I recently visited your service center for maintenance on my 2021 Sienna and wanted to provide some feedback on my experience.Initially, I was pleasantly surprised when the coupon you had emailed to me, offering an oil change for essentially free, was honored. Otherwise, it would have cost $90. While I appreciated the discount, I couldn't help but wonder if this was perhaps a tactic to get me in the door and oversell other services.I was charged $70 for a tire rotation, which I later discovered I could have done for free at Discount Tire, where I purchased my tires.The most concerning issue was the $170 fuel injection service recommended by your technician for my Sienna, which has approximately 50,000 miles. Upon reviewing Toyota's Maintenance Guide, I could not find any recommendation for a fuel injection service. Instead, the guide suggests inspecting fuel lines every 30,000 miles.While I understand that service recommendations may vary, I felt misinformed and would have appreciated clearer communication regarding the necessity of this service. In the future, I will be sure to review Toyota's Maintenance Guide before authorizing any services.I hope this feedback helps improve your service processes, and I will consider this experience when deciding where to service my vehicle in the future.

The sales team was excellent. They got everything done promptly. Donroy took me on a test drive. He is very nice amd kind. Their general manager Alex got me a really good deal compared to the rest of the Toyota dealerships. Ben the finance person help me through the papers work and it was digitally signed. Joe helped with setting up mobile app and explaining the Toyota dashboard panels. Over all the team really works with you.

I recently had my car serviced at Oakbrook Toyota service department, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, I highly recommend Oakbrook Toyota service department for their outstanding quality of work and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I drove from work to a place to pick up dinner that's about 1 and 1/2 blocks from Oakbrook toyota. I picked up my food put it in the back of my 2011 Prius and I go in the car and there are no lights on and it won't start and it was dead. I called Oakbrook Toyota service after 6:00 p.m. and they sent somebody right over who jump started my car they drove my car over to the service center, and I was taken in a separate car, to replace the battery and I have my car an hour and a half later. What great service so friendly I greatly appreciate it

I always go to Oakbrook Toyota for all my service. Vik and his team do a fantastic job. John is my advisor and I can always trust him to be honest by me. Highly recommend.

I called the dealer to try schedule an appointment and I got a chance to talk to Melanie. I wasnt sure what my car was due for, but she was able to look up in my history what my camry needed. She was able to get me in around my day so I could get other things done as well. When I came into the dealer, Mark greeted me right away and took care of me. The services took less time than expected and compared to other places I called the pricing was very reasonable! To top it all off I got a great video from Greg the master technician showing me all the things that they inspected and how my car was holding up. Overall I am very satisfied with this service department.

I brought my wife s car in the other day to get new tires!! They were cheaper than those discount tire places and faster too! The professionalism that Vic showed me was awesome!! My car was done way before expected and all washed up after. Thank you Oakbrook Toyota

All around good people in Service. Never push unwanted services, in fact I cant think of a more forthright team of individuals. They tell me straight every time! Nice to find a group of folks to count on to shoot straight and not oversell. If you go, I particularly recommend Leon or John. Awesome guys!Additionally, they take care as a dealership in general. It's obvious they've put thought (and $) into the customer experience down in the bowels of service . Free coffee, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable lounge, spotless, and the text updates on service status and estimated costs are an appreciated touch.Highly recommend this team.

When I bring my 2012 Venza LTD AWD in for maintenance at the Oakbrook Toyota Service Center, I specifically look for Brian Gedrimas as he's very forward, honest and what I Love best is that I don't feel as if I'm being just told to get stuff done. Very communicative when I do have some extensive work done. It's like I'm talking to a friend not just some service writer.

I have been to other car service centers and the service team at Oakbrook Toyota goes above and beyond my expectations. These guys are so reliable! Brian does an amazing job with keeping me informed with what needs to be done with my vehicle; the service is fast and professional. I've been coming here for several years and won't go anywhere else.

I was suggested to replace cabin air filter that I replaced 3 days ago and the date is clearly visible when you open air filter compartment.You lost my trust and you lost a customer. 2 actually as we have 2 Toyotas in our household. Congratulations! Andrew Mikulis

When I walked into Oakbrook Toyota. I Was welcomed by many associates. The desk supervisor was great. I had a list of vehicles I wanted to know about. He took the time to explain each vehicle. Then he sent me to Joelson a salesman. I took a test drive on one of the vehicles I loved. Joelson was patient, polite answered any questions I had. He wasn't in a hurry. My visit was very pleasant. Im pleased with my experience and purchase. I would strongly recommend this car dealership. Everyone was very friendly.

The purchase of our vehicle went smoothly and we received an ok deal. When we went to pick up the vehicle things changed. The interest in us was gone. We were passed from person to person to answer our questions on the bells and whistles of the car. No one seemed to know the product that they were selling. We actually got the most help from their service dept. We found the finance guy a little brash. We weren't interested in any add ons and he wasn't happy. We have bought four other vehicles from this dealership and this is the first time we experienced this treatment. We have 3 or 4 years to decide if we will buy from them again.

I don't know what I did before I discovered Oakbrook Toyota. Mark and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of service. Whether it's when to get an oil change, the type of paint to use to cover up the scratch from that minor fender bender or just asking how routine maintenance is going.I'd highly recommend Oakbrook Toyota for all of your service needs! Ask for Mark if you want all of your questions answered and more!!!

The work on the car was fine, customer service, not so much. I was called back by the service representative who just disappeared so I wasn't sure where to go and then when I did find him I was told this and that was in yellow and had to prompt him to explain to me what that meant. The whole interaction was like that.

Thought for sure there was a recall on the 2022 Camry for potential air bag malfunction, but tech said no and did not elaborate.The customer waiting area had a very disagreeable odor. Something in the air or bad air freshener was tough to tolerate. And I remember it from past visits.

I went for a tire. It was great customer service was great. I was help with another problem that I made happen but he help me and I say I was so relieved because I could gage my miles from the kilometers and he change it and it was a great day for me because I wasn't doing good when I drove up foe service.
