This place has honest mechanics. Kenny is a really good guy. He won't do unnecessary repairs, and his rate is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. If any of my friends ask me if I know any auto repair places, I always recommend this place.

Friend recommended me to this shop. Ken is the most honest auto repair person I have ever met. I have done 3 check ups at his place for 2 different vehicles. He spent time checked thoroughly, in the case there is nothing to be done as the car is in good condition, he didn't charge me a dime. In the other case, he spent a lot of time on diagnosis and decide that it is not worthy of the repair, he didn't charge me anything either. I trust him.

Best mechanic I've ever had! Any time I have an issue with my car this is the first place I take it for diagnosis. I've had the suspension swapped out at more than reasonable prices. I wouldn't trust my ride with anyone else.

Ken is the BEST!! I have been going to him for over 30 years more than half of my life. I have referred many co workers, friends, and family and NO complaints he is HONEST and will charge you almost half the price of others. An honest mechanic is truly priceless. Don't know what I'm gonna do when he retires. Sonja B

I m going here for last 4 years and service my car every 6 months. Oil change, Break pads change and what not Very nominal price for parts and labor. Many of my colleagues and friends service their cars here. Very punctual. Leave your car in the morning, come back in evening and pick it up. Trustworthy.Kenny is the best.

Ken charges very reasonable prices and is very kind. He tells you exactly what is needed to be done and doesn't try and make it seem like other things need to be fixed when it really doesn't like other places I've gone to in the past. I highly recommend going here. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

allthe service here is spot on no run around straight to what the issue is and fixedes in a timely matter commication is great if you leave a message they will return your call they are just a busy good mechanic who doesn't BS Any body.been going here for years totally recommend to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Kenny and Mike around great, personable, and reasonable auto mechanics at Suburban Auto Center. They have replaced my tires, changed my transmission fluid, and have changed my spark plugs. They provide great service at great prices. And they add a genuine human touch to every conversation. I certainly will come back for repeat service.

The best car fixing shop that I ever have been before! Reasonable prices. A little busy, it was line in front of me, but I m happy with the service. I will bring my car here again if I need to. And suggest it to each and everyone! Thank you guys for replacing windshield washer fluid pump!

One of my colleagues referred this place to me for my car servicing.. Small place but lot of customers and they always greet you well.I have been going to this place for almost 2 years now for my car servicing and maintenance. The prices are reasonable and less if you check online and other Auto shops. If you need your car to be checked better go before 9 AM as there will be too many vehicles in the list. I even referred few other friends they are also quite happy with the service here.

My Father has been going to Ken Pierini & Suburban Auto Center since 1982...Ken is extremely honest & reasonably priced! Always has helped my family out with car issues!!!

Ken is the best mechanic that I have ever had to deal with. He is more of a root cause and fix rather the replace the entire part type of Mechanic.

I went there to do a tire instalation and balance. The guy did a terrible job. Balance was so bad that my steering wheel was shaking at low speed. He told me that my brand new tires must be bad. He offered to look at it again but I decided that I have enough of his "service" and went to Walmart to redo the balance. Of cource, it was a problem with the balance and NOT the tires. Walmart did a great job, but I had to pay additional $32 for redoing the balance again. I called the other guy and he did not even offer to return my money. This is perfect example why those "businesses" are going out of business. Do not go there especially if you want to do a tire job.

Ken is honest with the service but he has very bad attitude i hold my car for 3 days just for small repair i think he is ready to be retired or something not even the repair is good just look for more options
