Our service writer explained in detail the upcoming project.A labor intensive procedure to remove the failing parts. They also, provided a dealer courtesy vehicle for our use during the service.It was a brand new vehicle that performed beautifully. We were really getting used to driving it. Too bad had to return it!!All involved were professional in their own capacity.Thanks again

Brought my MDX in for a transmission issue. While the issue was not resolved (due to the check engine light not manifesting itself while in their possession), Brandon provided the kind of customer service every customer deserves: detailed explanation of findings related to the primary issue, recommendations regarding other findings, and, most importantly, keeping me updated throughout the process. I could not have had a better experience thanks to Brandon.

Smooth to set up when I wanted. No pressure to up sell. Comfortable to wait while work is being done. Frequent updates from my assigned coordinator. Thanks for extra care to vacuum drivers side floor! Very professional!

Robert or Rob provided outstanding counseling against my concerns and issues I was having with my vehicle. He treated me like a younger brother than a customer. He saved me money on my total by looking up couples and monthly specials without even asking or even thinking about it, he want above and beyond to make sure I am leaving with satisfaction with the treatment i was given

Went to the dealership to lease an Acura. I was upfront with them on an offer I got from Napleton. They weren't able to match or beat the offer and told that I should perhaps get it from Napleton which is exactly what I did.

Nice and comfortable waiting area. Kids play area was a plus. The wait was a bit longer than estimated even with a scheduled appointment. However the service was great. The man that welcomed us was super friendly. He showed us around and made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience the other day here. Ed was the one who helped me. He was attentive to my concerns and helped me with everything I needed . I was appreciative of his honesty in letting me know what is recommended and what can be considered in the future instead of selling things to me. Car is running great thus far. I will be coming back to this specific location and hope to work with Ed again.
