This place is legit. Wanted to rust proof my new 4Runner. Went to fluid films website and found Mongol Motors. Checked out reviews and brought the car in. Zorro is the man! He keeps you up to date, sends videos and pics protected the car while undercoating it with the film. Just such a genuine guy.Also, he drove to the Toyota dealership to pickup a screw kit to replace a stripped screw from when the manufacturer installed the skid plate.Also, my mother dropped me off to pickup my car and as she had a few things she wanted done to her car - Zorro spent the time to lift the car and take a look at a few things. Didn t charge anything for it and had legit great advice. Her and I will be coming back for a few things we need to do to our cars.Thanks. You have a customer for life

I ve been using Mongol Motors for maintenance and repairs on my 2007 BMW for a few years now, and Zoro and his guys are great. They are honest, fair, and get the work done fast. Thank you Zoro!

200 miles away from Chicago, a deer jumped out in front of my vehicle and damaged my Ford Transit. I couldn't drive any further on my own. I called several companies and only Zorro, the owner of Mongol Motors, a very professional, polite and nice guy, has helped me. He organized Toll-truck by himself and towed my car to his workshop. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Spare parts were delivered in original and directly from the dealer. Zorro called me every day to inform me about the work process. I have had the best experience with this company.

Would recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car at a reasonable price, especially if you're tired of dishonest salesmen and mechanics. Zoro is very honest and easy to work with. I went to test drive a vehicle and noticed there was a small issue with the engine. Zoro called me 30 minutes after I left, saying he and a tech found the issue and fixed it, sending detailed before and after pictures. The purchasing process was extremely transparent and easy. I will come here again for service (even though it's a bit far from where I live) because I was happy with the service.

Amazing place with great service and people. They worked on my sprinter and had a very fast turn around time at a very competitive price. Highly recommend if you want your car quickly repaired and done the right way by great people. You will not find a better mechanic shop in the Chicagoland area!

Great and quick service. Very professional, showed me everything that was wrong physically and on paper. I even test drove it before leaving the lot. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend and will continue to get my car fixed here!

Finally an auto shop you can trust. Called in the morning and 30 minutes later had an appointment, needed to fix tires on my moms van. Job was done properly and fast while I waited. All previous experiences, few dozen, have always been great too.Owner, Zoro, has knowledge mechanics and keeps prices very fair, cheapest in the area for quality of work. Strongly recommend this place for all your auto needs.

Zoro is the best mechanic I have ever worked with, HANDS DOWN! Quick and accurate with diagnosis of issues. Honest and straight forward with what approach i should take to repair my vehicle. His communication is excellent, i received the play-by-play on what work was taking place & received multiple pictures to update me along the way. ALL WHILE BEING AFFORDABLE! A+ Shop!

If I could give this place 100 stars I totally would. I curbed my car pretty badly and let s just say the damages were definitely not the best! I came here in distress freaking out of course who wouldn t?! Zorgit was very reassuring and went through my options in a very comforting manner which I can really appreciate as I know nothing of things like this! We went through the process and went through pricing very thoroughly (price wise, it was very very reasonable) , so I left in full confidence that it would all be taken care of!He told me he d have my car ready by the following week but he actually finished it within that week! Not only did he manage to complete the repair early, but he also dropped it off to me! Now that s what I call AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!If you guys need a place you can trust, I highly recommend going here. You won t regret it and you ll leave feeling absolutely secure and happy.Thank you again to the whole team for making this process as smooth as possible!

Mongol Motors is the best and only place that I go to get my car serviced in Chicago. I've also bought a used Toyota Highlander about a year ago and haven't had any problems at all. The owner is an honest professional guy. Overall top notch excellent customer service and I highly recommend it if you're looking to get your vehicle serviced or looking to buy reliable used cars!

I found Zorro and Mongol Motors by a referal from a car shipping company. I am glad I did. They got my car looked at by using an appointment--none of this "drop it off and we will call you in a month". Zorro and his tech fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I highly recommend them to anyone. Honest mechanic with fair prices.

10/19 Bought a 2010 Honda Insight Hybrid. We were looking for this specific make/model/year/miles, and this one was in great condition and a great price! We didn't even negotiate the price because it was very fair. He also sent us the car fax which was reassuring. He pointed out flaws so we wouldn't be sadly surprised later. Juan was a stand up guy! No pressure/tricks. Honest/up-front. In my opinion, Juan is like all salesmen should be. He was all about customer satisfaction, and even offered a complimentary oil change when I noticed the oil was a little dirty and would need changed soon (even though the oil change reminder light wasn't on the dash yet). We drove 500+ miles/8+ hours to see the car, and Juan was happy to hold it for us a day until we could get there. He obviously respects customers and sells in the order in which people contact him and doesn't just sell it out from under you if someone else shows up with money before you get there to see it.Thank you Juan!

We always have our cars brought to Mongol Motors for oil changes and repairs and consistently does great job! Done on time and service are priced fairly. Most importantly, they will only recommend repairs that are needed. Nothing unnecessary, Professional services. Highly recommend

Absolutely everything you could want in a mechanic. Zoro is the best. He kept my car running for years and he is very trustworthy. He wants what is best for you and what is safest. He will not gouge the price. If you want someone reliable and trustworthy you should come here.

These guys are the best!!!! I live in Colorado and ordered my Lincoln online from them. We did a smooth transaction and they had it shipped it to me. The car didn't have a scratch on it and runs smooth.....Thanks Zorro!

Zoro is the owner and works on vehicles as well. I was recommended to him by a friend. He did wiring for my 2011 kia soul and got my Lexus running like new. He does amazing work and is very trustworthy. I've already recommended my friends to him.

My old car had total loss. Zorro from sales department located hard to find family van within 5 days with free of charge loaner car. Good service without extra charge. With this Exlellent service i can see good future of Mongol Motors. Thanks a lot Zorro for your Exellent customer service.
