Diego Torres was amazing!!!! I had a flat tire while driving and I saw his Midas shop. I pulled in and asked him to check what caused the flat. He took my car in the shop, found a small nail and fixed the tire right away!! AND he did not charge a penny! I have never come across a kind hearted person like Diego. His reason of not charging was that it gave him happiness that he could help me and that's more than enough for him.Again AMAZING and FANTASTIC service. 5 stars all the way. Please if anyone has any car problem, visit this Midas location.

Someone recommended this Midas location to me a year or so ago. I like good customer service and honesty; Diego the manager is superb; he knows how to get the job done. John replaced my brakes when he was working for Pepboys and I haven't had to go back to get them replaced again. Now I've found him at Midas. Great place to get your car serviced. Tell them "Beautiful" sent you.

I made an online appt.stating the make/model of my car and that my oil light flashed on once then went off.I got there for the appointment and was told by Diego, the manager, that per corporate, they no longer do oil changes on Kia or Hyundai. He checked my oil and said he added a quart. Diego said I should get the oil changed at Jiffy Lube. What??? Never heard of any oil companies refusing Kia and Hyundai. If they don't work on Kia, why didn't they call and let me know?He did say Midas will do any other work on Kia, just not oil changes. I won't be back for any work to be done on my car.

These guys are amazing. They don t offer anything you don t need. They make sure you are aware of what s going on with your car. Amazing staff and service

They are reasonably priced and very helpful I'm definitely going backThey took care of my Audi q7 with a big Job and they are on time and honest with the pricing. They work together as a team to make sure. Thanks to Diego, Will and Raul and the rest of the team for taking care of my truck.

Manager Diego SUCKS very inexperienced mechanic's especially the female. The best "Midas to go where they have experienced mechanic's and great customer service is on Devon and Lincoln in Chicago, IL" They repaired everything the Midas in Westchester destroyed!!! NEVER NEVER TAKE your car for service there. I DEFINITELY DON'T THINK THAT EITHER ONE OF THEM ARE CERTIFIED MECHANICS! RUN!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Very DISHONEST STORE IN WESTCHESTER, ILLINOIS!

New review 04/01/24Diego is one of the most friendliest person. He takes great care of his customers and always recommending great recommendations. His staff is amazing and they always take care of me when I come to their establishment. Great people, Great customer service! I would definitely recommend Midas. Diego goes above and beyond! They really care about their customers! Very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Great work on my car always!Friendly staff and very helpful. Nick the manager was amazing. He went above and beyond. Nick explain everything to me what was going on with my car and was very knowledgeable. He really cares about his customers and his customer service skills is top notch. I definitely will recommend Midas!

I came to this location for a simple oil. I had to make 3 visits, because the skip plate was improperly reinstalled. Then they tried to blame me for the issue. I never blame them for it but my skip plate was ruined. While I was still here they spoke about me and swore aloud using much foul language. I absolutely will never come here again. I saw zero damage to the car.

Not a pleasant one. The people that are there now since the last month that I was there do not know how to run it. You make an appointment and you have to wait until the one mechanic that is working out of 4 people who are there takes care of you. Why are there 4 people and people that make appointments have to wait for one person. And while you are waiting if someone comes in with a tire issue then they will Take care of them before they do anything with the people that have an appointment. Take my business elsewhere because I've had enough

We called Midas 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday for an emergency tire patch, and they told us to bring it in right away. They patched it for us within 10 minutes and they were incredibly kind and didn t even charge us. Such a lifesaver! A great experience that helped us out in an emergency.Service: TiresService: Tires

DO NOT GO HERE...! we got totally ripped off last year and we're still dealing with the consequences. I brought them 3 vehicles and all of them got improperly repaired. Breaks were done wrong they even stole the new battery out of one of the cars which was my daughters car...store core exchange proved me right. They are lazy, lying, thieves and we paid ALOT of money, almost $8,000 in total for all 3 repairs...SHOPPER BEWARE.

They need to work on their customer service and appointments. I made two unsuccessful appointments on the internet and they call and tell me that the time is not available and changed my appointment to another day and time but it was not documented. I rushed to the place to get their on time and the guy at the desk greets me (negatively) then tells me that I don't have an appointment and I'm at the wrong place. I stay down the street from the place, so I know where I made my appointment. This place needs to make sure that your website reflects the times available.

Great deal on a full synthetic oil change ($49.99). Assistant Store Manager Diego Torres got me in and out quickly even after I called and found I messed up (failed to make an appointment). Highly recommend!!!

Came in last week to get a oil change and one of the managers name Sam recommended me somethings I needed to take care of my car, he was very reasonable about the price and also eli (master tech) and diego were good at explaining me what were the issues in my carHighly recommend this shop! 10/10 definitely coming back to get other work on my car. I needed a complete exhaust system and had no idea where to go. Researched nearby repair shop and decided on Midas because of the name and reputation. They were professional and friendly. Did a quick job at a fair price. New manager was awesome. Will refer friends.

AMAZING Experience. I initially went in on a Monday for my boyfriend who asked me to find a place near to us to try to plug his truck tire as he noticed a nail in it. Ismael greeted me and explained they were only taking drop offs. After explaining I would have to take an UBER back home, he went above and beyond and said that he would have someone take care of it on the spot. I wasn't there for more than 30 min when the truck was ready - not only that but at a great price. The very next day, as I'm getting ready to leave for work, I take a look at my tires and notice a darn screw in one of mine!! Just my luck! I didn't hesitate to call Midas again. I explained to Ismael that I needed to be at work for a meeting and was praying that they would be able to help. No questions asked. He had me come in and, this time, I was out and on my way to work in under 25 min. It isn't always that you get this lucky to meet truly caring human beings. Just Phenomenal!! These guys went the extra mile. Very professional, fast and performed the tire plugs at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this Midas location!
