Best car sales experience ever!!! If you are in the market for a new or used car please make sure to get it from McGrath Acura of Westmont. My car was in an accident and ended up being a total loss. My sales rep, Denise Maniakouras, was simply amazing! She was so patient, understanding of my needs, and just a beautiful person inside and out. Not your typical sales representative that s all about a sale. She worked with me and my less than perfect credit to get the car of my dreams, without a monster car note. DJ in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. I will definitely make future purchases with them and recommend that you do the same.

We traveled from out of state to purchase a car. Brandon was our sales person and was on top of everything. He made the process seamless. We also worked with Mario to complete the financing. He was very personable and easy to get along with. Even people that weren t directly connected to the sale were very polite and made you feel welcome. Would do business there again.

We went in to buy a new car because our RDX was giving us trouble. Josh was an excellent sales associate, he s truly meant for the job!!! He was so quick with everything, when we arrived the car was parked in the front for our immediate test drive, and he even warmed the car for us before hand. Everything was very prompt and timely, this was my first time purchasing a car but I have been at many dealerships with others purchasing cars and Josh by far was the best salesman. He has a great personality and made our experience amazing!!!Thank you Josh!!If you decide to buy a car here, definitely ask for Josh to help you. He will not be pushy at all, he will give you great information on the car and some laughs along the way!!!

Josh and the manager Mike gave us such a great experience and deal. Josh was very patient show me 3 Acura mdx and ended up buying the one in their showroom. Patience is what he had because I was so indecisive. Overall I highly recommend this place. I have never been treated this way at any dealership. Thank you for the experience

Took car in for an oil change but the service tech recommended 2 additional services. We discussed them and agreed to do them. Service tech was very professional courteous and friendly. He had the customers well being in mind all of the time. Would recommend l this dealer and service tech to anyone who ask

Great buying experience. Went in to look at a car that I was interested in buying at a later time possibly. Josh gave my husband and I a five star browsing experience. He was very professional and patient and knew we were not purchasing that day. After we made a final decision to purchase an Acura, Josh gave us a five star purchasing experience. Left the dealership feeling good with the vehicle and service we received from both Josh and Mario.

The vehicle we purchased from the dealer is great. No complaints with the car itself. The buying experience was among the worst I ve ever had. We purchased many of the vehicles available packages such as the service package and the wheel and tire package. Not until the end of the deal were we made aware of a large markup on the vehicle. At this point it did not make sense to reverse the deal, however this does not take away from the deception that occurred. The wheel and tire package that we purchased with the vehicle was not delivered as expected. When attempting to use the wheel warranty that was purchased and still valid, we were referred to a 3rd party wheel shop because of the dealer s way around covering it. It is very clear they tried to take advantage of a loyal customer who they believed was oblivious to what goes on behind the scenes. This vehicle is the last one we will purchase from this dealer.

Came in for an oil change. My service mgr is Jeremy. This guy over exceeds his job. He went over and above to make sure his customers were satisfied not only myself. I watched him hustle. He quoted the prices of the work I had done, he kept me up to date as far as the progress of the service completion and he even helped wash my car. My appointment was for 930. I left about noon. A little delay for an oil change, brake fluid flush etc. I m ok with that cause I m leaving out of town and I m comfortable knowing the car is in top shape before my trip. Thank you Jeremy of McGrath Acura!!! I ll be back. Great people in service.

My fianc� and I came over to The McGrath Acura of Westmont where we were warmly greeted by Bill. Immediately we were comforted and reassured that the process was going to be without stress. Bill truly cares about all the people he meets, which from the experience we have had with other salesmen from other dealerships not caring and just trying to make a sale, Bill is truly one of a kind and we are beyond grateful for him and that we went to McGrath. All of there cars are spotless, they take the time to clean them and make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I cannot begin to say how grateful, we are to the whole team there, everyone we met they were personable and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. We were in shock at how kindly we were treated there, by far the best dealership around. A HUGE thank you to Bill, you made our experience in buying a car so easy and comforting. We would recommend Bill to anyone that is looking to buy a car forever, he truly made our very stressful day at other dealers well worth coming over to see him! I purchased a 2020 MDX Tech pkg on 5/29. I have thus far been very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism that I have experienced at Westmont Acura along with the performance of this vehicle. Especially in talking w/Ed Dreyer who is beyond rude!!!!I left on 5/29 with a copy of my contract which did not include page two (the cost breakdown sheet), 2 receipts (one showing proof of a $15k down payment and the other for $155 which was the cost associated with getting the title) & ONE key fob. I was not given any type of paperwork explaining the warranty coverage that I am currently paying for & TO DATE, I STILL HAVE NOT!Mario (our salesman) told me that I had to pay upwards of $300+ to purchase a 2nd key fob. After complaining, he then said he could give me the info to a co where I could get it cheaper. Although resolved when the previous owner turned the other one in, we should have been given 2 key fobs to begin with!Days after, I noticed the trunk had really deep scratches in the inside door area & that the interior was pretty dirty in several areas. Mario addressed this by having a tech paint over the scratches whereas they weren t nearly as visible & he also had the interior cleaned up a bit more although it could have definitely been cleaned better. My question is: Should a pre owned certified ACURA be sold/delivered to someone in this condition in the first place (see pics)?After taking a closer look at the contract, I couldn t understand why in the Total Sales Price section of the contract it says The total cost of your purchase on credit, including your down payment of $20k is $54,336.08. After leaving several messages in finance for over a 2 week period, Rich finally called me & my fianc�e back to give us clarification on this issue. He also apologized at which time he explained that the previous finance mgr had been fired which is not at all an acceptable excuse. We also asked him what we were paying for in terms of warranty coverage & what exactly was covered because as already noted, we never received ANY paperwork. He then told us that you guys used Ethos for extended warranty coverage (which is the first time we were ever told this) & that we should be receiving booklets in the mail from them soon. To date we haven t rec d anything from Ethos & neither have we rec d anything outlining Acura s care pkg that I also purchased & which to my understanding, could have been purchased via an interest free payment plan? This option certainly was not offered or explained to me.Most importantly, I am not at all happy with the performance of my MDX! Since I ve had this vehicle, it bounces like a rubber ball primarily when I ride over any uneven surfaces or hit the smallest potholes. This occurs whether it s in normal, comfort or sport mode & it also makes a clunking sound underneath simultaneously as if something is loose. Also, the ride should feel tight on a luxury vehicle such as this & it does not. When driving, my passengers shouldn t be constantly jumping involuntarily nor should my 2 year old grandson be constantly saying WHOA . AND there is often a very light clicking noise in the steering wheel when I turn it in any direction AND it veers to the left whereas I have to hold the steering wheel tight while on the expressway AND . it sometimes will vibrate hard when I put on brakes.I had this vehicle in for maintenance here once at your location & Ed Dreyer noted that the problem was that 2 tires needed balancing. This didn t help! I was advised to try & have the tire pressure adjusted & it didn t help either. AND I ve been told that I could possibly need new tires. REALLY?From history, Acura HAS always had an ongoing reputation of selling high quality cars in addition to offering great customer service. After this awful experience, I ll certainly NEVER patron McGrath Acura or McGrath anything for that matter AGAIN!

This place totally ripped us off financiallyNice car but I was so excited about getting a new car they had me signing papers beforeI even knew what the numbers were. Definitely my own fault I admit. We put down a large down payment and they used that against us. I have really good credit and was pre-approved but the salesman told me he could get us a better rate but it ended up being a higher rate by almost 1.5 percent. They also ran my credit 3 times. Buyer Beware!

We got a flat tire and had to have the car towed to the nearest Acura dealer which is McGrath. They provided exceptional courteous service. Ed, our advisor was great! He explained everything clearly, got a loaner for me to use and patiently answered questions we had. I went in expecting to have the front brakes replaced at the same time since a different dealer told me they needed to be replaced this spring. The McGrath mechanic said the brakes are fine!!! Thank you McGrath and Ed for your honesty and great service! I amditching the other dealership and coming to McGrath for service in the future.

I walked into the McGrath Westmont Acura dealership last Tuesday night, expecting only to sneak in a quick test drive before they closed in 40 minutes and instead left late that night with a car I loved. Erin, our salesperson, was patient as I explored my options and nervously considered my purchase! He answered all my questions and respected and understood what my needs were in buying a car. My experience in purchasing the car was seamless, including my interaction with the finance person, DJay. I left knowing I will be a valued customer and my future car needs will be taken care of.

I want to thank everyone I met, as well as all those behind the scenes, at McGrath Acura for the terrific buying experience! I was looking for a particular vehicle, and I could only find two dealerships which had one--each an 8-hour drive from my home. Pre-Owned Sales Manager Chris Lewin and Sales Associate Josh Pasturczak were in touch with me immediately. They were both so helpful in answering my questions that I decided to go with McGrath. So glad I did! I recently attempted an out-of-state car purchase that did not go well. Josh was determined my experience with McGrath would be a better one, and, man, did he exceed my expectations! Josh is a very up front and honest guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to make another 16-hour round trip to buy from him again! I'm only sorry I live too far away to use their service department. I also want to thank the person/s that detailed my vehicle. It is a 2022, but they had it looking new! I'm a VERY pleased customer!

Took car for regular oil change. Get tons of coupons for service at Acura. Decided to use one. Took the car in, of course that coupon does apply to my car and trying to be upsell service. Told my advisor it was annoying to get all these in the mail when they don t even pertain to my vehicle. He then replied I could bring your car around and you can go elsewhere if you like. I am aware I have a choice of where to get my car serviced. SO disappointed in Acura and their customer service. He then told me I could wait in the lounge and have someFree donuts . I have been a customer for so many years and goes to show you this means nothing. Good customer service does not exist. Save your time and save yourself the disappointment. Go somewhere other than Acura in Westmont I guess

Jeramy in service has been amazing! Very helpful and timely - I had needed something fixed under warranty and he was able to help, get the part and schedule for the repair. Great customer service!In addition, I was able to get my husband scheduled for an oil change even though he didn t purchase from that dealer. Was able to schedule that day - in and out with a car wash!

I feel compelled to share my experience @Mcgrath Acura of Westmont because of Bill Angelakos. He strongly believes in treating people the way he wants to be treated . The purchase of my Integra Type S was built on openness, facts and earned trust between us. I truly did not expect this acquisition to happen but Bill made it happen because as he says we are here to sell cars . I m taking him to lunch/dinner next time I m in Chicago.

I had a trasmission problem and made an appt. as suggested by the advisor and told it was free for an assessment of a possible torque converter recall problem. I get there and they say it s 109.00 to do the assessment. They had me. No code and couldn t duplicate problem, it needs a transmission flush. The advisor tells me it s 389.95 for this necessary work. I ok it , another advisor tells me it s only 269.00 for a flush and 149.00 for a fluid change. I question the main advisor and he says labor is additional. I look up on line the cost for this work and it s usually around $200.00. McGrath has lost a loyal customer.

I had such a great experience at McGrath Acura of Westmont.They were able to come to my rescue after having a less than stellar experience at another Chicagoland Acura dealership.From the get-go, I knew things would go smoothly once I was handed over to Bill Angelakos. I legitimately believe that he treats his customers the way that he would personally like to be treated.He was on time, courteous, friendly, and worked to get me a very fair deal on my new Acura purchase. He didn t try to upsell and gave honest feedback on options and accessories.As many know, a large number of automobile dealers across the country have put a bad taste in their customers mouths over the last few years and the customers have all but had it.The experience with Bill was refreshing and exactly the opposite. I m certain he has created many customers for life.In addition to a great sales experience, George in finance did a nice job of running me through all the numbers and was very friendly.The service department seems to be on top of it as well, giving me a ring within a day of my purchase to set up an appointment for owed accessories.Bill also gave another follow up phone call the next day, just to make sure everything was running smoothly.Again, I can t state enough how thrilled I was to be treated with respect at this dealership. Even though it s not as close to my home as some other Acura dealerships, I m happy to make the trip there for the outstanding team.

I ve purchased 2 vehicles and have had them serviced at Westmont McGrath during my ownership. They have been outstanding in both the service and purchase departments. They re upfront about their pricing in all areas. I had an issue with my front bumper and it was completely and reasonably taken care of.Bill A in sales is the guy you want to see to make purchases. I believe he genuinely is concerned about meeting all the needs of the purchaser and will work his magic (or go to the general manager) to get the best deal.
