Excellent shop. I had an estimate done. Everything was explained in meticulous detail. Very professional and friendly. Looking forward to getting my repair done. Fast, friendly and courteous.

Steve and Lynn from BC Auto Body were outstanding during a very trying time for my son and I. I was unable to pay to restore my son's vehicle after an accident he had. Nor, could I park a totaled vehicle at my residence.Steve was very patient and worked with me to find the perfect home for the car. Luckily, we were able to find another owner that had the means to restore the car. Steve never put any pressure on me and was very helpful in notifying all his contacts, business and personal, in hopes to help find someone. This is something he did not have to do. He even guided me through the Insurance part of it making sure that I asked all the right questions. Steve was always there to take my call when I had questions, big or small. He was very honest with me - always going ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. Lynn is also a great asset to BC Auto Body. The shop came highly recommended and I can certainly see why. Lynn was very kind, empathetic and understanding even while I was under a great deal of stress.As a single mom that knew nothing about selling a totaled car -- I was so very lucky that my son's car ended up at BC Auto Body in Wheaton. I was never treated ugly for not being able to repair my son's vehicle and Steve was very gracious to assure me that his business was much more than that. I truly felt like a family member that was getting special treatment - but, the truth is; until the accident, I had never met Steve, Lynn or BC Auto Body.***God truly does put angels in our path in our greatest times of need!***Thank you BC Auto Body for being there when my son and I needed you most! We had a 12-year-old car with front-end damage. One place wanted $1500 to return it to its original glory - way too much than what we wanted to pay. For fraction of that, BC offered to do basic work to make car safe and functional - just what we needed. Very reasonable/ affordable and much appreciated.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I am going to provide some measure of compassion in this review. BC was recommended by another business that I have high confidence in but they did not live up to the recommendation. They had challenges with the insurance company but never informed me so I could assist. I am very aware that it is a difficult time to be in business because of employee shortages and component shortages but I wasted allot of time, never got my car fixed and now need to start the process over with another shop.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I'm very pleased with the outcome of the repair on my BMW. Looks brand new. Plus they cleaned my whole car inside and out, which I totally did not expect. Talk about going above and beyond. Communication was very good, and they worked well with the insurance company. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely send others there.

WOW! I cannot believe what an excellent experience I had with BC Auto Body. I accidentally slid my van into my garage frame, causing an enormous dent in the door. We went to 4 places in Wheaton & Glen Ellyn for estimates. We chose BC auto (even though they are not in our State Farm Insurance preferred providers-their estimate did come in under some of the preferred providers) based off of other recommendations as well as our impressions from meeting them. They were able to work with our insurance and we only had to pay our $250 deductible. They also completed the work 2 WHOLE DAYS ahead of schedule (estimated 5, done in 3). All other places said a minimum of 7-8 days. The last HUGE bonus was when we picked up the car, the entire car was detailed inside & out!!! It's a minivan & we have 3 kids & it was super gross. I still can't believe they cleaned out and washed everything, what an unexpected surprise!! I will be a customer for life (but also hoping I don't need any auto body work in the future ;) )!!!

Super fast and honest! I have used B&C twice and could not be more pleased with their service. The owner will do an on the spot estimate and definitely will NOT "upsell." Be sure to get an estimate from B&C and see for yourself how great their service is!

I wasn t quite sure where to go for autobody repair since I had never had it done before. I have a mechanic but he doesn t do this. I called the dealer and the place they recommended me would have costed approximately $200 more than BC charged me. They worked with my difficult schedule and had it done hours earlier than expected. Pleasantly smooth process, outstanding professionalism. While I hope I never have to return, need be I know where I would go!Service: Body & Trim

We recently had some body work done & afterwards experienced a tire valve leak. They took responsibility & completely covered the additional cost. We highly recommend them for service & quality. You can even listen to Klove in waiting room.

We have had work done by BC Auto Body over the years andthey have always done "Top Notch" work. We have never hadto return a vehicle to them for "rework" Most recently they repairedour car for damage and went above and beyond what we expected.Excellent service!!!

I asked for an estimate after my vehicle was rear ended. Once the estimator learned that someone else was paying he included replacement of the taillights and some other work that didn t visually appear necessary, saying, Hey, they hit you and they have (well known insurance company). I took my business elsewhere.

Took my car here for an insurance claim. They did a good job on the repair, only complaint is the lack of detail on the trim to my door, doesn't sit flush like it did before the car accident.
