This service was a recall for a possible leak in the trunk spare wheel-well. The experience was easy and fast from start to finish. I set up the appointment on-line and was able to get a convenient appointment within a few days. The service visit was on time and a quick turn around. All of the staff was attentive and polite throughout the visit. My car was serviced, washed and waiting for me out in front in about 30 minutes.

I have a 29 year old Mercedes and needed quite a bit of service. My service coordinator, Valerie, took the time to listen to my concerns, communcated very well. She addressed all of my concerns and kept me informed during the repair process. They had assigned a single mechanic to complete all the repairs. He was excellent in his work. Valerie even saved me some money along the way. I couldnt be happier. Valerie was professional and considerate. It was a very good service experience. Especially considering that I think in todays world, service is becoming a lost art!

Well with my current visit here, I'm gonna be honest. This dealership is very nice overall. Clean facility, great employees, most part fair prices on vehicles. My issue is the service department. In all honesty I'm not understanding the high labor cost for simple jobs. I had a intercooler pressure sensor replaced on my car. Now this sensor is literally right in front of you and on top of the intercooler. There's really no major work to remove and replace it. But I was charged almost 2hrs labor ($414.95) to do the job. Plus the $81.20 for the part. Among another job I also had taken of as well. Now I don't want to mention but I am. On Autonation Mercedes parts, this part only list for $48.50. Look I understand markups but overcharging for a profit is bad business especially when it comes to reviews.

Always Outstanding service. We purchase our cars here (formerly Laurel Motors) and have them serviced here and nowhere else!! There are reasons: trained technicians and outstanding team of experienced service reps starting with Lisa who schedules appointments to Rob Razik one of the reps to the BEST rep anywhere, at any auto dealer in the country, Brian Reed. He is knowledgeable,professionally efficient and quietly personable and beyond courteous. He listens!

Valerie is the best service advisor in the industry!. She is honest, accurate, detail oriented, and professional. Everything that needed to get done, got done in a timely manner! The service department was very clean and welcoming.

Brian Reed is great to work with as always, dealership needs to still work on not having to wait 2-3 weeks for a service appointment in order to get a loaner vehicle to use. It also seems that the work performed is not done as quickly as before. Do not know if its because of not enough technicians or parts availability.

The car buying process was absolutely amazing. My salesperson Moe was phenomenal.However, I encountered some problems with the new vehicle and had to go through the service department, which is absolutely horrible.I brought my car in for service the first time a week after buying it because of check engine light being on only for them to tell me that I would need to take my car to another location to be serviced. Had to get my sales person involved so that I can get the situation solved only for them to keep my car for a whole week and not give me an update about it at all. The second time I took my car in for service for the oil leak that I had in a car that I just bought a month agoCar was in the shop for almost 3 weeks with. No update to what s wrong how it s gonna get fixed what s taking so long?Both times I got a loaner car they were completely dirty. I literally got to ask them to clean the car that they gave mejust horrible serviceThen after all that, the finance department literally forgot to send bill of sales for my car to the Navy Federal and the DMVthis result in Navy Federal raising my interest rate until they got proof of sales or my vehicle will be purchased along with the DMV I couldn t get a city sticker because my information was not sent over to the DMV I mean complete utter horrible service

Mercedes-Benz of Westmont is an excellent dealership!! Found the car I wanted online and went in to see my sales rep Jim Fico. He showed me the car, and I bought it on site. The car was beautiful, as listed and I was SOLD. Bought my previous vehicle from them . . . . eleven years to the day. Same car, same color, just newer and less miles. Very happy with my purchase.

I was in for my year 1 service check. They told me I would be there for 2-2.5 hours and was finished in about 1.5 hours so that was great. Bummed that I couldn t get a loaner car for that time.

Horrible service. I took my company 2023 sprinter there, there is an uncertainty everytime we take it there and they don't have proper area for the van to be serviced so they do it out side, it was dirty and filthy when i got it back, when I mentioned it, they are the one said they don't have big enough place to get the van in to work. Had to spend another $130 for interior cleaning.
