We were quoted $250 over the phone when we made our annual service appointment. When we came in (before they looked at the vehicle) we were told we d also need an alignment and the grand total would be closer to $1300. I can understand if unexpected repairs are identified during inspection but why were we not quoted this when we made the appointment?The kicker was that we received a recall notice in the mail the same afternoon we returned home. Why was this simple recall not performed when we were in? I m used to Volkswagen alerting us of standing recalls when we bring that vehicle in for service.

Well a few days back I was unlucky and got not 1 but 2 flat tires back to back, I went to a local tire shop they said it was too close to the side it couldn t be repaired and that they didn t carry my tire. So I call and Audi Westmont where I purchased and service my vehicle and spoke to a very helpful service advisor named Elena, she was amazing at the least! She told me that I had a wheel tire warranty so I gave her tire info and she checked the inventory, said they weren t in stock but she ordered them for me. When the tires arrived she gave me a text confirming n they were there so I took my vehicle there she was able to get me scheduled in very fast and called in the warranty claim, the technician was able to get them installed really fast and efficiently also said he rotated them to the front so I get better grip and wear set the tire pressures . He also topped off my fluids and looked over the vehicle. Said it was in great shape. I felt the tech took great pride in working on my vehicle like it was his own. Elena made me feel as if I was family and cared for me and my vehicle so I can be on the road more miles. The staff at the dealer were all very pleasant and I will definitely be buying my next vehicle with them and will recommend my friends and family there. Thanks again everyone at Audi Westmont!!

A true measure of a great service center is not when things go perfect but instead how they respond when things go sideways. Audi of Westmont is a perfect example of this concept.When my A6 literally died while driving I was expecting to incur a big bill for the repairs. Then I got a call from Ed M. (Service Rep) and said he did some digging and cross checked my VIN to determine that my repair would be covered by warranty. That's an example when things go well and I appreciate the extra steps Ed did to figure that out. Plus he was super attentive calling or texting me with updates throughout the repair process.But here's why I really give them 5 stars, I noticed a part that wasn't reinstalled after I picked up my car. I called back and talked with Peter, he told me bring it right back and we'll fix it. When I got there it was determined that the mechanic who worked on my car never touched that part and it was actually the tow truck driver who took it off. He could have easily told me that's not "us" and I need to take it up with the tow company. That detail didn't matter to Peter, he put me in front of the line and got it addressed immediately, he wanted to make sure I was a happy Audi owner (and I am).BTW, I've been to another Audi dealership and the service was no where close to what I got at Audi of Westmont so, even if you are like me and didn't buy your car there, I strongly recommend using their service center. Had a great experience getting some warranty work done on my Audi. Was able to book online for the next day early in the morning. Bookings start at 7am. I chose 7:45am. Described the work and got the booking. The next morning showed up at 7:45am. Michael met me in the service center asked me to wait by his desk while he checked in the car. He met me in a couple of minutes and verified the parts that were needed were in. He offered to get me a ride home but I preferred to wait. I then waited slightly less than the amount of time Michael said it would take to do the work. They have a great waiting area - coffee, light snacks - pretty amazing. He came by when it was done. Gave me my keys and pointed me to my car. All very painless the way it should be. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you!!!

I've been a satisfied customer of Audi of Westmont for nearly 9 years now. I've purchased several vehicles from this location and during my car buying process everything went smooth. I was in and out the dealership within 1.5 hours. General Manager John T., Finance manager Paul, Alex and Mo my Audi Sales Advisor took great care of me. I give them 5 Stars and I highly recommended multiple people to shop at this location. I absolutely love my Q8!!! So many new features...

Had oil changed and was welcomed as I pulled up. Had Kristian as my Service Advisor who was very kind and thorough. My Factory Certified Technician (sorry did not get his name) sent video of his work as I waited. Vehicle was returned with all expected services completed and cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend if you cherish your Audi!

I was on my way to look for a new car for my son when my check engine and def lights came on. We went straight to Audi Westmont for evaluation/service. They gave us a loaner so we could do our car shopping while they diagnosed the issue with my car. Unfortunately it took the entire day, but in the end, they were able to clear and reset the codes. No issues since. I commend them for their patience as I was quite stressed and it wasn t easy to diagnose the issue. All the guys were super helpful, friendly and attentive.

Worked with Kristian Alvarado in service. Great experience; repairs done as expected and as scheduled. It took a few days to complete the repairs, communication was excellent during that time and he reached out several times with a comprehensive explanation of all work done. I would recommend Kristian, his dealer and service department to anyone who needs work on their Audi.

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Kaitlyn was quick but very thorough. She explained everything so well. Bought an Audi from a different dealership with various issues. I took it to Audi of Westmont for service to check out the issues that my vehicle was having. Turned out that I needed a full motor replacement. My service advisor Kaitlyn did a spectacular job fighting to have my motor replaced all under warranty. My vehicle is running 100% thanks to her. Will definitely be bringing my car for service here for anything it needs. Thank you, Audi of Westmont service department!!

This is by far the WORST service center that has worked on my vehicle. Caliber Collision sent my Audi here for service because they were not Audi certified to work on my vehicle. I found out who my service advisor was from this location and his name is Michael. I tried calling this man multiple times and he never answered. Left multiple messages with the lady picking up the phone and still, Michael did not return any call. His service is terrible. To top it off, my vehicle was NOT fixed and still had the same issue. Even caliber collision was disappointed with this service that Audi Westmont did with my vehicle and it was very difficult for them to get ahold of Michael the advisor as well until they asked to speak to the service manager. Very unprofessional. The only reason why caliber sent my car here was because it was the closest location to them so it can be towed quicker. That was a mistake.

I bought my Q5 at Westmont Audi because of a deal. But I am staying with Westmont Audi because of the service center. Some of the best service I have ever, ever received - my service manager is awesome, the service techs have been awesome, the porters are awesome. I have been super super pleased with the service I've received. I like the waiting area - it's comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Westmont Audi - great experience all around.

Service (60,000 miles) for my 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet on 12/18/23. Tech advisor was Michael Glusaak. The entire experience was great. Michael explained everything in terms I could understand and laid out my options. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Extremely happy with my decision to work with Audi Westmont.

Elena in service was amazing we dropped a car off for a sunroof issue and she went above and beyond to take care of issue. She did some research and found that it was covered under a recall. If you re looking for a dealership that cares about the customer and not the profit look no further Audi Westmont is your place.

Overall good service.Came in for an oil change but the new, young service advisor made me very uncomfortable by pushing some services via text messaging app.I felt like he was making me feel guilty of all additional services that i refused at this time. I guess that's a normal sale/commission tactic but other than that i have no complaints.

I give them a 5* just because they re nice people but I wanted to give 4**because they can t find the issue on my car. They always said there s nothing wrong with it. But I m still having the issue with Open the door without a key. He works when he wants to

My son bought a used A4 from a dealer im MI and when he got it home there was an issue with a window. Audi Westmont worked seamlessly with the dealer in MI to get the issue resolved and compensated.

Hassan is a great service advisor that always looks out for his customers to make sure they have the best experience possible. The techs at Audi wesrmont have also been far superior to the ones I've encountered at Audi Orland Park, finding and fixing issues to ensure everything is in good shape.

The service department is a class act. To the way that meet you when you pull in the garage to the explanation on you car. (Kristian in service is great. Audi should be glad to have him in there family.) The simple little things make me want to keep all my cars in the Audi family.

Purchased 2023 Audi Q7 Prestige drove round 8k miles only. Cameras are not working and gave it for repair, since it is under warranty they replaced it not able to find the problem. Again camera problem with different Issues they kept it for 2 weeks and changed the camera again. They found some issue on the driver side and mentioned they fixed it. After that there was some noise coming whenever I start the car in the morning. He mentioned it will be a charge for the diagnosis, which I refused as I don't want to go anymore to Audi Westmont.Besides my camera, I have other issues which they never responded. Either Audi westmont technicians are inexperienced just want to make money by avoiding the Issues, because I updated to the service advisor Hasan that I am receiving the Maneuver malfunction and head lights mal function. They said it is some dust or debris sensor catch up. But I drove their loaner and my friends brand new audi q7 for morethan 3 months, I never got this problem. I told the same to Hasan and asked him why I never received the code for other Audi cars, no answer yet. Also my seats are cream white and it is discoloring, I repeatedly asked them and no response so far. I drive BMW and Benz and never had this kind of scenario. Especially my seat color is the same for all the cars and only Audi has this problem. I asked them who is the seat manufacture and they don't even know who it is?I strongly recommend don't waste your money by going to Audi Westmont, even though I didn't pay single penny-because my issue was covered under the warranty as it is a defect from Audi. I can understand the lack of their service department experience and desperate to make money no reasons.
