What can I say about M and M Motorsports other than THANK YOU.I brought them an electrical problem that another shop could not fix, and they worked the problem and now I m 2 wheels down and back on the road.It started last year in June with a simple Kick Stand Safety Switch, that had been replaced and even bypassed by the other shop. This solved the problem enough to get me home, however the bike was down since late July of last year.I took it to M and M this year with the recommendation from Custom Cycle Rescue, another THANK YOU and Recommendation.Bottom line, it was a bad Power Commander, both voltage regulators, side stand safety switch and even the speedometer sensor.Again, thank you to M and M and Custom Cycle RescueService: Electrical repair

Going there for the first time it was a little hard to find, but once you find it the owner was so friendly and helpful, tells you the price upfront, takes only cash or check. When I picked my wheels up they were balanced beautifully and I couldn t be happier with the work.

They took my Vulcan in for maintenance when no other shop would service her. They gave me all the information I needed about my bike and clearly explained things to me that others failed to point out. On top of all this, they made the experience enjoyable and really helped me understand my bike better. Overall, no complaints.

I wish every business operated like M&M Motorsports. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and quick. I have had 3 of my bikes worked on by them, with varying levels of work. Every time has been a great experience. They are a shop I can trust, and have always put customer satisfaction first. I have referred friends, and they also came away with a great experience, even dropping a bike off in an urgent situation, hours before a week long trip, and M&M got it done. They go above and beyond for their customer, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The guys at M&M Motorsports are absolutely fantastic. They are a cash only business and completely No Nonsense. They don't try to upsell you things you don't need. And they talk you through why you may or may not want to have certain things checked and or adjusted. I had them mount new tires and when I called they recommended I buy them online to get a better deal for the actual tires. Then they're mounting was cheaper than the dealers in the area and when I called on Wednesday they made room for me to bring in the bike on Thursday and the dealers were asking me to wait several weeks. They also found a mouse was trying to build a nest in my airbox and clean that out without even having to replace the filter which they also inspected to make sure it was still good. In any case they're pricing is good and their services fantastic.

I ve brought my last 4 bikes here. Mark is a great honest guy and even encouraged me to learn carb work myself and offered to let me bring my KTM in to the shop to show me how to do it (as well as not charging me to show me). Multiple times I ve called and asked questions on things to check/fix at home, and him and Bob (spoke to Bob today) gave advice on what to check as well as multiple was to check. Never pressured to bring my bike in for work, and the times I do it s quality work at a very fair price.

Mark and his team are AMAZING and I can't say enough good things about how happy I am to have found them. I feel fortunate to live with a reasonable distance, but after having been there for service a few times, I would have no problem riding farther to have people of this caliber working on my bike. Everyone there is very professional yet laid back and friendly, they provide fast service regardless of what you're having done and the quality of their work is beyond compare. An example that jumps out would be my second time dealing with them they literally worked late into the night to install my new exhaust and in the process tightened everything up, adjusted my clutch play and did a few other things without having to even ask. This type of service just doesn t exist anymore. These are real riders who love motorcycles and it shows when you talk to them. I highly recommend them and absolutely will not take my bike anywhere else.

Mark and his team have a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to bikes. They are courteous, professional and all around great guys to do business with. Great prices on work and I'm glad to know my bikes are in excellent hands if and when I ever need general maintenance or repairs. I also take advantage of their winter storage program, going on my 4th year!

I have a tl1000r great bike. Just moved to Chicago. I called the shop maybe 5 different times about the bike and the customer service was great every time. I stopped in talked to Mark, he didn't have that just bring the bike in and I will look it over attitude. He educated me on the part that's out and long story short I had the bike shipped all the way from the city. Customer service is on point here

I had my bike serviced here a while back and they did a great job. I no longer live in the area, but I called back years later asking basic questions about how to service my bike, and he took the time to give me advice and was very friendly. This guy will give it to you straight and is very professional.

I've been a long time fan and customer of Mark. My first bike was gifted to me almost 6 years ago.It was a busted 2000ish kawasaki ninja 250cc, my first bike and the one I learned how to ride on. The bike needed a new back tire and a seasonal fluid change and tune up, chain tightening and whatnot.Mark personally picked up the bike and dropped it off. There was a time when I ran out of gas and thought something was wrong with the bike. He personally came out to rescue me with gas as my bike had ran out and that was why it wouldnt run.I whole heartedly recommend anyone with 2 wheels and an engine to call Mark, he's the best!

I have a 20 year old kawasaki that was somebody's diy project. They synced the carbs, adjusted the valves, and changed out the incorrect fasteners to correct fasteners.Super friendly professional guys.

The place is nice enough. I've had two of my goldwings get their fork seals done here. Good prices. Good people.Only problem for me would be that while riding my bike home from their shop after getting some fork seals replaced, I noticed the front end felt kind of loose and wobbly (more than whats usual for an old ratty goldwing). After checking everything over once I got home I came to find out only two of six bolts on the triple tree were tightened. The four lower bolts holding the forks had been completely loose not even hand tight while the top two bolts were the only things holding the weight of the front end as I rode down route 83.Not a bad place. Just maybe give your bike a once over before you hop on a busy street. This happened early 2018 for whoever is wondering.

Took my bike in last year due to having carbs cleaned out. Mark was able to diagnose the problem right away. Price was fair and job was real good. Bike ran like new afterwards. Service was excellent.

Mark and his crew are nothing short of phenomenal. Always consummate professionals, they take care of their clientele with a genuine pride in workmanship. I've had my bike in twice; once for fixing another shop's totally butchery of some simple repairs and again today for a carb tune-up. Both services were quicker than expected and fairly priced. Yeah, its a small speedshop; they pull bikes out every morning and back in every night because they have more bikes to work on than space to store them, but these guys punch way above their weight. My bike (and future bikes) will have no other mechanics. They really do care about your bike. Not too many salt-of-the-earth small businesses like this one anymore.

Went to the BMW shop a month or so before needing to go to M and M for a inspection and valve adjustment that took 3 weeks long during the off season. -_- Long story short, low sided the bike and thought she was finished. Only one cylinder head was firing and the brakes were sticking for my first ride since visiting BMW, causing me lose control. Brought my SV650 into M & M and within a day they had the engine firing properly and fixed a couple other significant issues with the bike that could have made for a real F...ed up day. Great service by these guys and even offered to drop my bike off himself if the weather was not great. Real down to earth guys that really enjoy what they do! Highly recommend!

I contacted M & M Motorsports to work on my 1978 Harley Shovelhead. The owner Mark contacted me and quickly set up a date to pick up my bike for service. He did an outstanding repair job at an excellent price. I would recommended M & M Motorsport for anything from advance repairs to oil changes.

I had them mount and balance a front and rear tire for my track bike on Friday this past week, 8/4/2017. I just brought the rims and tires in. They were pretty persistent on me paying cash. A front and rear, off the bike were $80 if you are curious, which is pretty comparable to others in the area. This is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star.My issue is that when I return home, check balance of both front and rear, the front was off by 1-1/4oz and the rear by 2oz. I had to rebalance both of them. Usually I mount and balance my own, but didn't have time before the next track day. Had I not verified their work, I could have had some serious vibrations.Needless to say, I won't be going back to these guys for that, nor any other work on any of my bikes.

I bought a used 2005 Yamaha V-star 650 Classic in July that needed new tires ( it had OEM 2005's still on it, bike has only 13,000 mi. since '05)...Mark Smit, the owner of M&M asked if I was going to order the tires and tubes, since I could get a good deal on tires/tubes on-line cheaper than he would be able to get at the local parts hubs...Haven't seen that kind of honesty and fairness in quite a while! No pressure to sell me tires, and looking out for me to save some $$$, M&M charged the going rate for installation, $80 per wheel if still on the bike. I told Jan, one of the 3 techs, other than Mark and Cory, that I just bought the bike and go over it after tires were done. Jan found the throttle free play was out of spec, but he didn't just stop at the throttle lever when it couldn't be completely adjusted there, he got into the linkage at the carbs. One day turn-around on tire install and inspection with throttle adjustment! This is all done in one to two days at a busy shop! Outstanding! Then this past week, I needed to have a front wheel pulsation when braking checked out...again a good price on new rotor/pads/installation...now here's what again makes M&M the BEST...I brought bike in the morning before...NEXT DAY the bike is good to go! Perfect! Practically 24 hrs. turn around !!! New EBC (the best name in replacement brakes) rotor and pads! Mark said he would try and get it done in a day and he did! These folks take the time to talk with you, explain what you need and why, and what you DON'T need to save your hard earned $$$...Like I told Mark when I went back to get my vehicle after picking up my bike...I've found a new home for my scoot's repairs! Thanks to all at M&M Motorsports for great service at fair prices!

After failing at getting my 78 gs750 to start and run well, Mark came and picked it up. They were really helpful and fixed a number of issues quickly. Now it runs like a beast, and their prices are more than fair. I'm always going to go to them for any knowledge, suggestions or work for my bike.

These guys are awesome. I take all my bikes there and they always do great work and are very reasonable. No matter how busy they are, they will take the time to listen and they have correctly diagnosed every issue.

These guys are so nice, they picked my bike up from my house and when I went to pick it up it wasn't running like he said it was the other day. They stopped what they were working on to get it right. It turned out to be $1.50 part and instead of making me wait at the shop he gave me a ride home (I live close by) and dropped it off about an hour later. I will definitely be back. They're cash only.

Not sure how people leaving all positive reviews here. I had a terrible experience with Mark the owner. He was argumentative and very unprofessional both to me in person as well as over phone. When I told him I would go someplace else he said "good luck" and hung up the phone on me. When I went into his shop, he was arguing with a customer over money owed in the most unprofessional manner I've witnessed. Then he went on to take customers frustration on me. Never coming back!

M&M is very professional, well knowledgeable, and as well as fair value for the work being done. Recommend to every one, they maintain all my family's motorcycles, and do so to a standard that is second to none.

So far, all of my experiences with this shop have been great. They rebuilt the top-end of my KTM 300, recovered a KLX140L from a full drowning under water, quickly replaced fork seals on my KTM 200, and are currently doing a full top and bottom rebuild on the 200 as well. Always up front about pricing and do work on a schedule they state. For the KLX, it needed a new starter and the owner shopped quite a bit trying to find a cheaper option than OEM. We didn't find one, but I really appreciated the effort to try and keep the costs down. Most shops would not do that.

They tried overcharging me and they tried pressuring me to set up an appointment. All I need is a new ignition for my moped. The guy working there said it would take him 2+hours so $250 for his time and $150 for a new ignition.I went to a locksmith and got the ignition taken out for $35 and ordered a new ignition for $30 from EbaySTAY AWAY FROM M&M MOTORSPORT, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND PRESSURE YOU.
