My college age daughter needed a new fuel line. She called them and they said they said they would look at it and to drop it off. Next day, it s the fuel line, we can t change those. It will be $150. Seriously? Save your money and go somewhere that is not crooked and will take advantage of a young kid.

Excellent, professional, prompt, fair priced towing and honest service. My wife was stranded after work and J&C showed up sooner than expected, and were professional. I highly recommend them as your next tow company.

I have not taken my car there for service or repairs yet, but they handled my sons car after it was totaled in an accident. They were kind and patient and friendly, and willing to lend a hand as I cleaned it out. I have been taking my vehicles to J&C for well over 30 years. I have always been given a fair price and the workmanship is excellent, from very small to considerably large jobs (like a snapped drive shaft on a van). They also are great at solving those quirky issues that other shops give you a "deer in the headlights" look to fix. My most recent issue was diagnosed correctly (bad wheel bearing) when original repair shop and dealership both missed it. With repairs, you get what you pay for. But with J &C you get something more than you paid for.....reliability.

RIPOFF REPORT: I had my car towed here because they had great reviews. I didn't know what was wrong with my car. I was told by J&C that it was the alternator and was quoted $430 to replace just the alternator, $250 for the part and $150 for labor. This seemed like too much so I called around to KRAGE'S auto and was quoted $315 for the same job. I called J&C back to ask if they would match the quote, the woman on the phone told me that the owner does not price match. I asked if they would meet me somewhere in the middle of the two prices and was told no. I am so glad that I told them not to do the work even though my car was stranded at their shop. Do not get your car towed here or they will price gouge you and try to rip you off too. Go to KRAGE'S, they are actually honest. (My boyfriend replaced the alternator for $150 himself, saving me in the end!!) They may do good work, I wouldn't know, but they do price gouge and they do ripoff customers. You can do better.

J and C Auto across from Mariano s for the win! My car broke down and I had to leave it in a friend s driveway. The receptionist said they were booked through the following week but put me on hold to check with the mechanic. John from J and C headed out to the car 10 minutes later and fixed a blown radiator hose in the driveway where the car sat at no extra charge. I will never take my car anywhere else. They are fair, honest and obviously go out of their way for their customers

The tow truck drivers at J&C are very unprofessional. Tow truck driver showed up to do his job. My girlfriend asked the driver to please not use the good of her car as a table to fill out his invoice. He ignored her and continued to write on her hood. Clearly left impressions. Nothing a hand wax won't fix, but have some respect. My girlfriend and her friend went to J&C to pick up her car. One of the employees was very ride,loud, and got in my girlfriends face. She asked him to back up and he didn't. No respect for women at all!

Great staff! They are super sweet. Very knowlegable with all of our families cars. Absolute life savers. Any time there's a problem we know where we can take it for honest service.

Won't take my car anywhere else. Trust them to give me a fair estimate and fair evaluation of any issue I might be having with my vehicle

Very helpful. Today I went in with an error message on dashboard and since it was a simple fix and not busy, the problem was solved in a few minutes. So thankful he could help me right away!
