They are righteous nitpickers. They will nitpick anything to not pass your inspection. Failed me for exhaust a little loud . Of course they do this in hopes they get to do the repairs at a ridiculous price. Apparently a little loud is unsafe? There s never a long wait because everyone else already knows this and goes elsewhere

Only good things to say about this garage after all the years. They always explain what their doing clearly, good pricing and very honest work. They went out of their way to call the local dealership about a part that might be under warranty still. Which it was, so they saved me $900 on something they could of easily gone ahead and replaced. Highly recommend!

We have been using Holstein's garage for decades. They have been taking care of our cars and trucks throughout the years and give us excellent service. One thing I would recommend is to let them know you're coming ahead and they will set up parking for you. Mark Holstein and Mark Holstein Jr are one of the most honest, respected, and friendly mechanics I have ever come across. Ronnie Holstein is like a Ninja, he works on everything from lawnmowers to large semi trucks. They do phenomenal work at a fair and decent price, and get the job done quickly. They will also address problems that you didn't realize you had. They always will call ahead to see if you want that work done as well. The fact that they found another problem was great and it's good to know they are out for your safety. Most dealerships will charge you double the cost of what Holstein's charge and the work will not be done any better. Highly recommend them fantastic decent people.

Honest, quality service with good prices. They were communicative, efficient, and very accommodating to my situation. Within 15 minutes of making my initial call to Holstein's, two maintenance crew members were on their way to assist with my car's dead battery. Holstein Garage is now my first choice for automotive care in Wheaton.

I have been brining my car to Holsteins for 10 years, besides the exceptional service, friendly staff they have always given me an honest opinion and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They have earned my trust and I will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

They are the best mechanics I have ever seen. Not only do they repair your car 100%. They give back to you. I had a radiator problem and got the radiator and heater pipes replaced. I drove to Chicago only to get my car towed back and they saw that some radiator pipes in back of the engine were weak which is extremely rare. They replaced them free of charge and paid half of my towing. Talk about Genuine Mechanics!
