I had a wonderful experience here! They were able to get me in immediately and since the issue ended up being simple, they did not charge me. It s rare to find such honest people these days. Will definitely be back!

In the ten years I ve lived in Chicagoland, I ve had a need for a number of mechanics. Never until working with the Hi-Tech folks did I find the right balance of trustworthiness, fairness, and craftsmanship. My family will be returning for any future needs.

I had a problem with the cooling fan on my Volvo and all the lights were flashing on the dash draining my battery which was driving me crazy. They found the problem. And it was eliminated very quickly. I recommend

On my Range Rover coolant light would come on once a month. I had it inspected by two different mechanics and they couldn t find a problem , told me just keep adding coolant. Once again, the light was back and still not a single spot on my garage floor . My friend suggested to try Hi Tech Automotive in Wheeling he said they did a good job on his Audi so I decided to give them a shot. I drop the car off in the morning two hours later received a call & photos from them with a leaking water pump and damaged drive belt they also suggested to replace the thermostat. I was so happy that they found a problem and next day the car was ready. So far all good we ll see what happens. Thank you Victor and Tony. And by the way nice looking facility

Quoted 1500 for service. At the pick up upcharged to 2100. Did services that were not agreed upon nor required. Vehicle was one day delayed. Will not be coming backUpdated: after the review went up, Owner reached out and reimbursed the difference between original quote and what was charged.

Victor came in clutch with my fuel injector replacement. His price blew out any other quotes I received by far. The process was straight forward, no hoops to jump through, none of the run around.

I highly recommend those guys replace the transmission on my 2017 Nissan Rogue $600 less expensive than the Nissan dealer still using brand new original transmission and about two weeks faster than the Nissan .

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I had a big accident on my car and no other mechanic shop wanted to help, Hi-Tech was the only one that agreed to help me. I had my tires, breaks, bumper, hood, rims, and a lot more work done. At the end of the repair my car came out looking better than when I first got it. The turn around time was a lot faster than I expected, I didn't even need to get a rental car because of how quick the job was. My car was making weird noise and I came here in the morning to drop it off for a day. When I came back after work I been told that my has to wait another day. I was so upset because I live so far. But, Victor was so kind that he gave me his Mercedes to get home. That was the best news I had all day ( driving home on the Mercedes, nice ). Anyway, came back the next day and my car was all finished. For the first time client Victor gave me a discount. This guys didn t such a great job and I am so happy I came here. This is going to be my only shop I go to. Ironically, week later my engine light came on and I came back here again. Fedor took a look at it, fixed it and told me to go home and not to worry. This guys just so great and such good people, you can tell. They are honest and trustworthy. Love this place and would give 10 starts if I can. Thank you guys very very much! God bless you. I really liked dealing with this auto repair place! In the past my husband was servicing my Mercedes ML-550 at the Mercedes dealership. It was okay, however, it costs a fortune! So, my car was taken care of by Victor at Hi Tech Automotive at Wheeling. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast proactive service and extremely low prices compared to the dealership and other places. Previously, my husband also took his car (Mercedes GL - 550) to this place for some repairs. He cherishes both our cars, so he put his trust into this place for our auto needs. Again, Victor is an amazing guy to deal with. His help and professionalism are outstanding! He is very knowledgeable regarding German cars! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Stop by just for an oil change. I've been using Hi Tech for over 5 years. Have always been satisfied with the service they performed on both of my cars(I have a BMW and Escalade).They have reasonable prices.What I like best about this shop is their professional approach and cleanliness of the work area. They take a good care of the vehicles they work on.Ever since I walked in to this shop I haven't used any other place for my vehicles' maintenance.

This is a great place. I have been able to come in with little or no notice and get my oil changed and tire rotation. They recommended my breaks getting done I said that I'd do them and put my wheels back on and didn't pressure me at all. Later I couldn't fully complete the work and they offered to for a extremely reasonable fee. I love havingoing a mechanic close to my work that is this helpful and reliable.

I brought my VWJetta for shift problems. Victor is very honest to tell you what is wrong with your car. This shop knows how to work on European imports, that is their specialty. Also understand that nothing is cheap with euro cars so parts are going to be expensive. Labor rate here was very reasonable. This was my first time bringing my car to Hi-Tech and I'm glad I did! My car got fixed correctly! Thank you Victor for being an honest professional! You have gained many future visits from me and I will recommend my friends here.

DO NOT GO THEREGuys did a really poor jobi asked them to fix a heaterThey told me one price on the phone then when i come to get my car they told me two times higher price ,i paidthen i realized that my heater doesn t work at all ,they did a huge dent on my door,my coolant liquid went out first time i drivei came back to them to fix the problem,after 2 hours they told me we can do nothing about it,you have a bigger problem than just a heater i can understand that,but that s not a my problem,they re mechanics,they must understand what s wrong with car before charging moneyand all what they said ,we can only give you a discount when you ll come to us againTerrible service

Had transmission work done. Car is good as new, fresh oil change as well! Free checkup after about 500 miles to insure everything was still good and in working order. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
