The store manager and Arthur were great at getting me in and out right away as I was in a time crunch. Excellent service, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The quality of service was great, but the fact that she handled everything with a smile made my day. I ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! (Dorel)

I love coming to Mavis to get service done on my vehicle. I started coming to this location once the one in Lombard closed. Jessica, Arthur, and Rick are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The other staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Customer service is excellent and I 100% would recommend this location to anyone.

The employees at Mavis Tires and Brakes showed me exactly what was wrong with my car, and they told me the different options I had along with fair prices. They were able to help me right away even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. It took a little longer than expected, but this was due to them having to wait on a part from someone else. They are honest and helpful!

Arthur and Jessica were the best. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and made recommendations on my vehicle. At the time of checkout, they explained all the costs and final total. This is my second time using their place of business, and I would recommend it to everyone. Oh, and the prices were better than all of their competition. Come see Arthur and Jessica for your car needs!

I live 5 minutes from Mavis. I called at 9:30 a.m. and Arthur answered the phone. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly, so I made an appointment for 11:00 a.m.I arrived right on the dot!We discussed my tires and brakes. I knew I needed both and said so.Arthur explained what would happen during inspection, and also let me know what was going on the entire time with my car, gave me a call to let me what exactly was wrong with my brakes, AND, sent me a picture so I could see!!!The cost for brakes, 4 new tires, wipers and the tire warranty was not bad at all. I was expecting to pay $400 more (based on my own research of shops in the area!) and was pleasantly surprised it was less. Thank you Arthur & team for a wonderful experience! I will recommend you to others!

It was okay. Some of the workers were nice and the front desk lady she was all right too, me and my dad went into fix the car tires, but it wouldn t get out so we had to go back to the place and they had to tell us that it wouldn t come out so we needed to wait longer and we waited for five days. We finally got it back today and we had to pay extra but what we didn t really like was the fact that they hammered the outer part of the car and we didn t want any like hammering a damaging going on that will like make the car look bad. Overall, it was an OK experience

The staff at this location is truly amazing! Jessica is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. Arthur is equally excellent and communicates everything from start to finish. The maintenance team is also awesome and if they see any concerns with your car, they will communicate that with the manager. Overall, this location has a wonderful team of people who are knowledgeable and great at what they do. A big shout out to Jessica, Arthur, and the maintenance team!

I cannot recommend this facility- repair was originally quoted 2 hours, but took over 24 hours to complete. The delay was for a missing part, but I had to keep calling numerous times to get any communication. Zero customer service when it came to a day delay! I was just told it s not their fault they couldn t get a bolt. I would have taken it to another shop if this was clearly communicated.Very little transparency on the final bill. Bill was originally presented to me approximately $200 more than quoted.I was charged for 3 new wiper blades, mind you I never requested new blades nor agreed to them. At one point I was offered free blades for the delay, and I declined, yet there they are on my bill.Also charges for tire warranty I didn t ask for or agree to.

Jessica was the absolute best. Very kind and friendly. Did not try to impose any extra services that were not needed. Luis Nava was also very quick, courteous and professional. That guy knows what he s doing and talking about. Because of them two I will definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Came in here for a slow leak in my tire and they were so incredibly helpful, nice, and thorough. Taking the time to even show me exactly what the issue was. Really appreciated their diligence and honesty.

Very friendly. Realized my steel belt was showing on my tires came to Mavis, and They walked me through the different types of tires and were able to get me in and put them on right away and also did a wheel alignment. I highly recommend them.

I couldn t have gone with anyone else to do my tires. Jessica made me feel at ease. She was very informative, thorough and respectful. I appreciated the honesty and the kindness. The service was quick and easy. Hassle-free from the start.

Mavis came in handy. So thankful they stay open late. Jessica helped me from assisting me with a tow to staying open later to get my flat tire changed. Highly recommend this location very good service and very nice employees

I got a flat at the worst possible time on my way to work and luckily this Mavis was right down the street. Miss Jessica had a lobby full of customers and still got to me in a timely manner. She was as kind, patient, and professional as it gets (this queen deserves a raise). She was able to prioritize my service and had me in and out in a jiffy (no lube). I ll never go to another tire shop again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ve been coming here for years, but ended up stopping. However I recently came back and Jessica s top knotch customer service alone will have me coming back to THIS LOCATION again. My visit was, quick, honest, quality work & great customer service! I WILL be back!!!!

I had to get a tire that kept deflating checked out asap. Jessica made sure I was taken care of right away and that I was on my way on time. She thoroughly explained to me what the repairs would be and why. These guys are fantastic and I would recommend them to all my family and friends!Thanks Jessica!

This is the best place I ve been to so far to get my brakes & tires fixed at. Grant it, I ve only been to Firestone but it was a 20/10 experience with Mavis. When I called, they were super friendly, patient, and flexible. I needed to get a new tire. While they were changing my tires, they noticed my rear brakes were in really bad condition. Most places would either try to convince you to spend more money and get it done. At the previous place I went to, they told me the rear brakes are getting bad but they didn t make it seem like it was anything urgent. Mavis staff took the time to bring me back to the work area to show me just how bad my rear brakes were. They said with the bad weather coming, we strongly suggest you get your rear brakes done because there s pretty much nothing left. They showed me and I was now worried because I was getting ready to drive into the city. I asked if they were able to change the brakes since we re already here. The mechanic was like if we have the parts I d be more than happy to stay a little late to install the brake pads on but we gotta ask the person in charge. I talked to Jessica, who was the one taking calls and updating me along the way. She said if we have the parts in our inventory, I d be more than happy to accommodate you today. When she checked the system, they didn t have it in stock at their shop. Instead of giving up, she went above and beyond to call their warehouse in Glen Ellyn to see if they could bring it over since they did have it in stock. The staff from the warehouse were also able to accommodate, brought the parts over within 10 minutes, and I am now leaving Mavis with two great new tires and a new set of brakes. As a female who knows pretty much little to nothing about cars, they took the time to educate me, and work with me and my car. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who has car troubles because the service was nothing but the BEST. I got here around 330 and I will be leaving at 6pm with a safer car. Thank you so much Jessica & Mavis Staff! You are INCREDIBLE!

I went here for an oil change and brake check and found out that my brakes needed to be completely replaced. Jessica at the front desk was so helpful and explained everything that needed to be replaced and exactly what it would cost. They gave me a great deal and I am so happy I brought my car in to get checked. Definitely recommend this place for all your auto needs!

Each time I go to Mavis Tires on Roosevelt Rd, the technicians are extremely efficient and friendly. The service is always good and the work is completed in a timely manner. The staff is knowledgeable and professional.

The Team at Mavis in Wheaton is amazing! They were professional and patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be returning to this store the next time I'm in town and need service.
