Mark and his team of professionals have been providing me and my family services for 40 years. This visit required exhaust replacement. The problem was well analyzed, parts ordered and replacement service scheduled and performed. All without a hitch. 40 years of consistent professional service!

Car freak. Have owned many cars over many years and experienced many auto service providers. Only a handful were really credible. Dealers were some of the most incompetent and careless. Cars Plus Tire & Auto is hands down one of the best. Cars Plus has been my go-to shop for car maintenance for 30+ years. Dave, Steve, Mark and all the techs have been great in providing excellent service at a fair price. Very reasonable prices for oil changes, and at least there is a coffee machine there. The mechanics there are very personable, and if you don't want to sit inside, there are a few places to go to around the area.

Finding an honest car mechanic can be rather scary, especially if you're like me and don't know a thing about car maintenance. I researched many auto repair shops in the area and these guys stood out. They had great reviews and their prices seemed fair. Bob the owner, was friendly and nice, He explained to me the repair that needed to be done and he did not try to oversell me with unnecessary tuning. I am very happy with my experience with them and will continue to go here if I need another repair.Thank you.

Excellent experience. Dropped car off night before, they called with an update and price quote. Great group of people to deal with. Have been taking my family's vehicles there for over 20 years. Thanks Dave, Steve and the rest of the team!

Took my A5 in for a steering problem & Steve showed me the exact part that needed to be replaced. Both he & Dave assured me that my car won t break down if I decide not to have it repaired. Loved that they didn t push me to get the service done like other mechanics would, but I still did it. Also knew I needed new breaks, so got that done there too & paid half the price I would ve paid if I went to Audi!! Everyone there is honest, fair, and the services were done so quick! I will always come here from now on!

The guys at Cars Plus were very courteous and professional. The final bill was exactly what I had been quoted, and the quote was less than I expected it to be. By the time the work was finished, I felt like more of a friend than a customer. This shop was a great find for me, and a great experience.

I've been taking my car here for a couple of years now, first for seasonal tire swaps and, more recently, for additional services such as brakes and performance work. The people at Cars Plus make sure the work is done on time and on budget, and I am grateful they have Saturday hours since many independents do not. They also did the independent pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was looking at, which was important because the car didn't have many records and I didn't want to buy something that looked good but would fall apart. Whether you know a lot about cars or just a little, Cars Plus is a good place to bring your car. I am a repeat customer and a happy one!

With the temps creeping up last week, I turned on the AC in my high mileage 997 and noticed a hissing sound and the AC getting warmer. By day three I had no AC. Had heard of a Porsche Indy shop near my office in Oak Brook but had never been there, dropped in on a whim and spoke to Mark. Had a quick conversation. Left the car there and he had it done in a day and a half after I told him I needed the car for a quick road trip to Wisconsin over the weekend. It was exactly what he said it would be- a condenser line. Great service, reasonable price, all done in a timely fashion. Would recommend Mark and his team to anyone with a Porsche, although he services all makes and models!

Steve is the kind of guy who will go out of his way to accommodate his customers scheduling needs. I got a discount solely because he remembered me as a former customer from 4 years back. The in-shop service has always been top-notch and much cheaper than my dealer (which is why I am back). Oh, the waiting room chairs are very comfortable.

Took my Acura here for some scheduled maintenance before and the prices and timeliness were more than fair. Will bring in the Porsche sometime as they also work on them. I always see some 911s in the bays. Owner and guys in the shop were super honest and are real drivers.

Cars Plus has the best prices for repairing your car. I came here on 3 separate occasions . One time for a transmission repair, the second for a brake repair and 3rd for an Oil change. Each time the mechanics never tried to make unnecessary repairs that would increase my bill. They give it to your straight and with full honesty on what needs to be fixed. That I respect .

Great service. Came in to replace tires with with a pair I had purchased from somewhere else and get a rotation. Steve was very helpful and courteous, and the gentlemen that did the work did a wonderful job. Will be using Carsplus for tire service in the future.

They told me they don't want my business. I simply asked to get a quote, which they have provided me with several times. One day you won't be this busy. Good luck treating customers like this!

Best prices, best service, best looking mechanics.No seriously these guys really know their stuff and bend over backwards to do just the right amount of labor for a reasonable price. I have two older model cars and they keep them running all year long. One is a 1996 Honda Odyssey Van LOL

Always excellent customer and top notch quality service and advice. Will never talk you into anything you don t need. Been servicing my Porsche at cars plus for many years. About 3 times cheaper than the dealer I used to go to.I highly recommend
