Great customer service! I couldn t make to my appointment due to personal reasons, and they had no problem rescheduling with me. Everyone is very polite and understanding. They fixed 2 of my tires in the past in under 20min. 5 stars from me :)

Nice and close by and SUPER fast. Went in with a donut yesterday, they ordered a new tire, I went in today and was off the lot with my new tire mounted within ten minutes. Will definitely check them out again!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a fantastic experience at this tire repair shop! The staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly fixed my flat tire and even gave me some helpful tips on tire maintenance. I ll definitely be returning here for any future tire needs. Highly recommended!

I used this shop for many years. I got my tire flat on the road and of course I decided to bring tire for repair to shop, named as TIRE BOSS, which is, in my understanding, mean that they are professionals in tire repair and for sure know how properly to do repair. I had some info about that from previous experience with flat tire and I know that only one method should be used by professionals for tire puncture repair it is Combination Repair including filling the puncture and patching tire inside. For that method tire should be removed from disc. So, I brought my flat tire from my light truck and left there for repair. After couple hours guys called me, tire ready. I came, they installed tire back to truck and I left. When I came home, I decided to take a look at tire. I was surprised, but I discovered that tire was not removed from disc for inspection and repair and repair has been done by string-type insert, which is intended only for temporary repairs on lawn tractors, golf cart, ATV. I called to Tire Boss and asked them why they used unapproved by NHTSA and DOT method for tire repair and after repair they didn't make tire balancing. Shop owner Maxim answered: "I'm glad the tire repair we performed is working perfectly with no leaks and you have no vibrations". I said that I feel cheated because they used fast cheap repair method, and I feel some vibration on that side. Maxim answered: "You can come back, and I return money to you no questions asked if you are unhappy, and you can go whenever you want for whatever you want to your satisfaction". After that answer I feel myself offended as customer. Do not recommend this repair shop. But if you need to use them, then watch what they are doing.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I have come here a couple of times to service a couple of small things i did not have time to attend to on my 2007 BMW 335i.Tire Boss has replaced my rear tires when i had a flat once, replaced my rear shocks and brakes, and also did some suspension work.Reasonable pricing and fast work ! Appreciate you guys !

As someone who shreds through tires and blasts through curbs, I go through a lot of tires. With that being said - hands down the friendliest, most reasonable, honest service I've ever had for my car. Max was patient with my decision making and extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Max does an amazing job and is inexpensive, but offers quality work. I would highly recommend him being your first stop for anything auto related...at the very least he will point you in the right direction of someone reputable if he doesn't do the work you need done.

I'm so happy to have found this gem of a shop. A small one bay shop with an owner that is honest, hardworking, and a creative problem solver. After another shop declared my exhaust system unfixable (bent from hitting something) and needing complete replacement, he came up with a clever approach and had it bent back into shape in about 10 minutes for $30. Best. Shop. Ever. I also observed how he was with other customers and it was all the same. Good work at a good price.

I have been to Tire Boss for tires and oil changes. Max the owner is a great guy and goes out of his way to help you out. His pricing is superb and his work is great. I bring all my cars to him from oil changes to tire rotations they do it all. Highly Recommend him and his company. Honest and trustworthy.

I need new tires that s apparent. After getting quoted at a few other places they told me I was in immediate danger driving my car that I needed to park it until I can buy tires. Talked to max on the phone he gave a good deal on used ones u til I can afford new ones. Brought the car in and he told me my tires were not that bad and that he would just repair the one that is bad until I can get new ones! I was quoted cheaper elsewhere but his honesty made me change my mind. I will be coming back to him! I appreciate him So much! Never met a honest person in the auto repair business so he has gained a new customer with me!

The service here is OUTSTANDING! Owner knows how to treat his customers and how to take care of them. Went in a couple of days ago with a HUUGE bolt in my tire. He made me aware it was big and that most likely I'd have to get a new tire, he even showed me the bolt.Maks was able to fix it and saved me money. Will be going back for some rims on my cars.

You never want to start out a Monday morning on your way to work and realize you have a flat tire. That's exactly what happened to me, I stopped into a parking lot to see what was wrong and luckily it was in the same parking lot as Tire Boss. I don't know the person that was there but he was extremely fast!! Pulled the car into the shop, 15 mins later, my car is out of the garage and fixed the hole that was in my tire. Best thing, it only cost me $20!! I was thinking it was going to be at least $60 but man was I shocked. I think I'm going to start going to them for everything now.

On my way from Pennsylvania to Chicago, I sprung a slow leak in one of my BRAND NEW ($230) Michelin Tires. I initially took the tire to Just Tires neer Deerfield and after several hours they told me I had a nailor screw puncture on the shoulder and it was not repairable. When I asked them the cost for a new tire they came in even higher than what I paid initially for the tire. I looked online and saw that Tire Boss Inc. had good reviews. I decided to take the 35-minute drive. At this point, I didn't have a whole lot to lose and had to hit the road the next day for our 12-hour ride back to PA. I truly anticipated that Tire Boss would tell me the same thing. "It's punctured on the shoulder and cant be fixed".I pulled up and was greeted by Max. I explained what I was told regarding the shoulder and he said "let me see it" I opened the trunk of my QX-60, Max took out the tire, spun it around and said "It's holding air, I can fix it!" He then rolled it into the shop, took out some pliers and plug, did his magic and was done in less than 3 minutes. I lie to you not! 3 MINUTES!!! I told him "If I make it back to PA on that tire I'm sending you a nice gift for Christmas." He replied with "I'll be looking out for my gift!" My wife laughed because she quickly realized something I was not so convinced of yet. Fast forward a month later... The tire that Max fixed has not lost an ounce of air! What my wife realized and I had not at the moment was that Max knows his stuff! My suggestion for anyone living in the area is not to waste your time with any other tire specialist. This guy really knows his stuff!!! The only thing left for me to do now is decide what I'm sending the shop for Christmas.
