We are very happy with our new Rav4! We searched all the local dealers and Oakbrook had the model we were looking for. We had Joe as our guy and he was great! He explained all the features on the car and such. There was no pressure and they were very fair and I walked away with my very first new car! Thanks Oakbrook Toyota!

I made an appointment to view a used car. We got there 30 minutes early. Charles was helping us but his scheduled customer showed up late. His manager made him take his late customer which left us without sales rep and waiting for Charles to run between two customers. This is not his fault.Then the car we test drove and wanted was being sold while we were test driving it!Now I was really mad because they made us wait almost an hour before the other customer debated if they had the funds to afford the car.Finally the manager offered us a nicer used car and he said he would take the price down.I was upset at first that we lost the car we wanted but I was really mad that both Charles and I were being punished because another customer was 30 minutes late for his appointment. We were there for 3+ hours.Charles was our sales guy and he did a great job. I would absolutely use him again to buy a car. The manager made up for his mistake and In the end it all worked out and I was happy with the price I paid.

Their car buying system is better than most. The salesmen were awesome and accommodating. Mauricio H. and Bill H. both did a great job. There was another guy who took care of my insurance transfer I don t remember his name but he did that in a few minutes!! I am old meaning I have bought many cars and have to say this was a good experience.Thanks Oak Brook Toyota!!

We had a terrific experience at Oakbrook Toyota! We were helped by Alex A., who is an absolute A+! He was friendly, professional, personable, honest, and a very genuine person. I 100% recommend working with him if you can. We felt very comfortable asking any and all questions about the car. The process was painless and they took care of the trade-in, license plate transfer, etc. with ease. In total, it took about 2-2.5 hours to test drive the car, do the paperwork, and take care of financials, but that is expected. They also cleaned the car and helped us set up the bluetooth features with our phones before we left. Overall, I would recommend buying from this dealership if you're considering purchasing a vehicle with Toyota. Thank you Alex and the rest of the Oakbrook Toyota team!

I had a very good experience leasing a new car from Oakbrook Toyota. They are a little further away from my home but had the model I was interested in. They made sure it was available and on location so I didn't waste my time driving an hour to get there. I dealt with Lenin and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy, and we were able to work out a good deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to other looking to purchase a Toyota.

Working with ALBER, Literally the easiest and most stress free car buying experience we could have ever imagined! He was not pushy or trying to hurry us along to make our decision to move onto the next customer. When we started talking prices, he did everything- from crunching numbers to explaining extended warranty options, to getting us a car we loved at a price we loved, there was no running back and forth to a man behind the curtain who made the choices, everything was decided right in front of us! We were amazed with everything he offered and will definitely recommend him to anyone we know who is in the market for a car! Thanks for a great experience!

I had a wonderful time buying from Oakbrook Toyota. My salesperson, Lenin Chacon, was kind, thoughtful and informative. I had a lot of questions and wanted to test a lot of vehicles and he promptly helped me with everything. I get nervous when dealing with people, but he made me feel comfortable. He helped me get exactly the car I wanted, so I left feeling very happy.Everyone else on staff was also wonderful and helped me through the process of purchasing my car by answering any questions I had and made everything clear and understandable. My sister has purchased multiple cars over the years from this location with similarly great results, so I highly recommend Oakbrook Toyota.

I wish I could leave 0 review. Online offer for my vehicle was $15k. My vehicle is in perfect condition. They even said it s awesome but guess what the best offer is 12k. Wasted my time so they can have new prospect to make some money. Now they are spamming me. Listen me right now. I don t need to sell this car, I am not desperate to sell it. If You offer 30k, I would say NOOO. Don t email or call anymore!

Bought a Highlander here. Charles was very helpful searching stock trying to find what I was looking for. He is very relaxed, never tried pushing me into something more expensive, and made the experience pleasant. I believe I was here 5 times trying to nail down the car I was looking for. It was a real pleasure working with him.

I always have reasonable expectations about service on a Friday at 8AM. Leon did an excellent job understanding what I needed and suggesting overdue service for a high milage vehicle, he answered all mu questions and gave good advice on what is need now and what could be deferred, he always kept me informed on the status.keep in mind the use of a credit card at Oakbrook requires a 3% tax, bring a lot of cash.

I had a great experience at Oakbrook Toyota. My salesman Mo was very helpful. He didn t mess around and did not pressure me to make a purchase. I ended up buying a vehicle from him and feel like I got a fair deal. From arriving at the dealership to leaving with a new car, it only took about 3 hours.

Went to 4 different Toyota dealers but bought my 2024 Hybrid RAV4 from Oakbrook Toyota. They were honest about the price and when the car would arrive. In fact it arrived 2 days early. Very happy with Lenin my salesperson. Very friendly but not pushy.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Jonas was an outstanding consultant. He was very honest, knowledgeable and professional. Never once did I feel I was being sold. To sum it up, Jonas, Bill (Manager) and Brian (Manager) were fantastic! The two things I hate most are buying cars and houses. This car buying experience was pleasant!Thank you.

My insurance agent, David Mei, was also very knowledgable and forthright. He laid out multiple insurance policies with the differences & coverages among them all. He did not pressure me into choosing one over the other, but recommended the best policy for my family, which I really appreciated.

My experience with John and the service department was good. No complaints. The issue I have, however, is with the credit card service fee they pass along to customers. I can totally understand that for small businesses, but for a large automotive group it just seems greedy. I don t understand the need to do that; it tells me they either don t know how to manage their margins and profit or that they re trying to line their pockets further on the backs of their customers. Either way, it s enough to make me check out other dealerships for servicing my car.

I have never had a better experience buying a car than I did with the guys at this dealership. It was absolutely seamless. Both Marcus, my salesman and Brian in financing were kind and attentive. If you want to make dozens of phone calls over several months to finally get the title to the car you bought months ago this is the place for you.I went into this dealership mid June with my daughter to buy her first car. Everything went smoothly and we drove away with her used car we payed cash for. They told us it will be a couple of weeks before getting the title since the state is slow. In August there was still no title and my daughter called the dealership the first time. Answer: there was a delay, but it s handled now and she should get the title soon. 3 weeks later, still no title and no paperwork sent to the state (you can call them and check). Dozens of more phone calls from my daughter. Eventually they told her there is a lien on the car but that should be cleared within the week. All throughout September, October, November my daughter called multiple times with empty promises to get a call back and get the lien taken care off. In December I took over the phone calls. I asked for the manager and eventually got a hold of him. He said he will look into it and call me back, he did and I got the same info my daughter had gotten, there is a lien on the car, they will work on it, should be done in a week. I wanted proof of it the moment it s cleared and he assured me it will be done. No such thing, it took several more phone calls with deflection, him being annoyed with me and saying it s not a big deal. My daughter finally got the title last week 8 months after we purchased the car.

Once a decision was made on an available vehicle, the details on the sale of the vehicle went smoothly. The customer service was excellent. Good customer service is extremely important to me. I recommend the reliability of a Toyota vehicle and the patience and understanding of my sales assistant, Melanie. Check them out for yourself. My experience in the past with the whole car-purchase process has been brutal and has taken anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. On the day of purchase I was in and out in less than 2 hours and I love my new vehicle. #winning
