I've always come to discount tire for my wheel and tire needs. Recently needed a rotation and balancing, car is a very particular merc. Kept getting vibrations at 70mph which has happened in the past due to the nature of the vehicle. Tyler helped to diagnose and rectify the problem instead of give up when it kept occurring. Can't recommend this location enough for their dedication and problem solving skills.

Took my mother here to get tires. She had 50000 miles on them and one had a slow leak. She's been to another Discount Tire before, had a good experience. This one in particular is bad.She bought tires from them. Good value for them bad service... Shortly after installation, all four of her tires were leaking air. She went back and asked what happened, they told her her rims were bad and that she needed to buy all new ones. No explanation, no reason as to why they were bad. How do all four rims go bad?They were trying to take $1000 dollars from her because she doesn't understand and doesn't know. Great place to take advantage of a person who doesn't understand cars and didn't even get a chance to see her rims for herself.They sent her on her way with over 10 lbs. of pressure added to each tire then it was supposed to have. Maybe the extra pressure will help her out? Why would you do that? 45 lbs of pressure in a car that needed 35? You're professionals, were you trying to get her to blow her tires next time she hit a pot hole?She went to another location and they told her that the issue was her rims were DIRTY! That makes sense why all four would go bad together. Not that they're "BAD". 120 dollars later (30 bucks per rim) she was on her way with her original rims, cleaner than they've ever been before and her tires are holding just fine now.I hope this review helps people avoid getting taken advantage of.

There's something wrong with this location. The manager, "Jason M" was also my salesperson. I've been exclusively using Discount Tire for 2 decades. I had the tires rotated. The person rotating my tires didn't know how to take the center cap off the rim ( Tesla model Y ) and scratched one badly trying to use the improper tool before asking the manager how to do it. The manager ( Jason ) proceeds to grab the right tool, pop it off and throw it face down on the concrete after it had tool marks all over it. I talk to Jason about it who says, "Don't worry...we'll order another one for you". Weeks go by, no call. I call back...the part was never ordered. There is a serious lack of professionalism at this location and I have lost trust completely in this chain. I will not return and instead just use dealerships from now on. The peace of mind is worth the money. These are unprofessional people who are hiring poorly trained kids who are rushing and have no concept of quality.

I've always had really good experiences with discount tire. They got me in and fixed a flat for me in 30 minutes today. When it's going to take longer, they are honest about it. They still good products and take good care of thier customers. Been bringing them my business for 20 years and I will continue going there for the fast and friendly service.

Absolutely the best tire shop around hands down!!!! Had a really difficult situation and they made it happen and fast!! Great prices and excellent balancing of the tires and customer service is 5 star all day!!!! Great employees too.

Needed tires after running over a piece of steel someone left on the highway.It impaled my left tires, and my left rear hung onto it.This happened a couple of days before the BIG SNOW STORM. That the news and weather channel hyped up just short of a dooms day.So now I'm shopping for tires with the rest of the crazies.Discount came through, stopped at shop ordered tires, and left vehicle for the day.Had tires replaced and tire pressure sensors as well.They came through in a day with an order that they hadn't had in stock, mounted, balanced, and done.

I went in for an estimate on tires and just to have a tire fixed. Whereas they did an awesome job with this I am writing this review on behalf of something I witnessed. Jason is absolutely an amazing person. After helping me, Jason helped a hearing impaired gentleman and what an awesome job he did. Jason is obviously familiar with some sign language and was able to understand, communicate, effectively and efficiently help the gentleman. Jason was patient and so very pleasant. It was just so impressive to witness. Jason should be acknowledged for his absolute excellent customer service skills.

A person I trust once told me I should only buy my tires at Discount Tires. This was the first time I've purchased new tires at this location, but once again this advice has paid off. An excellent location with incredible customer service and some of the nicest employees you will find. I came in because I knew I needed new tires but also because I had a noise coming from my front tire a few days after getting a tire rotation at the dealership. Even though they had not done the rotation, they were willing to take a look and fix the problem before my new tires arrived for installation. This while the dealership told me they couldn't get me and to look at their mistake for at least 6 weeks. This is true customer service at its best, and they earned my business.

This place is the best, I wish they did more than just tires! They are so nice and so transparent with pricing, options, and issues with my car. They are so great I drive in from the city when I need help with my tires. 10s across the board!

I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone. The team is extremely professional and kind. It was even enjoyable to listen to them talk to other customers on the phone while I was in line waiting for my service (tire replacement). Prices are fair. Lifetime warranty is especially appreciated and worthwhile. Plus free puncture patches. This would be my mechanic of choice, if only they did additional types of work on the car. They are my first call for any car mechanical needs, and they provide other trustworthy local businesses. I really appreciate this business.

I have a 2018 Jaguar and Larry of Discount Tire of Westmont took my vehicle in same day for an appointment for all 4 Brand new tires day before the Snow Storm (Call Early for best results). This is the best location I have had an experience. Larry explained everything and did not try to overcharge me, which is rare now-a-days. Also, the text service is great! Get to Discount Tire Westmont and ask for Larry. I will be sending my family for tires as well.

Chaos is a good way to desribe this place. You schedule an appointment, show up, and then you wait 90 minutes to have a simple tire rotation done. Phone ringing off the hook and counter is always understaffed.

I stopped in today because i had a screw sticking out of my tire. YIKES. Erik was so friendly and helpful. Got the screw out, in like 5 minutes.luckily tire wasnt even punctured. And he did this for no charge! But im also interested in new tires as im terrified of winter driving and i have a rough commute. He went over my options, helped me pick out what would work and got me an estimate. I cant wait to go back for my tires, as the service and Eriks overall politeness and professionalism, as well as the other employees i interacted with definitely have me confident to entrust them with my safety! The store was incredibly clean also. Super random but worth noting! Definitely recommend

This last visit was disappointing. I've been using Discount Tire for years with all my cars. The last visit the people working at the Westmont store were nice but seemed inexperience. Where are the professionals I'm used to seeing at this store? Did they go to work across the street at Belle Tires? Seemed like the couple of guys I interacted with were in there first job ever. One did not communicate with the other that the lug nuts were in the box I had left on the console. Then, when they were "done" they told me that they had snapped a stud on one wheel. How can I trust that they didn't over stress other studs on the vehicle? I have never had the wheels removed by anyone, even the Dealer, as this is a relatively new vehicle (2019) and has never needed brakes and I get the wheels swapped every year for my winter tire set. I bought the extra wheels and the tires from DT. I had to take my car to a shop that is close to my work but not my house. So had to get up early on a Saturday and take this in on a Saturday. I had set that up with the local DT's authorized service shop called Mike More Miles in Downers Grove, IL . When I get there they tell me that they will have to get authorization from you guys to proceed. I left my car with them as they said MAYBE they could do it. I then called later they said that they could not because they need authorization from "corporate" Discount tire which is not open on Saturdays. This is really wasting my time and my wife had to drive twice to Downers Grove to drop me off/ pick me up.

I was amazed that I could get in the same day as I called. Their tire prices are fair. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that they are honest and didn't try to upsell items I didn't need. Definitely recommend them for your tire needs.

Went in for a tire repair and they said it wouldn t hold air. Went across the street and they repaired it in less then 30 minutes and has yet to lose air. Looks like they didn t even try. Waste of time

Tyler went through options of tires for my truck without pushing for more expensive. They were very accommodating to fit me in to get new tires installed . Everyone was pleasant and working hard well past closing time. I d highly recommend this location for any tire needs.

They are very good about most things; however, they did screw up two things for me on two separate occasions.1) I asked them to mount a tire/tube combo. They did it just fine except they mounted the tire backwards with the tread facing the wrong way. When they then tried to correct it they punctured my intertube. It took them three times to get the job done correctly.2) I brought in a standard flat tire with a screw in the tread. When I met with the service manager, I specifically told him I did not want a "plug" used. He then assured me they would not use a plug furthermore, they would repair the tire from the inside with a patch. Well, guess what, they PLUGGED IT!3) Finally, in the past I have purchased several sets of tires from this Discount Tire business and have always been extremely satisfied. I will continue to bring my business to them, however, I will be more prudent.

It was my first time at this shop. The service was good and pretty fast. I bought new tires for my Fuison and came to install them the other day. Apparently, the mechanic lied on his resume.... he trashed my lug nuts and I had to buy a full set of new ones. Nice upsale!

Had been shopping online for tires for a couple weeks knowing that my time was running out with the current set that I had on the truck. As I read reviews and narrowed down my search I kept coming back to the discount tire website because of prices and selection, every tire I considered they had in stock or would have the next day. When I finally made my decision on which I decided to go in and hammer out a couple questions I had. I was greeted by what seemed like the entire staff as I waited to be helped. I personally like when staff notices newly arriving customers and briefly greets them. It lets you know they acknowledge you are there. I met with Justin who came out and inspected my tires and then gave me some suggestions. What was refreshing is the suggestions were just that, suggestions. I had pretty much made up my mind but Justin showed me I had options. My past experience with other tire shops it s a long drawn out explanation as to why the top price point tire is the ONLY option for you. Justin didn t try to up sell me on tires, he actually helped point out some the positive of my selection compared to the top price point tire. I bought the tire warranty because Justin explained it clearly and broke down exactly what would be covered. For the record I am usually against any added coverage. He put it in black and white which made it hard to say no. Justin then broke down the price line by line and ordered the tires. Plenty of appointment slots were available which was perfect because the tires on my vehicle were on their last leg. Had them installed today, they look great. I left that day with zero buyers remorse and that was validated after installation with Justin s help I was able to pick a good looking tire that fits how I drive. Sometimes buying tires can be annoying because of the cost associated with it but this was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had.

Recently made two visits. They came the first time for a free patch on one of my tires and again for replacements (different tire was totally shredded). I had my car towed here at night, then I came in for service the next day. Within an hour, they had four new tires installed, and I had left. Quick service, courteous staff, and no sense of being taken advantage of like at some other establishments. For excellent and reasonably priced tire service, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.

This facility is awesome! The technicians and management staff are so incredibly sweet. They were quick with their work, they originally estimated my wait would be two hours cause they were busy, but I was out of there in 1.5 hours! It didn t matter though because their waiting area was very comfortable and their bathrooms were nice and clean. They told me everything that they saw going on with my car, but didn t pressure me into doing additional work other than patching up my tire.
