Javier helped me when I took my car in for service today. Fast and easy process. Everything was done quicker than expected as well. I asked if it could please not be put through the wash and when I got to my car, there was a sheet of paper on the dash that stated, "No Car Wash" in red. Much appreciated.

You buy a Lexus to experience amazing.Riding in comfort and style with reliable service is a must. No doubt, they hit the mark.Although, I wish there was a way to remove the speed limiter!

My first experience with Louis from the service department was good when I have my 4 tires and 2 rims charge, my 2nd experience with them was horrible especially with Brad the and manners he talked to me was very unprofessional. I had my tire punctured by a nail and I took for replacement knowing that my tires are covered under warranty that I was supposed to pay only for the service, but they got all mixed up and I was trying to explain to Brad he told me I was talking crab I felt so bad because my is serviced and done by lexus never took my car anywhere else. Instead of him to provide solutions for what they caused brad told me I was saying crab and as we speak my refund has not been made, I paid $368.70 for a new tire when my tires are still under warranty. He didn't care at all .

So far very satisfied with the service team at this Lexus location. I came by recently to get my vehicle serviced for it's first 5k. Javier and Jared were the techs who took care of me recently and was very clear and transparent in communication, identifying exactly the work that would be done and approximate time it would take to complete the service (~1 hr). Service went through as expected and vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed which is a nice service provided anytime you take in your vehicle. Some other things to note, I didn't have an appointment in place, yet they were still will to accommodate which was great. I also brought up a brake noise issue I had been experiencing since I had purchased the vehicle. I was able to replicate with a tech in the car, and ended up coming back for a follow up appointment to get the brake actuator system replaced and luckily still under warranty so no cost on my end for this fix. Overall the service team is great here, and provided updates throughout the service process. Very much looking forward to having my vehicle serviced here in future.'Til next time, cheers!

Was driving by and realized my car needed a wash, pulled into car wash lane, greeted right away and within 15 minutes I was back on the road in a nice clean Lexus car, great service
