I was there earlier this evening. Now I've been going here for long time. But today was the most rudest time I've ever seen an employee treat a customer including myself. Apparently the lady was not happy about being work today. The customer in front of me was trying to talk to the lady about his transaction and she for some reason was being really nasty to him. So it was my turn. I asked for 25.00 on pump 14. She asked me was that it in areal nasty tone. I'm like yes. I proceeds to pay, and I guess the computer was taking longer than she had patients for. She asked me what did I do wrong, in real nasty tone. So I said nothing. She turns her back to me and said your done next customer. No receipt or anything. Just real nasty. I won't be back. I'm not going to pay to be treated like this.

Sadly we have been denied a propane exchange at this location 2 times this weekend. Once Friday night and once just now Saturday afternoon. The young lady Friday told me I had to wait, which was fine - finish up with the people in line. I waiting outside like always and she came out a little while later for a smoke but then rolled her eyes at me and walked away when I asked if she was ready. Today I was told by a different lady that she d had already done 11 exchanges today and her back hurt. She got mad at me slamming her hand on the counter when I was upset. I was more the. Willing to lift them for her. For 15 years I have been exchanging my tanks here but not anymore.

This was my go to gas station until today (10/27/2021) I went as usual to pump gas and when I insert my card to pump 16 to be exact the machine said go see cashier then said authorization was complete, but when I took the card out it went back to ask me to pay. Tried again on pump 14, said the same thing.Thought that was fishy, checked my bank account and there was a hold on my card for $39 but it had the last 4 digits of someone else's card which i assume to be the previous persons. I never pumped gas, my car's tank is still empty. When we went to the cashier to talk about the issue he accused us of lying even though he stated that the amount that was put on hold for my card was how much the last car that used that pump paid. He said we couldn't help us with anything as a manager was not on duty. I felt robbed honestly

The pumps at this location are out of service more than they're in service. You will also lose any Shell rewards that you have if the pump fails after you swipe your rewards card.

Some of the time the pumps do not work and as of April 2023 gas prices have been extremely accurate.

The owner puts up incorrect prices to cheat its customers to come there. Everytime I go there prices are .25 cents higher. This station should be reported to bbb for cheating its customers

Today, most pumps out of service, gas pump handles torn off and lying on ground, pump fronts open, all garbage cans overflowing and windshield bins dry/empty. What a dump.

I can't believe that you have an employee who thinks it's ok to work behind the counter without a mask on Saturday Dec 12, at 12:45pm. And when asked to put a mask on, the employee becomes rude and doesn't want to serve me. I guess the 200+ deaths we've had per day in Illinois is not a concern for shell gas.

Horrible debit card system. Takes forever and slow. This is the year 2018 and time for anUpgrade. Otherwise clean good store. Fix your card reading system. You are hooked up with Jewel idiot owners!

A 90c premium for Premium gas is an almighty rip off. 30c addition from regular to mid grade is common but a 60c upcharge from mid grade to Premium price is unjustified.Not going back

The staff is very bad Add a get to deal with the cashier stole my money and I saw her do it Go to Mobil across the street it is cheaper and better
