Being closer in proximity, my home BMW dealership is understandably in Naperville. Today while driving to and from an eye exam, I continued to experience issues with my BMW X1 that appeared to be related to my alignment and the self evident necessity to put 4 new tires on my compact SUV for the first time. I was pleased that Laurel BMW actually had an opening for me to get my vehicle checked. I was also motivated by the very nice coupon they sent me for a free vehicle inspection and 25% off any maintenance service up to a certain maximum discount.When I arrived at Laurel BMW, I was greeted by my service advisor Rich Wildeveld.I was able to have an open and transparent conversation with Rich about the issues I was experiencing and even the fact that I had priced out tires elsewhere.Rich offered solutions and was resourceful and directed me to the best diagnostic solutions possible so that I would end up with the best results.I was very open and honest with Rich about my budget and even discussed the various coupons and offers with Rich. I was so pleased that Rich was happy to let me know about their tire special in addition to everything else we discussed, and what a major help that was!After the multi point inspection of my vehicle, I was contacted by Rich, and I viewed the video and I got to see firsthand that I also needed my front and rear brakes serviced due to the very low millimeter remnants of all my pads left!Because I was on a budget, Rich went the extra mile and helped me achieve the best results: I ended up with a front and rear and alignment, four brand new, beautiful all season Perelli tires, and my front brakes serviced along with the brake sensor.When I left Laurel BMW, my X1 drove like a dream and all of the problems I had experienced including the steering wheel vibrating and the steering continually pulling and trending to the left was completely solved!Since I work as a retail manager and was off today, I was willing to stay at the dealership and just relax and wait for my car, but Rich hospitably offered the oft known top BMW customer service and had offered and subsequently provided an Uber for me to my home in Naperville; and then also provided an Uber to pick me up at my home to bring me back to the dealership after my car was wonderfully repaired.I will be getting my rear brakes done very soon, along with a radiator flush and transmission service.Rich communicated and kept in touch with me every step of the way and advocated for me to help achieve the most discounts possible along with a couple additional rebates based on the tires I bought.I left Laurel BMW a VERY satisfied customer, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Rich Wildeveld as the Service Advisor of choice. He s open, transparent, and helps you for what you really need . . . not just there to sell you unnecessary services.Thank you Rich! GREAT job!I also want to note that the dealership is incredibly modern and clean and open and has a beautiful presentation. The waiting areas are likewise incredibly clean and comfortable, and the excellent Starbucks coffee machine that offered three different types of Starbucks Coffee was definitely a comforting treat.

Darrell was my salesperson, and he was truly exceptional. I had my heart set on a very specific make and model of BMW and chanced upon this dealership online that had precisely what I was searching for. After submitting an online inquiry about the vehicle late at night, I received a prompt response from Darrell the following morning.As a first-timer in the realm of online car shopping, I was extremely nervous. However, Darrell ensured that I felt at ease with the entire process, answering all my questions thoroughly. He was consistently quick to respond to my texts, calls, and emails.Going above and beyond, Darrell personally took videos and photos of the entire car to give me a comprehensive look. He streamlined my experience, particularly since I was purchasing from out of state. The experience I had at Laurel BMW truly deserves five-stars! My sales associate Darrell Phillips, made my 9 hour drive to the dealership totally worth it! The car I purchased was exactly as described, it was PERFECT!! Darrell was so personable, friendly, helpful and HONEST, he did exactly what he said he would do! Was looking for a used Tesla Y and Laurel of Westmont did not disappoint. They reduced their price to match other offers and provided an impeccably well maintained Tesla (at least from the looks of it - time will tell). Car was previously owned by the GM who looked to take great care with it and included great additions. Process was easy and our sales person made it happen fast!

I had an issue with my 430i thanks to the "great state" of Illinois having potholes not repaired on our express ways. I needed my front tire/wheel fixed and or replaced. I initially thought of the dealer where I purchased the car and found out late Friday night their service department is not even open on Saturday. I then thought of Laurel and after looking up and finding out that they were a real BMW dealership that is open on Saturday I had my car towed to them on Saturday morning.I spoke to Scott and explained to him what the issue was with the fear that since I hadn't purchased the car there it would be an issue. Scott assured me it was all good and began the process.The service was great, my tire was replaced and car was washed.Needless to say the next service or anything in regards to my430 I will be going to Laurel.Thank you Scott for your great attention to my issue.J Meza

Best dealership and service!!! I recently went to get my car checked as there was an unusual beeping sound from the front of my 2022 3 series. I raised the concern to my service advisor, James, who promptly took action and scheduled time for me to come in next day. The service team took their time and went above and beyond to figure out the sound. Even though the root cause was not identified, James kept me updated on the status and steps taken throughout. While the reason for the beeping issue was not identified, the service team saw opportunity for programming update and replacing blower motor. I could not praise more the great customer service I experience every single time I come to Laurel BMW of Westmont. Thank you James and entire service team for your consistent honest great service!

I dealt with Tyler in service. He was probably the best service advisor I have ever had. I used to be a tech so I only take my vehicles in while under warranty. Once out, I take care of everything myself. He did not try to act like he knew more than me, he didn't force anything on me and he was very knowledgeable. Def will be back and always use him as long as he is there. I've dealt with hundreds of service advisors when I was a tech, and this guy has the potential to be a tier manager. Knows what he needs to and knows how to address customers and issues exceptionally well. Thanks again Tyler.

Brought my car in for an oil change and brake flush. Was greeted promptly by the service writer and went to his desk for the write up. He went over several items and I added a tire rotation. The service writer was very knowledgeable and informative. He said the service would be about two hours and in two hours I was leaving after the services were performed.

It was not in my plan to buy a BMW. My husband and I were looking for me another car. So he said let s just look, you may see something you like. Well I sure did. Laurel BMW sales people didn t hound us while we were looking. Luke (my salesman) is simply amazing. He didn t try to change my mind, he is so down to earth so much so I thought he was a customer. This was the best car experience purchase I have ever had. I m glad to be part of the Laurel BMW family.

Really disappointed with BMW of Westmont. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism from the salesman who helped us. First, we had to approach him because after looking around for a few minutes, no one offered to help us. He reluctantly accepted to help us. He didn t introduce himself, didn t ask us for our names, he simply went straight to his computer and asked what cars do you want to see. We are new to BMW, so I was asking him questions about the cars, and he was answering them as if I should know these answers already. After not liking the first car we test drove, he started talking about budget and monthly payments. We didn t ask him to show us the numbers. We hadn t even found a car that we liked. In summary, this salesman was rude and unprofessional. I don t recommend this dealership especially if you re newer to BMW. My husband and I went to Mercedes-Benz next door and were treated with respect and professionalism. We bought a car from them instead.

I went in for a $99 oil change and check up on my 2016 BMW. It's running perfectly fine. They recommended $16,551 worth of services...there was no discussion around what was really highly recommended or what wasn't actually necessary (like replacing my perfectly fine windshield wipers?!). As a result, I don't trust them and will get my car serviced elsewhere in the future.

Blake and the service team really came through for me when I was in a pinch to get my car repaired. That understood that I d soon be selling my vehicle with 120K miles. Blake worked with me to get the car ready to sell without pressuring me to buy long term repairs. Excellent communication and respect. Great team!

I purchased a car from Laurel in Westmont while residing in NC. A lot could have gone wrong, but the vehicle was delivered to my door many states away within a week. There were additional things done to the car before delivery and they executed quickly and the car looks great. Jovan also is continuing to help after the sale and has even responded on his days off!

We ended up purchasing a vehicle at Laurel BMW of Westmont. Elvis helped us, and was extremely professional and down to earth. The attention to detail and quality is obvious the moment you walk in the door. My husbands job requires plenty on negotiation, so understand when they tell you that the price is set, they really are being honest. This was a bit of a struggle for my husband, but I will tell you first hand that your purchase with this dealership will be worth it. Aside from our wonderful sales person, Elvis, every interaction - from the other sales team members, to the finance department, to the sales manager were absolutely exceptional. We were there purchasing a used vehicle, yet the sales manager himself was out on the lot hand toweling our car down as we were waiting - treating us literally as if we were purchasing the most expensive, brand new car they offered (and there were a LOT of gorgeous vehicles available). Car shopping is all fun and games, until it isn t .and that happens real quick. This dealership is A+, and we will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases & referrals. The sales team here did a phenomenal job in delivering my Individual San Marino Blue G80 M3. I am a out of state buyer, after calling around the nation this was the only place willing to give me an allocation and not a spot in a queue. If you guys need anything ask for Rich Stoll, he is the Sales Manager there and did an amazing job.The finance office was really direct. I told them what I wanted and thats what they gave me.

I just had to write a review about our experience with Blake Farmer at this dealership. We've worked with other dealerships before and felt like just another customer. Blake really took the time to get to know us, understand our car's problem and our concerns, and provide us with knowledgeable options. We felt taken care of and attended to. Cars can be really expensive, and we felt like he went above and beyond what we expected in today's customer service culture. He really has excellent attention to detail, optimistic demeanor and just an all around can-do, will-fix attitude. We would recommend this place (and Blake) to anyone experiencing car issues or going to a dealership to purchase a new/used car.

Went In today to have a recall performed on my 2012 Bmw 328xi, the appointments coordinator Steven Anderson went above and beyond to check if my parts were available before coming in which was a plus! He also had an advisor help me right away! (Alexis McAdams) she also made the process quick and easy and helped with what was going to be needed in the future for my vehicle. None of this would ve been possible without Steven Anderson he made everything run quick and smooth! I will definitely be back soon and recommend anyone here!

We had the best dealer experience at Laurel BMW, working with Vesna. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. From the moment we came in for a test drive she was very patient, listened to what we were looking for, and we never felt rushed.
