farm Select repair facility.I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

We recently had our 4Runner repaired by Aspen Auto Body after it was hit by a deer. We had a lot of damage. Russ was very nice and detailed. He let us know a time frame when it was going to be completed and was true to his word. Our car looks awesome and I would absolutely recommend this company.

I took my car to Aspen Auto body in Willowbrook. I was given an estimate of $435 to have some minor work done. I took my car to have the work done and to my surprise the bill was considerably less. I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only is Russ an honest mechanic, but prices are more than reasonable and they are super quick! I had to have a tail light cover replaced (granted not a super complicated process) and they had me in and out of there in less time than an oil change would take! The estimates are free but I can almost guarantee you won't need to shop around after going here. I'm recommending this place to friends near and far!

You won't find a more honest, and timely body shop anywhere else. I recommend all my friends and family members to go here. It will be well worth the drive or towing fee.Update 5/21:Russ, Eddie, and Greg fixed my Jeep after a City of Chicago tow operator damaged my bumper fascia, strut and tie rod. They also completed some additional difficult upgrades. Amazing work as always.

They rip off my Inshurence and didn t fix all the parts quoted on the estimate from the Inshurence company.Russ the Owner will be very nice at first, and promise you that will take care of you and at the end they will rip off your Inshurence and take the money for them and not fixing the things need to be done in the estimate!!!!!The owner will be very rude,lying and angry !!He s a Liar!!!You ve been warned!!!!They don t accept credit cards only Cash and this is telling you everything how good liars they are and they did very bad job they destroyed more then they fixed!!!!Services: Painting, Auto side window replacement, Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

This body shop is one of the best shops in the southwest suburbs. Russ, the owner has a crew of experts in body repair and restoration. They are a preferred body shop for State Farm insurance. Aspen works directly with State Farm to get your vehicle repaired. You don't need a separate adjuster to estimate the cost of repairs. The work done is 100% guaranteed. The location is in an industrial area of Willowbrook. The shop is just down the road from Dell Rhea's Chicken Basket. An historic restaurant on old route 66. One last note, Aspen does not take credit cards. If you have a deductible you need cash or a check.

My dad has been using Aspen since as long as I can remember, we NEVER take any of our cars anywhere else! Russ is honest, fair, and most definitely a perfectionist which is why everyone in my family goes to Aspen. I recommend Aspen to anyone that needs to have their car repaired, from little fender benders and cracked windshields to almost totalled. You will not be disappointed!

I had the unfortunate luck of being involved in a fender bender recently. I rolled into the back end of another car and left a scratch. The owner wanted to have it repaired (despite the minimal nature of the damage) and obtained a quote from Russ at Aspen.I was honestly shocked to see the estimate in the amount of $260 for something I assumed could be buffed out. When the owner of the damaged vehicle called me to provide payment, Russ informed me he wanted the entire payment upfront and he did not accept credit cards. First of all, I don't trust anyone who runs a cash business. It speaks to dishonesty and falsification, two things you can only hope to avoid in this sort of situation. He wouldn't take a deposit and told both the car owner and myself that any place else would charge $600-$700 for the repair. He also told me within ear shot of the car owner (who is Asian) that he didn't understand English. He most certainly did, even if I was the only one of us who mistrusted his business ethics.He was rude and aggressive over the phone and told me to check out his business online because the reviews spoke for themselves. I hope mine is doing just that.I strongly urged the car owner to get a second estimate. He did and not only were they able to take credit card, but the estimate was less than $200, no where near the $600 Russ told me to expect from his competitors.Save yourself the time and trouble, patron another business!

Aspen Auto Body is in a class by itself. I first brought my vehicle in for work in November of 2017, and have been back 3 times since (don't ask) for everything from a smashed window to major reconstructive surgery. I'm a happy repeat customer for a reason, despite living 30 miles away. Russ runs an honest business, with expert staff. He and his wife Darnell (and Maggie the dog) make customers feel like family members themselves, and do everything possible to minimize the stress, legwork, and out-of-pocket costs associated damage claims.
