We had a great experience shopping for our new car at Mercedes-Benz of Westmont. As soon as we walked in, they greeted us and asked if they could help us with anything. We told them we were there to see Earl and they escorted us to his desk right away. Earl was kind, professional and respectful throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything about the financing, and even reviewed all vehicle specs with us. We are very happy with our new GLC and highly recommend buying your next car from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont.

Well, I'm back, the new battery went fully dead the next day.Very difficult to get thru... BUT when you do they are very nice and try.Once I see why the battery died the next day.(Cost me day at work and I got AAA to jump, and I had to drive back in.So the star rating could drop ?

Went shopping for parts for my wife's GL550. They had the best prices in town and the surrounding area. Check out 3 other MB dealers, and they were more pricey. Westmont had the best price. I'm definitely coming back to them.

Visited the service center with a flat tire 4 minutes before closing. Expected to drop my car off at the night drop box, but Tim and Jose took care of me past closing. They were FANTASTIC. Best service I have ever received from a dealership. Will definitely continue to use their service center as well as their dealership. Bought our newest car from Earl and planning to buy our next car from him again soon. An all around great experience each time I visit. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a Jeep 4XE from salesman Dave Legs . We called to ensure the vehicle was still available prior to driving in.Upon arriving and meeting Dave , the vehicle was waiting to be test driven, I feel in love with it and after proving a check, I walked out with my Jeep.Dave was very friendly, honest and most helpful. I received an follow up text, just to ensure everything was good with the vehicle and a couple days later an email basically saying, although the purchase is final, he would be available should I need any future assistance.I have never been part of a car buying process this smooth and quick.Thanks Legs, you made my car buying experience nothing short of exceptional.

Just bought my 2nd car this year from Sylvia and Tom! They're incredible and have taken care of me every step along the way...Their services don't end when you drive away with your shiny new car. Their Rolodex of referrals within the industry has been first-class and extremely valuable in times of need, from insurance agents to collision centers. They've helped facilitate my service appointments and have been there to answer every question along the way. When you buy a luxury vehicle, you expect this type of service, but it doesn't always come hand in hand. The one thing I can count on is knowing Sylvia and Tom truly care about their customers, and I'll always be part of the Westmont MB family.

Mercedes of Westmont is servicing our vehicles for many years. Scheduling is straight-forward. You will receive little video clips showing potential concerns and remediation. Costs and timelines are being discussed proactively. The service costs tend to be high and materials well marked up, but at least there is also peace of mind that the service rendered was top in quality and all outstanding recalls have been addressed appropriately. Mercedes appears to nickel and dime here and there: for instance, updates of maps should be complimentary considering that Google maps makes the onboard navigation system obsolete. Car is typically ready without delays. Can recommend.

After securing a deal with a used car, acquiring a loan and insuring it, another salesmen sold it from under my guy the evening before my arrival. I live 5 hours away and took 5 days of planning to make this happen.Too much competition and lack of communication amongst your sales team. Try and fix this issue. Not coming back. :(

Tl;dr Went here to get air in my tires, waited a half of an hour, was informed they couldn t put air in tires- took them almost ten min to come greet me- told me to move my car and someone would be right with me- proceeded to wait >20 min for someone to come. I asked the service guy (harry) how long it would be at some point and he told me it would be a minute - the technician who finally showed up knew immediately something was wrong and walked away; harry reappeared and told me that the compressor was broken and that, after waiting for a half hour, they would actually not be able to help me. Was not very apologetic. I was also never offered a location to wait during this so I was just sitting in my carI just moved here from Florida and am used to the dealership there having great service, always greeting you as soon as you arrive, offering to show you around places to wait, and giving accurate wait times and being overall very polite. This location is definitely lacking and very disappointing overall

We were quoted $1,300 for a service (oil change and leak). Car was with the dealership for a full week. When I went to pick up the car, they tried charging me $2,500. Had I not "caught" their mistake I would have paid that amount. When I brought the error up to "Tim" he gave me many excuses. One excuse was the "code" in their system was wrong so that s why we re being charged $1,200 more than what we originally were quoted. Another excuse was that the part they ordered was incorrect for our car/make/model, so they were charging us for the more expensive part on accident. In the end the total got brought down to $2,100 which is still a huge difference.When I went to get into my car it was washed on the outside, tires were not washed, and the inside was not vacuumed. I brought it up to "Tim" and he said he would handle it. When I got back into the car there was still popcorn in the back seat on the floor (on and under the floor mat), windows were dirty, tires were dirty, and the trunk of our SUV was dirty. Nothing was vacuumed but the front seat floor.For the amount of money, we pay for these cars and their upkeep I expect better service. Feels like they are just putting random codes into their system and charging you whatever they code pulls up. This is a "Luxury Brand" no luxury in not having your car cleaned out especially since they expect the loaner car to be cleaned out and gassed up.

We bought 3 vehicles from Dave in a 90 day period. He was rather difficult to work with however we did our best to manage because we needed the vehicles.Dave delivered these vehicles to a be wrapped. We are just getting our vehicles back from being sticker wrapped. We just received our first vehicle and magically we only have one key when we should have 4. All others are the same situation. Dave refuses to make things right and provide keys to make things right. Now we are stuck having to spend 300 a key x at least two per vehicle times 3 vehicles. Sad support of your customers.I will never recommend Dave or this dealer to anyone.

As a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz, I'm profoundly disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service provided by Mercedes Benz of Westmont regarding their tire warranty policy. I recently purchased a vehicle from them,Initially, when my tires went bad with a mere 20,000 miles on my car, they reluctantly honored their warranty after giving me a hard time. Fast forward to the present, and I'm experiencing the same problem again after drove the car for 17,000 miles, except this time, they refuse to stand by their product.Despite their promises of quality and reliability, the tires I purchased from Mercedes Benz of Westmont , have failed prematurely yet again. Their unwillingness to address this recurring issue speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's unacceptable for a brand like Mercedes-Benz to associate itself with such lackluster service and inferior products.I urge fellow Mercedes-Benz owners to think twice before purchasing tires from Mercedes Benz of Westmont. The inconvenience, frustration, and financial burden of dealing with subpar tires and uncooperative dealership staff are simply not worth it.In conclusion, I strongly advise against buying tires from Mercedez Benz of westmontTheir disregard for customer concerns and refusal to honor warranties tarnishes the reputation of both Mercedes-Benz and the dealership. Save yourself the trouble and seek alternatives elsewhere.

My fianc� and I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Westmont when we purchased our 2024 GLE 450. We worked closely with Sylvia and she was amazing. She was so accommodating and did an awesome job giving us updates about when our car will arrive. I highly recommend asking for Sylvia when purchasing a vehicle at this location.

I was there today to buy a BMW. I was ready to purchase it already and wanted to do a final inspection before buying. The sales rep started talking with attitude more than once and seemed unwilling to make the sale. I really did not want to proceed because of him. I went to another dealership and bought a car. At least the sales rep there was welcoming. Good luck finding customers with this attitude.

I called my Mercedes Benz in for service, making the appointment over the phone. They stated two hours for a simple oil change. I brought the car in when it was scheduled for at 8:30am and they said there was no appointment. They said their system was not working properly for appointments. Valerie did accept the car and did the work properly with adding additional work. I do want to state that Valerie was very helpful with the situation. The service was done properly and I was satisfied with the service. However, when I received the car back it was not cleaned good. When I bring my car for service in Orland Park Mercedes the car is clean when I get it back.

I custom-ordered and leased a GLC300 here.My advisor was Sylvia (Sylwia) Dziuba who was extremely responsive and quick in processing everything. From our first phone call, it took me only 2 days to finish the negotiation and submit the custom order (that was partly possible because I have done my research before, and partly because Sylvia was extremely knowledgeable and experienced). In 1 week, I received the production number and every detail. That was late June. The car was built in Germany in late July (finished), which arrived to this dealership in mid August. I picked up the car in late August, so it took only 2 months from the beginning to the end, and Sylvia constantly communicated with me to make sure everything is correct.All other staff I met were professional, friendly, and smooth in processing the transactions too. Very satisfied! Another thing I liked was that the dealership was open to negotiation to reasonable amount unlike some other places. I'm happy that I leased my car here even though I live in Indiana. I'll definitely lease my next Mercedes at Westmont again.

I found the exact car I wanted online and decided to fly from Austin TX to closest airport to Westmont IL and get an Uber to Westmont to pick it up. I was trying to fly in at about 3pm and still pick up the car same day so I called to arrange everything before hand. The price was $15K. I'm new at buying cars outright, so I asked if I could just draft it from my visa debit card and they strong armed me into bringing $15,000 cash on a flight to pay cash (claiming it would be easier to get it done same day which makes no sense) so they would not have to pay credit card fees or whatever. I was not at all comfortable with this and quite frankly they set me up for an interrogation at the airport carrying that much cash in my backpack. What added insult to injury is that after I test drove the car and paid and was ready to drive back to TX, they ripped the tint on one of the back windows when they pulled off the factory full page info sheet they attach to cars. After they got my $15K cash they refused to do anything about the tint they just ruined and that was the first thing I had to fix when I got back to Austin - well, that and 2 bent rims that would not balance out. This is a shady company and I would stay away from them and their business practices. They would rather have you carry $15K on an airplane which is not advisable and DANGEROUS, just so they can save CC fees, and they are clearly not an honorable business after their dealings.

Sylvia and Tom were super nice and welcoming when my wife and I arrived at the dealership. They were accommodating when we took the car out for a test drive and they never pressured us to buy the car on the spot. Both of them were extremely professional and made our car purchase a great experience. Kudos to Sylvia, Tom and rest of the Mercedes-Benz of Westmont staff who assisted us with our purchase.

I had a 2:00 appointment for a battery change. I was expecting to be in and out before 3:30 to get home for our Christmas celebration with my husbands family. The service man checking me in was slow and lacked the ability to read how important it was for me to leave promptly. He did acknowledge that waiting customers have their cars seen first. Despite the slow beginning, I settled in to wait. 3:45 he comes to tell me there is a few things to go over with my car. As he is giving me a list of his concerns, it occures to me my car has NOT been serviced yet. I confirm this with him immediately, and he adds it will be ANOTHER HOUR & A HALF before I leave. My 2:00 appt suddenly became a 4:00 appt. No checking in with me at all to ask if that was going to work with me or if I'd rather reschedule. When did he realize my car would not be ready before 3:30? I had no more time to wait. I left with a 2 page printout of what they recommended instead of a new battery. I spent the next week anxiously starting a vehicle I wasn't sure would start! I have since had my battery replaced somewhere else, for less, and with a very reliable, competent & communicative service center. (Btw, my Christmas dinner was late, my evening was stressed, and all because I had an appointment that was not kept.) I was so angry. If something comes up, please tell your customers who are waiting for their car to be serviced so they can still salvage what valuable time they have left to get things done. There were customers who arrived after me that got to leave before me as well with their serviced cars. I just didn't understand it.If the girls in reception weren't so nice, I would have given this a 1 star review.

Be very careful if purchasing a vehicle from this dealership the salesman told me they don t even do it once over on the cars when they brought it I went in to purchase a vehicle and after the test drive, it started to smoke okay what ever then I picked out another vehicle and test drove that vehicle that vehicle also started smoking and had oil dripping down the side of the engine block customer service is great. Just be very careful if purchasing a car from this dealer
