Craig was amazing throughout the process. We had a warranty repair, he kept us updated throughout the process and the repair was completed much quicker than we anticipated. Will definitely use Renberg Auto in the future and have already told others about this business! Thank you!

I ve been using Renburgs for over 15 years on at least 10 different vehicles. Trustworthy, fast service, friendly team, and they re always reliable. Can t ask for more from Renberg s. There are probably 30 auto shops closer to where I live now, but I will ALWAYS take my vehicles to Craig and the Renberg team because of their exceptional service.

I'm really pleased with the experience I had taking my car to Renberg Auto. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. In fact, I felt as if my car was their number #1 priority! Excellent communication throughout. The cost of repair was really reasonable and the invoice outlined everything in detail. I would not hesitate to go back and highly recommend this shop.

I have been bringing my 6 speed manual 08 Audi S4 to Renberg for repairs. They do a great job, and they use quality parts. My car starts up perfectly every time (I had a long crank before they fixed it). They are good at diagnosing problems as well. My Audi is my baby, and I trust Renberg to work on it. Craig is a good guy too. He is very knowledgeable.

Been going to Renberg s since a friend referred us a few years ago. Just had front brakes done. Easy scheduling and got us in quickly. Great personal service from Craig and they get the work done when they say they will. Have used them for oil changes, brakes, new tires, alignments, to mechanical work such as timing belt replacements and brake calipers. Would recommend them for a mechanic in Wheaton, IL.

I came here recently to have some exhaust work done on my car. When the part they received didn't fit correctly, they called to let me know and offered to weld it at the same price as what I was originally quoted, even though it would be additional labor. They also got it done by the end of the day. The car drives great, no more exhaust fumes, and I was very pleased with their service. I plan to return for any future needs and I would definitely recommend them!

Having just purchased a used CRV, I needed a trailer hitch installed. Renbergs had a reasonable price for the requested work and Craig said they could get it in the next day, no problem. I had ordered the hitch receiver online and already had it in hand so I dropped the car off the next morning and walked to work.They did great work on the hitch install and as I requested, left the wiring for me to do on my own. (That's super easy on a CRV.)When I talked to Craig about picking up the car after work, he told me that the tech working on the car noticed that the rear brake pads on this (new to me) used CRV were worn down to almost nothing and the rotors needed replacing as well. They even had photos to show what they were seeing. With that evidence I gave the go ahead to have the work done. The hitch install turned out to be more than I intended but I'm glad they caught the safety issue and had the time to get it fixed.The car drives and brakes great now and the wiring install I did the next day was a breeze. I'm happy with the work Renberg Auto performed and recommend them.

Super happy with my experience at Renberg. This was my fourth time bringing my car there and honestly I will not go anywhere else. I'm very impressed by the through job done by Renburg's Auto. They did a full diagnostic on my car 5 months ago and showed me everything that needed to be fixed with photos of the proof of rusted and broken springs and more. They fixed everything that was needed plus some regular maintenance. I was the unfortunate victim of vandalism by kids in my apt complex who first broke my radio antenna last October and then a few weeks ago I discovered someone had broken the left windshield wiper arm, and left it on the ground in front of my car. I was so mad but I 'm glad that I can trust Renberg's to fix my car. I got my car back in a day, and everything was fixed good as new! I'm always very impressed with their work.

A great experience with Renberg. Had a car issue in Wheaton. I m from St. Louis. Had my car towed to Renberg and dealt with them from afar. Everything was great, from customer service to the actual repair. They were attentive and took care of my issues quickly. I call and need an appt and they do their best to get me in the next day. They even offer me a ride home and pick up when my car is ready. Pricing isn't too shabby. Overall, I trust that their mechanics are certified and know how to work on my German car. It's also like 5 minutes from my house! Very satisfied knowing I can come in and keep my car healthy and running. Renberg auto replaced an axle assembly on our vw eurovan last week. We were passing through the area on our way home to Montana when the knocking started. They diagnosed the problem, found the parts and got us back on the road within 24 hours. Great friendly service. I would recommend them anytime.

Been using this garage for more than two decades, over many cars makes and models. Fair pricing and they work with me as I tend to drive cars to over 200K and get a lot of life from them. If they tell me I need something the explanation is always available and we can discuss implications of doing it versus not. Easy to work with and the single significant issue we had (many years ago) was made all good as they stand behind their work. Very friendly staff to interact with, they were open and straightforward with issues and concerns with my vehicle. They were also very honest about their pricing, it s never cheap to fix a car but they won t nickel and dime you to death with little extras and fees.
