Disappointed in service. I took my car in because it wasn't starting, they replaced the battery and told me it was fine. It died in a parking lot the next week. When I called them, they wanted to charge me to tow the car and it was going to take hours. I pushed my own car to pepboys. Turns out it wasn't my battery, it was my starter. It was frustrating because everyone at work recommends these guys, and I thought they would at least be thorough.

This is the best auto repair shop in the area and the only shop I will have service my vehicles. Their service is excellent, and the attention to customer need is of the highest quality. Lastly, reasonable prices and very skilled mechanics! Highly recommend Benaks!

You cant trust these guys if I could give them no stars I would, my car broke down so I had my car towed there so after a couple days they calls me tell me my crankshaft positioned sensors were bad which was fine but then tells me my belt tensioner for my water pump was missing? Why would the mechanic look under the top engine cover for that? My car wasn't overheating? Crankshaft sensors and under the car by the oil filter not on top by the intake manifold. So they call me and tell me my car was fixed so I pick up my car and before I leave the parking lot all these codes are coming up that I didn't have before and the service engine light so I had to bring it in again for them to fix again because the sensors were malfunctioning and repaired some wires supposedly then they tell me my the sensor for my coolant overflow was bad more money so I buy one to replace the bad one and as you can see in the picture they didn't plug it in which would have cost more money. Also every clip that held down the cover that goes over the radiator was gone. I spent $1400.00 and they wanted more. These people aren't here to save you money but to take advantage of you and make you spend more money. I will never ever again go there because you can't trust them.

I have been going to them since I moved to the area 22yrs ago. Always honest and polite. They have always taken care of all my vehicles. They are great would definitely highly recommend them to anyone. Even my mother in law who lives in the city brings her car all the way here so they can service her car

I have been using Benak's for years. They always advise you what needs to be done and what the cost will be before they start any work. The prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent. Although I've never had a problem, I know they stand behind their work. I highly reommend.

Local sometime is BETTER. BENAK has been in the community a long time. My favorite story is I went for a fairly substantial repair, there answer, we are not qualified to do this suggested I go to dealer. By the way the dealer told me car was so old not worth the massive repair bill. These guys are honest and do everything they can to satisfy the customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was in the way to work and the tire pressure light in my car came on. I pulled into Benak Service shop and was immediately put at ease. Within 5 minutes I was back on the way to work with all 4 tires checked and filled to the correct pressure and a smile on my face. I will make Banek my service station going forward. It's one of those car shops you'd see in Mayberry, if you know what I mean...These days, unfortunately it's not easy to find places that are friendly and trustworthy and just plain good people. At the next you'll get honest and fair and friendly service. What's not to love?

They're always friendly and never try to swindle any mysterious car problems and fees on you. We live down the street and they once sent a worker down to see our car which wouldn't start. Very knowledgeable!!!

I have been taking my car, my wife's car, parents cars there for 20+ years. Fair prices and they will tell you work that needs to be done and not try to get extra work out of you.
