Highly recommend Scott's Service Place. Honest, professional, experienced and friendly. Rob is the best and always kept me informed of everything that I needed to know. I really felt for the first time that I was leaving my car in good hands from the beginning. Complete trust!

I am disappointed in my experience here. They were not transparent with the work that needed to be done and the charges that would be incurred. I got a quote that i approved and they added extra charges after the fact. I would not recommend because their business practices are shady and dishonest.

Best when it comes to honesty, integrity and only the highest standard of work and customer service. Never sell you what you don't need. Fair value is their hallmark.

Probably the first time as a female I didn t feel scammed by a mechanic. More affordable maintenance services than my dealership. Flexible scheduling and I got a price quote even before business hours when I accidentally called before they opened for the day. I was very impressed with the business. Clean and orderly, not usually how mechanic services are described. Spoke with the owner a few times during my experience, very detailed oriented and caring about quality service. Very confident I found my forever mechanic as I am new to the area!!Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

I would highly recommend Scott s Service Place. I own an Infiniti 2011 QX56 and required a lot of work. Erika was very friendly and has a great attitude.I worked with Scott and he is very detail oriented and was thorough in explaining the problems and what it would cost. They won t perform any work until you agree. He will let you know how severe your issues are and areas where it s not necessary to fix yet and he ll give you options.I would definitely take my car there and I plan to take my other vehicle there for maintenance and repairs.Thank you! I've been taking my cars to Supreme Auto for 10+ years. The now retired owner, Johnny, had car talk radio show for 20 years. I heard him one day talking to callers about their car problems. You could tell he was honest, sincere and knowledgeable. Next oil change I went to his shop, loved the people, the service and the price. I've been using them ever since. They're prompt, they check everything when you bring your car in and they don't try to sell you service you don't need. They would have done this anyway, but yesterday when I went for an oil change and tire rotation I asked specifically to check the battery and the brakes. They told me the brakes had 50% life left and the battery was fine. I trust what they tell me and their pricing is very fair. Very good shop.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Scott's Service Place is everything you want in an auto repair facility. Scott and his staff will take great care of not only your vehicle but you as well. Friendly, attentive, and honest. You will not get more personalized attention anywhere in the area. Wheaton is lucky to have Scott's Service.

Needed a quick help with tires. Even though they were busy, they took me in and helped me asap. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge, professionalism and superb customer service. Because it was a quick repair they refused my money and wished me a good luck on my trip. It says a lot about owner and the people that work there. Thank you again!

This is the situation. My whole family goes here, continue to go here & they've always been happy with their services. I had an issue with my car so I decided I'd give em a shot too. Went in on a Tues. the kid said when do you want your car back by. I said Thurs. because I was having surgery & couldn't get there Wed. anyway. He said ok. No one had even looked at my car by Thurs. & I'm the one who had to call them. Apparently, Thurs. wasn't when my car was going to be done. I found out he was just setting up an appointment time w/ me. Totally not what he said though.Only had a problem with my window not closing and didn't get my car back until the following Wednesday. 8 days for a window that wouldn't work. Very frustrating to not have a car with an active 7yr old & the amount of Dr. appts I have! Maybe it was just my usual bad luck. I will say, all the guys are very nice & explain things thoroughly. (minus the kid at the beginning ) My windows work. Had them change my oil & cabin filter while they were waiting for a part to come in. So that's that.

I have been taking my vehicles to Scott s for over 20 years. They work with such integrity that I know I will not be paying for work when my car doesn t need it. They are straight up ,provide great service and do great work..I recently had the pleasure of networking with Rich on the sale of my car and the purchase of a new one. Oh..my....gosh. It was the best and seamless transaction I ve ever made. I brought my truck into Scott's Service Place on a referral from a family member for some brake work. I have had such bad luck in the past trying to find an honest professional place to take my truck. I am so impressed with this place and the tech that fixed my truck. They truly treated my truck like it was their own and their communication was fantastic. Also, the nice touch of filling my windshield washer tank all the way up did not go unnoticed. I absolutely love Scott s Service Place. I only bring my car to Scott s, as I trust them completely. They are honest, professional and courteous. As a female, it can be intimidating walking into a mechanic shop. At Scott s, I ve never felt that way. Scott, Rich and Jonathan explain service details thoroughly. The mechanics are detail oriented and do great work. The prices are reasonable and they use only quality parts. Scott s really does care about fixing your car the right way. You can tell the business is run very well. I recently got a new car. My previous vehicle was a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Lots of miles, but Scott s was instrumental in keeping that car running the last few years. Scott s is the way to go for car service!Service: Battery

I had a slow leak in one tire. I made a same day appointment. They found a piece of metal in the tire. They repaired the tire and check the others. Price was very reasonable.Service: TiresService: Tires

Scott's service did excellent work on all the repairs on my vehicle. They are honest and have proven great customer service. It's been always simple process from beginning to the end and no surprises. Hard to find Professional service this days that will take their time to explain everything in a way everyone can understand.

I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my service here. I went in for a quote and had my car back the next evening, repairs and all. Everyone there was helpful and knowledgeable, even offering me a ride to where I was going. I don't think I've had faster service ever, especially with all the damage I'd done to my car. They were able to get the entire service covered by my extended warranty so I only had to pay my deductible (it was about $1500 worth of work, done for only $100). I won't be hesitating to contact them again, first, when I need something anything done next.

Brought my Explorer in for new tires (3rd car in my household I entrust with Scott's Service). In addition to the competitive pricing, the attention to detail is really what stands out. When mounting & balancing the new tires they determined one of them wasn't going to balance without a significant balancing weight. The team at Scott's deemed this unacceptable and got a replacement tire. Not sure the local "tire shops" would have handled it in such a professional manner.If you want excellent care for your vehicle, this is the place.Service: Tires

My family has been bringing vehicles to Scott's for decades for regular maintenance and more advanced work. Scott has hired great people that take care of our vehicles, explain any additional items that may be needed or recommended in a very plain and simple to understanding method. They don't try to up sell or force you into anything which is refreshing and a reason I typically choose local places like Scott's. I would highly recommend them for any type of service on your vehicle.

I've been here four times. The first three experiences were either OK or unsatisfactory. And I only went a fourth time because I needed something fixed and my new mechanic was on vacation. You should know there is an $86 dollar diagnostic fee - even if you are going in knowing exactly what you want fixed and your car has already been examined. (By the way, it would be helpful to show this fee on your website just to be more upfront with customers). I trust they do quality work. The place is clean. You can usually get in the next day. The mechanics look pretty clean cut. But they seem to only operate in the world of "leave your car here all day and we will call you after we examine your car". It has been my experience that they wait too long in the day to call and sometimes they cannot get the part in time. I'm sure they have lots of happy customers. I will not be one of them.

Mr. Scott is great at what he does. He is honest and trustworthy. He tells you what is wrong with your car and fixes it. Highly recommend!

Scott's Service maintains my car because they do a good job consistantly at a fair price.I'd describe them as smart, reliable, and trustworthy, That's why they have lifelong customers!Look, you've got to spend money maintaining your car, bring it here so you don't get ripped off.

Scott's is fantastic. We've been taking our cars there for almost 20 years, and there have been PLENTY of times they could have ripped us off! haha! But they've always been honest, clear, timely, and the work has been excellent. Big fans!

My most recent visit to Scott s Service Place was to have a faulty battery replaced, but they have done countless different repairs and analyses for me and my family. We have gone to Scott s for probably over a decade. You could not ask for people who are are more knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They go far above and beyond. Took my car in today for a flat tire after reading reviews online. Service was top notch and very personable, which to me is most important and hard to find. They truly value customers here. I will not hesitate to return for any car issues in the future or to reccomend to anyone in the wheaton area.
