Our garage door didn't go all the way up when we had a recent polar vortex. As a result, I knocked off the dolphin cover over the antenna when backing out of our garage. We brought my Lexus to Mike. He was very professional and gave us a written estimate. After the part we ordered came in, we called him to make an appointment. The car was ready in one day! (They even "tested" the new cover to make sure the seal was solid by power washing the roof to make sure there were no leaks.) I also had two scratches on the bumper. We asked for an estimate on the scratches, deciding to get them repaired, as well. The car was ready the next day. They even washed my car for us! Reasonable prices. Solid attention to detail. Polite and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Mike was recommended by my neighbor that has lived in the area for 30+ yrs. He said, "if you want it done right go to Mike, he's great at what he does." He was not wrong. Car looks new and the service, timing, was spot on. Great experience all around.

I was referred to them by a friend (male) who had a good experience. I, however, did not. While the owner, Mike Campbell, was nice enough, I was more than accommodating to him by not requesting an immediate fix to my vehicle. I agreed to waiting 5 weeks out (he originally asked for 7 weeks). The Thursday afternoon before the Monday morning when I was to drop my car off, he called and requested $1000 down payment for my windshield which cost $855. He said he needed this to order it from the dealer, as he could not get it aftermarket, and to store my supplies. Mind you, my supplies were not very large parts and he did not know when the windshield would be in, nor when the work could be done. I said, how do I know you are even going to do the work?Since this was an insurance claim, I called the insurance claims adjuster. He stated NEVER EVER EVER give them the money ahead of time before work was done. He also wanted to know if the part was $855, why was he asking for $1000. Red flags all the way around. He said I was in no way obligated to use them.When I called back on Friday, turns out Mike was out of town and his son could not help me. No resolution 1 day before service to begin, when I had made arrangements for a car rental, work, etc. Clearly, he knew he would be out of town and went without calling me back full well knowing this repair would not happen on Monday. Very, very poor customer service to this woman. I subsequently moved on to another local shop that day. I was able to get appointment in 2 weeks. It took this shop 3-5 days to get the windshield. The new place was responsive and available and respectful to women. Auto Body Techniques is not customer service friendly, or maybe that is how women are treated there. Not sure. But I am certainly glad I walked away.

Auto Body Techniques gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. Mike and his team were kind, knowledgable, thorough, and detailed. From quote to payment, they kept me up to date every step of the way, taking time to fully answer my questions. They set realistic expectations and delivered. They gave me my car back looking better than it did the morning before it was backed into. I was blown away. I couldn t believe it when I put a deep gouge and dent in my one-week old car. The guys at Auto Body Techniques restored it back to brand new in just a couple of days. My car was hit recently by a car backing out of a driveway which dented my rear driver side door. I was absolutely devastated.When it came time to choose an auto body shop, my father recommended Auto Body Techniques Inc. because he had work done on his car there and he was very pleased with the work. I took my 2015 Honda Accord Sport in for the repair and we received a quote immediately.I accepted the quote, and my car was repaired in timely fashion. My car came back looking BETTER then when it went in for the repairs. Not only was it repaired, they also cleaned the inside/outside!I will ALWAYS recommend this place to any of my friends in need for auto body needs.Easy to work with and they did a great job! 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an excellent experience with this place. They replaced my front bumper after an accident and they put up with Ford putting $5000 worth of "puzzle pieces" right behind the bumper to make up the air intake manifold.Mike over there. Courteous, knowledgeable, and totally patient about me being some commoner who doesn't know auto insurance and the procedures involved.A+. Would definitely get in accident again.

Mike and his guys are artists who clearly care for their craft. I read good reviews so I took a chance and I am so glad I did. He knows how to work with your insurance company and offers sage advice. I had him do some extra work on my car and my expectations were well exceeded and they were high. I do not like the fact that my car was in an accident but it came out of Mike's shop better than it was when it rolled of the assembly line. In fact the day I got it back, I got a speeding ticket and the deputy could not stop talking about how cool the car was. Nice job gents!

I was looking for a local auto body shop that can fix a broken fuel lid and a water leak that was seeping inside the rear hatch of my 06 Lexus RX 330. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to give this business a shot. I met Mike the owner and described what I needed done. Mike gave me some recommendations without being pushy.He bought a replacement fuel lid, painted it, installed it, and charged me around $200 for the work. I thought is was a fair price considering Lexus would have charged me perhaps double. He also diagnosed my water leak, fixed the problem and also charged me $200 for the diagnosis & work. I thought that this too was a fair price considering he kept my car close to 5 hours. After paying the bill, I found out that ABT also provides a limited lifetime warranty for the work is completed. I think I found my go to auto body shop. Thanks for the great job Mike!Ed L.4/18/19I decided to take my wife's 2011 Toyota Highlander this time to fix a broken power lift gate. The screw the secures the arm into the lift gate was stripped. Auto Body re-threaded the screw and welded it into the lift gate for $100. I brought the care in around 8 am and and the work was completed by 11 am. Same excellent service as before. Thanks Mike.

Excellent customer service plus excellent technical performance make Auto Body Techniques the best choice for auto body repair. They are superior to national chain body shops, yet they offer very reasonable prices on repairs that don't meet your insurance deductible. Highly recommend them. They have helped us many times over the years. Not only excellent workmanship, but they are problem solvers. Easy to work with. They have a good relationship with the insurers and make that part of the job easy. And Mike is the nicest person you could find to work with.

Could not be happier with Auto Body Techniques! Unfortunately, I had to pay them a visit after someone rear ended me in the Mariano's parking lot. They staff there is great. They were very receptive. I was able to get a quote the same day and the turn around time was as expected without any delays. Their technicians really are "craftsmen" as the sign in the office states. If I ever need work done agian, I would return here..

I called this establishment twice to try and talk with someone about an estimate on body work I wanted on my truck. First time I called the phone rang 15 times then hung up.The second time I called, someone picked up the phone, did not say hello then again just hung up. If this is how they conduct business prior to any service rendered, let alone an estimate, what kind of customer service would they give after a commitment is made? No thanks!!! Decided to just move on--
