I did a pickup order here, I typically don t check my order unless it s a lot of items. This pickup was 5 items, I didn t look into my bag until the next day and realized they didn t give me the correct paint color so I went back and exchanged it. Started on my mini project again today and bam didn t even cross my mind, I was missing an item from my order. Not likely to do a pickup order again at least from this specific location.

There are some young people who are a little immature. They don't serve you properly and create thousands of difficulties in solving simple customer problems and questions. The management should have some more experienced guys to supervise these newbies.

I just had my car jumped and went here to test and buy a new battery. Julia was working the register and was warm and friendly and thankfully, Michael, diligently and expertly cleaned the battery connections and installed a new battery. He took his time and went well beyond what you d expect. I highly recommend heading here for whatever you vehicle needs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Battery died at work and needed to be jumped/replaced. I cannot stress enough the expeditious and professional nature of the service I received from Michael. From the phone call to the battery replacement, no stress doing business here. I expected to be waiting in a lobby for hours but they got me in and out in minutes. I will be back!

My experience at this Advanced auto store in Wheeling was one of the best Mike and Jason were so helpful and friendly they both helped to make sure I had the right battery and installing it for me in a timely fashion. Great work guys!

Car battery died and Jason and Mike helped me out. They even installed the battery for me in record time. These guys are great and efficient. Will definitely return if I have future car needs.

I went in to buy a new battery and Michael installed it. He was very professional and patient as the terminals were corroded and took a little bit of time to get off. He should be a highly valued employee!

Great crew here, knowledgeable and helpful. Understaffed like all advance locations so I see these guys running around all day. Special shout out to Jose for always being willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I come to this location even though there are several others closer to my route because I know I will get the best service here.

Came in to get a new battery for my car and the system had the wrong battery size on file but Richard called the dealership to get to proper size and we had some fun small talk as he installed the battery for me. Great customer service and will definitely be returning for any future car needs.

Went in after an ice storm with a broken connector for my windshield wiper blade and Jose was so helpful. He found one that would work in a cup of spare parts and put it on for me. Highly recommend this location and Advance Auto Parts. Jose saved my day! Thank you for your great customer service.

Jose helped me with choice of several batteries, as my car curiously had two sizes available. In past experiences, other auto parts start seemed reluctant to help you change the battery but Jose was more than willing to help. Overall would use this location again for their helpful service.

all of the workers are super nice and will always help you with your problem. let me use their OBD2 scanner and also gave me a discount on many products. this is my go to spot for tools, parts or fluids

I felt really good with the way they receive and serve the customers. My car battery was installed in the shortest possible time and even installed wind shed blades for free. I highly recommend this store.

I went there for a replacement battery for my car key fob. Found a very friendly and nice employee-who not only replaced the battery but came out to check whether its working fine or not? Overall pleased by this shop and would recommend it to others.

Absent mind workers. They claim that I didn't pick up my ups package, and they scanned and sent it back to ups in Palatine . I picked up my package a long time ago, and my son is already using this jacket canadian goose, how they could scan the package second time and send it back, if it was picked up by me long time ago.....

Great service! the employee was awesome! helped me out so much with replacing my battery. I had gone into Walmart to replace my battery but they said they couldn't because my terminal was rounded where the battery was. but your employee went above and beyond to try to help me get my battery replaced and replaced of the rounded bolt for me.

Employee refused to take order for a wheel hub for me over the phone, even though I was going to purchase it in advance at store. It was for the opposite side of the one I purchased at the same store, less than two years ago. He told me to order it online.My previous order for sepentine belts was also a nightmare. They're not trained well enough to look up the right parts. I had to make several trips back to the store.What is the purpose of them (employees) being at the store and why should I patronize it and give it my business?.. I've never received this treatment at carquest before. Will not return to store except for warranty parts.

This is my favourite shoo for auto parts. They always have best price. They also give tools on loan and best thing is that even if you break the loaner tool, they will still return your deposit

I used to love going to aap. But recently The guy there was rude and tried to sell me more expensive item and when i refused. He was not happy and was rude. Will never come back to this location.

It's a good store. They have a decent inventory. But I've found the nearby autozone generally has the same parts for $5-$10 less.
