Great place and friendly staff. I had a battery terminal that was lose and stopped by to get it checked. I met Juan, who was very helpful in getting that fixed right away. He gave me helpful tips on how to properly tighten the terminal, if I ever install a battery myself in the future. Thanks Juan!! Keep up the good work.

Had a problem with my tire called up there and told Dave all about it and he took care of me with no problem. Everyone was helpful and polite. I give this location a 5 out of 5 . Big shout out to Dave for taking care of me .

My first time at this location and for sure not last! Juan was not only kind but also eager to help me determine what needed to be done and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend this location, in fact I m returning tomorrow for an oil change.

I've been taking my Ram 2500 truck her for about 3 years now, and Mike (mechanic) did an outstanding job locating a coolant leak and had it fixed and running correctly with coolant temperature within parameters. However, why am I giving a 4-star review? The reason is waiting on parts. Firestone management claims they have to order the parts themselves to ensure the work is covered. The parts they need could've been ordered by me more quickly, but they have to go through their vendor system, which slows down the process. I"m not angry at Firestone crew they are just doing their job, but I'm disappointed in their policies.

Went in to get an alignment and my license plate light housing fixed. Kept me updated along the way with problems they ran into. Car was in and out within the day.Will definitely be coming back to this location for service!

During the holiday weekend and while it was negative degrees outside, they quickly fixed my tire and helped me out! Even filled up all the other ones that were low too! Very professional and helpful, would definitely go there for future tire needs

I deal with this location often as I always need help with wheels and tires for my work. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to take care of me. I strongly recommend coming here for anything wheel and tire related!

The team was unbelievably patient and worked through multiple issues with me. I cannot recommend the Wheaton Firestone team enough. I will always come back here now. Please make sure they see this because they deserve all the praise you can give them.

The new manager David is super friendly as well as his staff I have never been to auto shop where the manager and staff are friendly, also one of the cleanest auto shop I ve been too

I was at the local vet, Danada Veterinary Hospital when my dog was brought out to my car and my car wouldn't start. So two very nice young ladies, reception workers at the vet, came out to me and jumped my battery. I called Firestone in Wheaton and they said they could take me right away and my dog was allowed in the reception area and we sat while the work was done and Emily pulled out a tire for Wally to pose in and my battery was replaced and a few other items were pointed out as needing replacement and we researched our past repairs and realized it was time for these other replacements. It was a great experience!

I have been coming here for years without incident until August. Had an oil change and asked for my car to be checked out and to see if tires needed to be rotated. When car was done I asked if they found anything that needed to be addressed or if the tires needed to be rotated. Was told everything checked out and that the tires did not need to be rotated. Did not receive the normal checklist showing what was checked and the status. While driving home something was dragging on the ground making alot of noise. They forgot to secure the splash guard under the engine when they did the oil change. The car had to be towed to another Firestone close to my house so that it could be fixed. Not acceptable. Recently I took my car to the Lansing Firestone because my rear brakes were making noise. I needed pads, rotors and a caliper to the tune of $863. I was shocked because I just took my car to the Wheaton Firestone a month prior and was told there were no issues. I asked more than once when i picked up my car and was told "everything checked out". Instead of just needing pads I needed serious repairs to my rear brakes at an expensive price which could have been avoided if i had known about the issue. I commute downtown and rarely drive my car so for these brakes to be in such bad condition they would have had to have been bad for a very long time. I called Wheaton Firestone to complain and the manager argued and spoke over me and never took any responsibility for what happened. I am no longer a customer and do not recommend taking your car here.

0/5 would NOT recommend trusting these people with your car. I came in for an oil change and to patch a leak in my tire. I started experiencing random car troubles the next week, I d be driving and the engine would shut off. Took a closer look to find the drain plug wasn t tightened and basically all the oil had poured out of the underbelly of my car. This likely caused permanent damage to the engine.

I try to avoid all vehicle repair/tire shops. This Firestone has been a wonderful surprise! Fair prices, no BS, no hard sales reps, and friendly staff. One service rep in particular, Emily, has been great! Friendly, efficient with info, and always willing to help out.If you can t do it yourself take it here!

This is the best auto care facility I ve ever worked with. They are always accommodative and friendly. Particularly Eric the service manager. In addition, they are extremely fair. Their charges are very reasonable for diagnostics. They never pressure customers to have work done and always provide a fair estimate for necessary work and suggested maintainence. I totally trust them!

This review is from my experience TODAY at 5:40. We had an appointment set for 6:00pm TODAY, we came in 20 minutes early for some guy named Alex at the time of arrival to day they can t do it. I m not sure if that was his name since he was hiding it but whoever was at the front at 5:40 who named himself Alex is apart of this problem. I asked to see the manager and he said that he manager wasn t even there. My appointment was confirmed and set and received no notification to say otherwise. We drove an hour to get this done and have never experienced such a dismissive and terrible service in the following through of this appointment. I ll be reaching out to corporate as my next step in correcting this instance and from the previous recent reviews something tells me corporate can help more than management.Service: Oil change

I had an great experience at this Firestone location over Memorial Day weekend.I had driven here from MN and on our drive we noticed something was wrong with the car. We brought it into this Firestone on Sunday before Memorial Day and they were able to diagnose and fix it same day for us.

New Management! New Management!It was very impressive to see every customer leaving well informed and satisfied with their experience as a result of the new manager Eric. As I was waiting for my car, I counted one customer after another asking multiple questions and receiving every possible solution to their needs within Firestone as well as outside Firestone if they desired to fix elsewhere. They all recognized right away he was the New Manager because his honesty and knowledge are hard not to notice. The customer service this manager delivers is very rare and is a pleasure to witness front stage. If you haven't visited this Firestone for whatever reasons you may have had in the past, I would encourage you to return as you will not be disappointed. Eric also said he was doing all sorts of New Manager Specials to fit all customers' needs while they where checking out, as well as upcoming sales events to save them even more. As I checked out, I let him know that he was very good at his job and whoever placed him there definitely made the right choice. Wow! What a pleasurable day I had. Thanks Firestone. He said Sundays are a very good day to visit the location because they are open and ready to rock on Sundays!

I had a great experience at this Wheaton location - I was there for about an hour for a wheel alignment early in the morning on a weekend. Poor communicationI made an appointment 5 days prior and dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning. Specifically stated they were to correct the a/c issue and bypass the courtesy check, as I'd been there recently and was not interested in any other services.Took me calling after 2.5 hours to get the tech to acknowledge that the diagnostic machine "works some of the time" and they hadn't looked at the car as a result. They had to drive it (at my urging) to another location to test it. Again, no follow up for another 1.5 hours, and when I called they had a list of other repairs they wanted to perform.These folks don't communicate, don't follow instructions, and don't make you feel like your issue is a priority.

I have been to many car repair shops over the years and my experience at Firestone in Wheaton has exceeded the others. The new manager Eric was awesome. The staff worked over an hour and one half past closing time to finish my car even though I told them it was unnecessary!! They ran into some additional issues and didn t charge me extra for them, unbelievable customer service!!! I cannot recommendation them enough!

Probably going to end up taking this place to court. Brought in a car for a simple alignment. Then urgently "recommended" me to have over $2000 in repairs done and said they "can't" align the vehicle until this work is done, and almost all the things they "recommended" for me to get done had been replaced in the last 6 months which is how I knew these people are full of s#@%! This place predatory to those they think are ignorant of their own cars maintenance. Said my car was leaking oil. Had that fixed last week, said my car needed a coolant flush and new lines, had that repaired last month, quoted me at nearly quadruple the cost of a tire rod and control arm. Told me I needed spark plugs. I had a tune up earlier this year. Which my car doesn't need. Then said my tired were bald and quoted me $500 for 2 tires. I will say that again 2 tires for $500 I drive a maxima not a lamborghini. Just got home and took a look. Nearly all 85% of the tread is left. This place is a joke. Run for the hills from this place. Unless you like getting scammed from your hard earned money. I hope this place burns to the ground.
