Very friendly people. We went to there without an appointment, and they fixed our loose splash shield with zip ties for free. We really appreciate their help.

They will definitely rip you off be careful. They tried charging me for things I know I did not need.

Was in-and-out 15 minutes but they struck out on customer service. This was 1st oil change for my new used car... Technician never came to advise me of what he found on his inspections of my car and mileage was entered incorrectly into their computer as 12,419(actual 129,419). Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail will not earn my repeat business. Not recommended.

Friendly, lightning-fast service. David was really helpful; he assured me that everything was alright and offered me a number of useful discounts for the future as well as a mail-in rebate for the present. I arrived without an appointment and left in under 25 minutes. Thanks a lot!

That were so kind to me- I was like 8 months pregnant and couldn't figure out how to change the front headlight on my car. I begrudgingly took it here (I like doing the simple stuff like this on my own!!), and they changed it out for free (I provided the light)... With a promise I'd bring my car back for the next oil change (for. sure.). Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Thanks, guys!!

Super fast, friendly service. David was very helpful, told me everything was fine (2016 car) and suggested a bunch of helpful coupons for next time and a mail in rebate for this time. Went in without an appointment and was out in 20 minutes or less. Thanks so much!

I've taken our cars here several times and for the most part, the service has been fast and the guys working there are always pleasant. However, the last three times I've had issues with their recommendations not being available (we'll replace your cabin filter, oh wait, we don't have it in stock, you'll need to wait 35 minutes for us to go to Pep Boys to buy one) and with coupons.I've twice now tried to change my cabin filter and both times "it's out of stock but if I can wait, they will change it for me". And three separate occasions, I've tried to use a coupon and I can't with the particular service or I have to buy a filter (which they don't have in stock, SMH). And of course, they are starting to get like Jiffy Lube with all the recommendations and upsells.

I have been to several oil change places over the years and most of us know what stereotypes are circulating out there about them. Well rest assured this one and it's employees are not the type to be included in this negative tactics that other big chain oil scam I mean oil change places that give the industry . If you go in you are properly greeted and treated with respect and honesty. You are kept informed and not forced or tricked into unwanted services. I have a 20 year old Buick and a 2017 gmc suv. Needless to say the old Buick has issues. So many I could do every service they have on it. But instead of pushing the services all at once they wrote down recommendation . And took good care of me on both vehicles very well informed and very down to earth group. The owner is very aware and very caring of his customers and his stores. There is another across the street so no waiting ;) . I have a Google guide ranking because of my direct knowledge of the businesses I frequent. I don't lie or put sugar coating on things I don't know about. Make no mistake this place is going to be your go-to for your vehicle maintenance needs..you will end up sending family and friends here once you go abandoned don't hesitate to speak with the shop leaders they will take care of your needs and get you what you want and expect.

I have been going here for years, never had a problem. The guys will go above and beyond to help. Plus there they give out many coupons so the price is very reasonable for the service you are receiving

I called for a quote on an oil change. I gave them the make, model, year of the car and how many quarts of oil I would need. They gave me a $39 price. I got charged $69 and when I brought up the price given on the phone they all kind of looked at each other and shrugged like that was my problem. I don't do business where people can't be honest. Never again.

We have taken our cars here for at least three oil changes.Last month I took our 2005 GTO in for an oil change. The mechanic recommended I have an engine flush as well and said everything else was fine. Services were performed.I drove to Champaign the next day, and when I started my return trip, the car vibrated and the engine began knocking. I had the car towed & taken to a local dealership. The dealer called the next day to inform me the engine was broken and would need to be replaced (mileage on the car is under 54,000)! After reviewing the services performed by Duke of Oil, he said that GM does not recommend engine flushes, and they are not necessary for cars that use synthetic oil (as ours does).I made a complaint to Duke of Oil. They had an oil analysis performed, and claim that it shows nothing wrong. I have not been offered any remedy for this situation - no offer to refund my money, provide a rental car, offer to dismantle the engine to determine the root cause, pay for the repairs, or even to revise their policy of recommending an engine flush every 30K miles regardless of car or type of oil use (I have found & received bulletins from GM saying they do not recommend or encourage engine flushes on their vehicles & have learned from several sources that engines using synthetic oil do not require this service). The general manager dragged his feet on providing us a copy of the oil analysis results or claim information, preferring to focus on the fact that my husband got upset with him (um, who wouldn't). He also insinuated that we do not take proper car of our vehicle (most service has been performed at the dealer for the 11 years we have had it) or that we race the car (which we don't). He tells us to just "move on". Hard to do when you have no answer as to why this occurred and you're looking at an $8,000 repair for a $125 service. When I go to a service provider, I expect that they will provide me with the subject matter expertise that I am going to them for. I don't expect they will try to swindle an extra $50 out of me that could potentially damage the asset I have put in their care.

The last 2 times I got my oil changed here, The first time was back in August and I was with my husband, we got both cars an oil change and they even changed my engine filter for free with the oil change. I had no problems.Today, October 15, I went to get my oil changed because you get $3 off if you come back, not a great deal on a 40 dollar oil change but whatever they did a good job LAST TIME. My car battery has died a couple times and it's running on a jump. There is a delayed start up when you turn the key.I stepped over to mcdonald's to grab lunch with my 2 under the age of 5 kids. One of the mechanics came over to talk about the battery and my cabin filter. He gave me a quote for the cabin filter, said he would give me 10 dollars off so I could get it done for 60 dollars!!!The last time I got the cabin filter changed was at the Toyota DEALERSHIP and they did it for FREE with my oil change because I already had a cabin filter I bought at an autoparts store. It litterally takes a minute to change a filter and an EXPENSIVE cabin filter is 15 dollars at an auto part store. Oh and btw, the DEALERSHIP charges $60 to replace a cabin filter, I said no then they did it for free. I attempted to change it myself but the compartment didn't open nice and easy like my owners manuel claimed. Now he gets to the battery, they claimed it would not start at all, but finally did and they got it in the shop. They wanted 150 dollars to replace a battery! I said the oil change was all I wanted. When I went in to pay for the oil change they continued to try and push for a $150 battery change. They were like "Your car may not start.", it did right away, then they left it running up front so the alternator kept it going while I buckled my kids in. They told me to "drive home right away."I got seriously screwed by a mechanic shop with my first visit to a repair shop as a 19 yr old with my first car, I gave a whole paycheck and half my next one to not have the problem fixed, a bad starter, they replaced all kinds of belts and garbage. I thought sleezy scumbag mechanics ready to rip you off was a over played out myth. Since then all I have met are scummy mechanics.I don't like the fact they they tried to upcharge me, using scare tactics, and assuming I am uneducated about the cost of COMMON car parts. I find it funny that when I was with my husband they didn't even try to pull BS. You see a woman alone with small children and you think you can pull some now? I will never go back to this overpriced oil change anyway venue. Just because people believe mechanics are scumbags doesn't mean you have to be one, rise above.I will get my battery and cabin filter (been two years at least they didn't lie about that) changed elsewhere. Thank you.
