I bought a rebuilt VW ID.4 EV from VK auto imports on October 20, I received the title today (March 2).They accepted to negotiate the price to land me within the incentive threshold (25k) and I got both, the federal and state incentives.The car was good. No issues so far. It had rebuilt title because of theft, but it did not have any damage. It had one key and no tire fix kit, I was aware of that when I bought it.I do recommend this place. They are flexible, pragmatic, and willing to help.I am happy with my car. Thank you very much

I bought a 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t from them back in June of 2022 and I have zero complaints. Eugene and the rest of the staff are honest workers; they will answer any questions that you have. They will tell you the history of the vehicle, and won't try to sell you something that doesn't work. Since my purchase the car has had 0 mechanical issues which says a lot after purchasing a used car 7 months later. Their pricing beats most competitors and the cars that they have on the lot look great.If you are looking for a car and don't know if VK Auto Imports is for you. Use this review as a way to feel more confident about visiting them.

Wonderful experience, I bought a used car from them. Eugene addressed all of my concerns and was supportive the whole way through. Also the price I paid for the car was simply unbeatable. Would totally recommend them if you're looking to pick up a used car cheaper than anywhere else on the market.

Honest dealership with excellent service!! My husband & I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Si for our son, and because It had a branded title, we were a bit nervous. Eugene was our salesman and he was completely open and honest about the vehicle. I tracked the car back to the original dealership in TX, spoke to the owner and everything Eugene told us checked out. He never tried to hide anything about the car from us. We got an excellent car, at a great price from a great salesman. Eugene has a great business and if you re looking for a car from an honest salesman, this is definitely the place!! We would buy another vehicle from Eugene and highly recommend VK Auto Imports!

Eugene was very helpful and explained everything that had happened to the truck and all the mitigation measures he did to repair it. Super happy with my truck. He made the paperwork easy as well. Would recommend! In fact I did recommend my brother-in-law!

We bought our car from Eugene at VK Auto Imports back in October and had an amazing experience. We tested out a few cars and fell in love with one in particular. We had some complications arise with the loan on our end (out of state loan at our bank) but he worked with us to make it happen so we didn't have to make a third 4 hour trip. Everything has been going great and we highly suggest looking at VK for your next car. I know we will whenever we need another car many years down the road.

Eugene couldn t have been any nicer or more knowledgeable on the car we bought from them 2 days ago. It is a family run business and would highly recommend them. They were very efficient with all paperwork unlike bigger auto dealers.

process was easy pick out a car that I like sign the paperwork and was out.but a month in to owning the car I had a battery issue took it to shop was told he was going to replace it but never did. Luckily I did not have the issue no more was told that I can not leave my car on without having engine on . Then I had a fuel pump issue a month later now I thought i was covered with his gold plan but was told it does not cover electric parts my car is a hybrid wish that was told to me from the start then me truck latch was not working and was told he does not cover this in the gold plan as well . Best advice is just take a little more time to read and understand what you are signing it a lot of paper work but it will pay off in the end .I gave it two stars because I did not like the way business was handled I had a 20,000 loan and in three months had major issues with car and was told they could not help me . After I just made them 20000

I spoke to Eugene on the phone and expressed my interest in a car which he posted on car gurus. I told him that I would be arriving before they close. Mind you, I don't have a car so I had to take the bus and lyft all the way there from the city. He was well aware that I was headed there as I communicated this to him.When I did finally arrive, the car was purchased and the sale was done. The father and son drove off and paid in cash. I'm not angry that the car was sold but what I am most disappointed about and appalled at is that Eugene didn't have the common decency to tell me that the car was being sold, even though he knew I was coming.Then he had the audacity to try and sell me on a more expensive car.Sketchy business is all I can say.

We purchased a 2019 BRZ from these guys in May. An absolute great experience! Drove up from Indianapolis to purchase the vehicle...they were knowledgeable, easy to work with, fair and honest. The whole COVID debacle caused the state of Illinois to be slow in getting us the title. Each time, Eugene made sure I received an extended permit month by month to carry us thru the wait. He was good on his word every time and I wouldn t hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks, guys...We love the car!

I bought a 2014 Subaru Wrx Premium from here. The vehicle only had 18000 miles on it. Eugene (the guy that owns this place) was very nice, showed me the car and already had a carfax ready for me! There was minor blemishes on the exterior of the car (little hail damage and scratches) he pointed all those out for me, even stuff I wouldn't be able to see at glance. When I said I wanted the car and financing finally was approved. I told him the only day I could come was Friday at 7 (almost 2 hours after they close), he said of course I can stay later. I love my new car, and I'm happy I got it at a good price, from an awesome place like VK Auto Imports. Thanks Eugene!

I was looking at car on car guru and this place had a car I was extremely interested in. When they messaged me about it, I stated I was hesitant because they are not an authorized dealer. I wanted to be honest and just get some clarification. Instead I was told there are people that are not hesitant and basically wasted their time. I was shocked how rude I was treated. I would have went and looked at the car the next day and potentially bought it. It was extremely unprofessional.

Bought my Ford Focus ST from Eugene at VK Auto Imports. He was very knowledge, kind, and an informative car salesman during the entire process. It was a very easy and flawless procedure and i'd recommend it to anybody who is looking for a nice car!

Best experience buying a car ever! Luis was amazing throughout the entire experience starting with personally delivering the vehicle to my doorstep and walking me though every little detail about the car, plus more. I have tried contacting them through car gurus and have not received a response. Also the car I was look at has been bought from a insurance company. The description also mentioned that it has a Branded title and all minor/damages have been repaired there. I tried looking up the car VIN and none of the online vin checks recognize the VIN. I wonder why....? Branded title...? Or something else....

Eugene the owner is a great human being. Came to them with a mission to find a car. In a span of a week Eugene found the car I wanted, hooked it up with financing and I was done. If you want great service, this is the place hands down.

You pay in cash and expect to be handed title. Instead, Eugene gave a song and dance about how he didn't have it and would send it to me. Days later, still no title. I contacted him again and he said he sent it FedEx the night before. I contacted him again and asked for tracking number. After multiple prodding, he sends me tracking number. Turns out, he lied about sending it out the night before. Tracking shows he just sent it out aday after he said he did. Why the dishonesty? Makes me wonder whether the car I purchased has hidden problems. Only time will tell. Will never do business with him again.

Shady. Not until I viewed my contract (after agreeing on a price, getting an inspection, and hiring a driver to transport my vehicle) did I see that my salesman omitted the warranty for the car. "It says that warranty only comes with full price on vehicle description," is what I was told. I don't even know how to access their "vehicle description," and I find it extremely disingenuous to not mention that my "discount" was only because the warranty was no longer supplied. That being said, my car still arrived in good condition, other than a rear tail light being out. The salesman must have forgotten to mention that part, too.

Drove 4 hours round trip to see a car. They were prompt to work with me and up front about the vehicles history. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership and would not hesitate to do business with them again!

Had issues when buying my Audi TTS the owner knowing sold me a car with title issues which took 3 months to resolve and I had issues with my bank because of this. If you buy a vehicle from this place make sure to read everything and ask all the questions you need before buying. By them sending the title late it cost me over $300 in late fees at least he followed through sending the title and text messages.

ODOMETER TAMPERING ALERTThose guys are real scammers, stay away from themI tried to buy a Mercedes benz from themAnd the guy first didn t want to take debit cardsHe wanted me to bring cashSecond. When i took the VIN and checked the car which is listed as 92k milesI found that they bought it in February 2019 with odometer reading 191k milesAnd now the odometer reads only 92k milesTHEY ALTER ODOMETER READINGS TO TRICK CUSTOMERSI HAVE PHOTOS TO SHOW THATWhen i confronted him with thatHe said it is not my car. My name is not on the title and the 92 k is not actual mileageAnd from the VIN history it shows VK AUTO IMPORTS sold it in February with 191k Miles on itAnd probably he sold it to some one in his familyNow he is selling it privately not on the dealership nameSo he cannot be blamed for the odometer tamperingClassic meaning less explanation from a not very smart scammersAgain. Very solid guys! Not pushy at all...European family business from dad to the sibling brothers...put the car up on the rack for me walked through everything they look for...even replaced the trunk flooring board (had a cut out from previous owner) that I wasn t even expecting...furthest thing from a car dealership experience! Big fan!
