Eric was so great. I caught a flat, and in an instant he helped me with no problem. Super friendly. Didn t hesitate to help in an urgent need. He was super helpful and in my opinion needs a raise l!!! Was such great environment!!!

This location was fantastic. I was in town for my aunt s funeral, already stressed and ended up having a flat. Called and Eric and he got me in right away, changed the flat and also identified 2 bulges in some old tires that could have been a major problem if the tires blew. Price was fair, service was professional and they were done in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend this shop.

So lucky to have found this place! They have been my go to car shop for the past year and they have helped me with everything! I ve needed lots of different work with my car and they have been quick and efficient with all of it! The people are incredible, they have excellent service! Won t be changing car shops anytime soon!

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They are understanding of budget and work with you to determine most important things to have done. They will apply coupons no problem and give you detailed updates throughout the process. Price is what you expect. Would recommend to anyone!

My experience was overall great and they got my car back to me fast. Not to mention they didn t try to beat me out like the dealer did. The price was even reasonable. Hands down this is the best shop if you want your car taken care of. Jon took took good care of me by setting me up with a wheel and tire package. This shop is a must to go place if you want great service for your car s needs.

Came here with a Midas coupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for 49.95 and the guy at the reception desk, (Eric) couldn t believe it. He started questioning it, but said alright and that he d do it. In the end, they did not do a tire change. They charged me 50 bucks for an oil change, then lied about all the details about my car through the updates they sent me. They said that my coolant was low (even though it was full), that my tires needed to be replaced (even though my tires are still at 4/32), my brake pads needed to be replaced and said that there was damage on the body of my car even though there wasn t.The people at reception called and said that I needed to get my brakes replaced, but when asked about it, they said they would not know how low the brakes are because they did not even take the tires off of my car. Just took a quick glance. Also, they called asking if I wanted to purchase new tires and have them changed today because they were at 2/32 and that they had the time today. These people will lie to you about your car to try and upsell you stuff and wont even honor the coupon that Midas sent out themselves.I was also lucky I did not leave after my car was done. I was in the parking lot for 5 minutes picking my playlists and trying to gps myself home. In that time, a mechanic comes out with the top of my engine filter that they forgot to put back on. Absolute buffoonery. Not only that, but for just an oil change, they held onto my car for 2-3 hours.I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never be returning. Your best bet is to go somewhere else as well.

I came here on December 16 and bought four new tires for my Honda Accord with locking Lugnuts. After leaving it was 10 days later that my back wheel came off while I was driving! Not only did they not do their job correctly by tightening the Lugnuts properly they caused more damage by overtightening with the air, gun, my passenger front tire and broke off a stud! While listening to employee, Brian and the other guy blame each other why the stud has broken the manager I think his name is Eric did replace all five studs and tried to convince me He was doing me a favor and not correcting their mistake. If you ve never had your wheel come off of your car while you re driving 45 miles an hour I do not recommend it! The franchise owners district manager refused any compensation for the negligence and liability! His offering thoughts and prayers that nobody was hurt is about as useful as what they say after a school shooting.When I talked to Midas corporate office in Florida, they have refunded me half the cost of my tires since two of the tires were affected by the poor service at this location. Unless you like to deal with the hassle of calling, corporations, and talking to the upper management, because lower management does not care for anything but your money , then enjoy shopping at this location. I however expect what I paid for to be done correctly and when it is not, I don t expect them to make it sound like it was my fault and that I should pay them more to fix the problem. I want to point out however that they did arrange for Gene s towing off Wolf Road to come and assist putting my tire without lug nuts back on my car. I cannot be sure, but I think they expected me to pay for that tow service however, I was not charged.If you don t want to do your job correctly, do not apply for a job that you don t want. The attitude of their employees and their negligence could ve taken a life or caused serious property damage. And all they offered me at this location was thoughts and prayers.Do not use this location, unless want to be taken advantage of and possibly be in an Accident when YOUR tire falls off.

Midas on 71st Western is the best. It seems as the world has forgotten about the MIDAS TOUCH Great Bestfriend like service provided by EMERSON Iliazi. Great price with coupon added and like I said excellent and FAST service.

We took our vehicle in after it was in an accident.we were assured that Midas total car care would handle all the work in a timely manner. It also needed an oil change. They had the vehicle for nearly 30 days before they decided they need a supplemental from my insurance company. So then it was an additional 14 days until I got the back. I had to pay for my rental beyond 30 days and they did not complete the work. One day after getting the car back a bunch of indicator lights went on! So taking the car to Midas cost us $500 additional in rental and several hundred more in additional repairs at another mechanic. We were told many many times that our car was almost ready, ready next week, ready by Tuesday . All lies!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I didn t have time to make an appointment so I had to call in 5min before I arrived. But John was super friendly and helpful! Only took about 20min for tire rotation & oil change. Great service, great price! I ll definitely return for more service.

OK. This is how a non-dealer auto service is supposed to work. My initial contact with Steve to receive an estimated on the work requested went very smoothly, and was completely transparent as to the time, materials and cost of the work. Upon arriving for the appointment, Eric greeted me and reconfirmed the work ordered, and asked if I needed transportation or would I prefer to wait. His estimate was a three to four hour time window to complete the brake and belt work. Within an hour after dropping off the vehicle, Eric called to offer some suggested additional maintenance items, some I accepted, some I declined. Approximately three hours later Eric called to confirm the work requested had been completed and the car was ready for pickup. The final bill reflected the original estimate plus the agreed upon additional work. Needless to say I am completely satisfied with the Midas team's effort on my vehicle.

$860 oil change.One year ago I did an oil change at Midas in Wheeling. Next day I saw an oil spot under the car, went back and was told the issue was fixed. Since we don't drive this car too much it took another year till the next oil change. I went to a different place and got an unpleasant surprise - apparently oil drain plug was missing half of the threads and now whole oil pan needs to be replaced! After 2 weeks of going back and forth with Midas (Jay and Michael) I was finally told that of course it was not their fault and damage was done by my recent oil change.Take a look at the attached picture of the oil plug and judge for yourself - the damaged surface is not fresh and shiny, meaning that the damage is old.If you care about your car don't come here.Service: Oil change

Had my two vehicles serviced at this location recently.Both experiences were fantastic!Steve B. at the front counter was straight forward and informative when it came to explaining what work needed to be done. He gave options and listed priority repairs which helped greatly. Plus, the parts arrived quickly and labor did not take as long as expected. Major bonus!

Stay away from these guys!!!!One day I stop by for tires installation for my rare 1984 Mercedes e190 LorinserFor two tires installation on my rebuild original rims and of course two rims got damage on it!!!! When I asked for refinishing manager of the shop said is not possible to do this so all what he can do is money back for tires installation!!!so That s a shame and a joke how they treat a customer STAY AWAY!!!

These guys are really amazing here and go above and beyond! This not the closest shop to my house but I will not be going anywhere else for tire & alignment work. Mariano is amazing and spent the time to make sure everything was right! Everyone is super helpful and their prices are great!

One of my best experiences at a mechanical shop so far! Kasia, Mike and Drew are the best! They took care of me and my car, made sure I feel comfortable and explained the issues with great detail. I highly recommend that particular location. You won't be disappointed! Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff!
