Great staff! Contacted and Worked with my extended warranty, shuttled me home so I didn t have to sit there all day. Fair pricing, great service to client and vehicle. Really appreciated the honesty and education about my vehicles problem.

This place is very accomodating. When I took my Audi Q5 to their shop, they volunteered to take me home because they need the car overnight and volunteered to pick me up when my car was done. They are very thorough, honest, and show excellent communication. They keep me informed all the time with any updates and give excellent advice without pressure. I highly recommend this place!! Ask for the Mark T. the Manager and his knowledgeable technicians! I am very pleased with them and will certainly bring my cars to them from now on.

These guys did a great job. Mark is excellent with his communication and takes the time to help you understand the work they are doing. They worked seamlessly with the third party warranty company as well.

Had our Chrysler 300 in for a LOF today. Work was done on time and they reattached my muffler pipe that I jarred loose while backing up a few days earlier at no charge which was appreciated. In reviewing my bill later they charged me 5.00 for windshield washer solvent which I check every week to ten days. I called and under no uncertain terms I let Michael know I was upset. Customers should check their invoice for hidden charges. This may have been a oversight, and I will continue to see them but I will check the bills before paying. Otherwise 5 stars.

I found this shop through my warranty company and they far exceeded my expectations. Ron was so helpful and called me with updates throughout the process. Ron was able to get the repairs covered by the warranty and advocated for me. Repairs were prompt, done well, explained thoroughly and my car came out very clean. Thank you!

I found this shop by the help of a friend, and i did have a satisfaction of the result of the repair of my car, they are good and the manager who understand the car he can explain to you how they can repair your car without spending too much money and beside that they have a 3 year warranty in every parts they replace to your car. That proves how reliable they are . Talk to Mark Tingzon you'll see how knowledgeable he is about car.

Wouldn t trust any other shop with my vehicle. Best if the best and especially in 3 different locations! They can always get my vehicle in when in I m a crunch and the fact that they have loaners available or a shuttle service makes life so much easier. Thank you to the team for taking care of my vehicles.

First time I ve brought my car to them was when I just purchased it. Changed Transmission oil, coolant, engine oil and brake fluid. Drove away and realized they haven t put the plate back on properly and it was dragging on the road. Came back, problem solved. That was all done at around fifty thousand miles.Ten thousand miles later. Underneath a car there was a rattle. And I ve told them the problem is the exhaust as the rattle would stop when I touched it. They insisted it was engine mounts. Which I may agree were not the best, but again, took the car in to have the noise go away. After the complete inspection, to my surprise, here comes the estimate where they recommend doing the transmission oil and brake fluid as well. At which point they lost all of my trust. (Refer to the first paragraph where they changed all those among other fluids)Refused all the work they offered, paid for oil change. Went to another shop, fixed a rattle for $75. In my eyes, complete ripoff. Makes me think if they even change the fluids.

I've been bringing my vehicle here since I purchased her almost 2 years ago. I appreciate the reminders they text me regarding service due, and they always catch issues before they arise so I can get it repaired. This particular time it was last minute and they got me in, took care of the issue and I was back in my vehicle a few hours later. I'm very happy with the service and the way the staff interacts will the customers. I'll most definitely be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The entire staff is super friendly and helpful and told me things about my car that other shops didn t. I also received photos of my drive belt, brake pad status, etc. The wait wasn t long, but there are so many nearby eateries, and they have shuttle service. Thanks team, and wished I had found you sooner, since I couldn t trust my original dealer with major issues there, after car warranty was up! (Thankfully, Corporate Subaru made everything correct for me, so the pricey issues were definitely warranted).Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Oil change

I love this place. I had issues with my vehicles starter and they replaced it. Two days later the issues arose again and they repaired if for free under their warranty. They were extremely accommodating letting me use one of the loner vehicles. They even brought my car back to the discount tire shop where I had it towed from to have my tires put on. I am unable to express my sincerest gratitude for the techs and for Mark the manager who helped me through the entire process. Thank you to everyone at real autohause keep up the amazing service!

We have used Real Autohaus in Westmont for our car service for many years, and with several cars. I trust the team to keep my family and I safe as we drive all over. We have had some very strange issues with an old car we have, and although it must have frustrated the entire crew, they kept working on the issue and never gave up. I recommend Patrick and the entire team at Real Autohaus to anyone! They are reliable, professional and trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

I've been going to Real Autohaus for 5 years now. The owner and employees are always so kind and down to earth. It just so happened I HAD TO get work done on my car the same week my father died. They were so kind, patient, and accomodating to me. Their work has always been good & they have never tried to oversell - my husband knows cars so he knows their work & feedback has always been legit. I cannot recommend them enough.

A friend told me about Real Autohaus Automotive because I was needing to get repairs to pass the emissions test. I was reluctant because I have been dealing with this same situation for several years and each auto shop I went to same problem...take my money and check engine light comes right back on. Seriously who has money for this kind of mess?! So, again I was apprehensive about coming to this place. I figured the same would happen again. It did. I took it back they did another said repair and payment. No charge for diagnostic since they did the initial for this problem but I did have to pay again for labor. I thought that was unfair when I was expecting the problem to be fixed the first time. However, as of now (4 days after getting the car back) the check engine light has not came back on. My feelings will be better once I pass the emissions test and I am not paying money for nonsense.

Price quoted for brakes and rotors was almost half what repairpal suggested and nearly 24% lower than a previously used shop from whom I requested an estimate.Work quality seems satisfactory which is all a non-automotive-mechanic person can ask for.I believe that should any issues arise with this service, they will fix them, as they seem keen to acquire and hold onto their customers. And they are very pleasant people.At this time, highly recommend people give them a look.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

The efficiency, politeness, and professionalism were all outstanding! I called to report a leak that was coming from my Honda minivan's engine. Although I wasn't sure, I assumed it had something to do with moisture from the air conditioner. The staff agreed with me over the phone, but thought it would be better if I came in and had it checked out without charge. The staff was pleasant, the visit was brief, and there was no cost as stated. They even followed up a few days later with a text message to make sure everything was still fine. Excellent service, and I want to return with my car whenever we need it.

They were able to fix my car by replacing my Transfer case and CV axle. Mark was helpful in getting my car fixed within the time frame he said it would take to get the job done, but I think the price for the repair could have been a little less. This shop provides a sense of extraordinary and profesional technicians. Truthfully this shop is what I find as a real ponzi scheme with false auto repair reports for their own financial gain. EDIT: I had an issue that was resolved by the owner, and the updated review is below:I have been coming to this shop for a few years, but recently had an issue with a manager and felt I was not treated professionally. After calling to give them a chance to make it right and being refused, I wrote a review here stating not just the problem I experienced, but a few suggestions on what could have been a better experience.The owner personally reached out and asked me to contact him and stated he was not aware of what had happened. He was very professional and addressed all of my concerns and made it right proactively. He embodied the experience I had hoped for the first time in treating a loyal customer. As such, I am updating this review to reflect that my problem was resolved.As for an actual review, I've been coming to this shop for several years now and have recommended them to many family and friends. Sometimes their prices are great, sometimes their prices are a bit high...but what you get is techs do a good job and a warranty for the work that they do.I appreciate that they use modern technology to keep you up to date on the work that they do - they will send you photos to show you what's wrong or what they replaced as proof of their work (instead of just telling you what's wrong, they show you!), which is a step above some other places I have been to in the past.Steve and Mark up front do a great job - whenever I have a question about a quote, they will sometimes even pull up Alldata for me to show me the book labor.They have some opportunities on improving communication both internally within their team and externally to their customers (especially when it comes to quoting work) but the owner has shown he cares about his customers and is willing to put in the work with his team to ensure they are treated well, which is what you want to see from a shop. My front bearings were worn down in a dangerous way. They were kind enough to give me a loaner until the parts came in and my vehicle was repaired. They even were able to save me $200 under what they quoted! Great service!
