The guys here are a class act. Have been bringing several cars to them over the past few years (MB and Mini) and they consistently do a great job and always tell it like it is. Several times the result has been that nothing is wrong/needs to be done and they ve charged nothing since they know I ll be back again and again (stupid expensive cars!). Always let me know what might be something to have done down the road but that isn t yet a concern (Eg in 10k miles the car is going to probably need X done to it) and will try to help save some costs where they can. Cant recommend Mike and everyone there enough for the great service and honesty they provide.

My first experience with H&M has been awesome. The audi dealer I use has been telling me I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors for about 2 years even tho they felt fine. H&m quoted me a very treasonable rate compared to the dealer so I decided to give them a shot and support a local business. They were amazing and let me know that our brakes actually have a bit more life and there was no need to replacethem at this point. I am impressed at their honesty and appreciate them saving me a few bucks right now! We definitely plan to use them for future work!

Have been going here for 7 plus years. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to Germany vehicles. Recently took my Porsche in as always Mike gives me a break down of what is needed on my vehicle. Never have I had to return due to the same issue which is why I ll always be customer.

I've been taking my C450 here for a few years. Mike is always incredibly helpful and explains the maintenance and repairs clearly. They never try to up sell you on parts or work that you don't need, which I appreciate. They do fine work but they only do the work they want. I went in for a suspension adjustment and a wobble in the rear wheel. After paying a fee to have it looked at which is normal they suggested bushings for the entire suspension. It's a very expensive job but I trusted them. I told them I wanted more work done to my car and as long as they fixed my wheel and give me an alignment I'd let them do the bushings. So they did the bushings, couldn't align the car, wouldn't adjust the ride height to align the car and didn't even look into the back wheel. I was told because the coilovers they wouldnt adjust the ride height cause its not stock. Basically made me spend 3k and shoved my car out the door. I was specifically looking for a shop to do almost all the work this car needs and these guys said they would help but only did the one job they suggested and ignored the fact my wheel feels like it's falling off. I made sure when I went to them that they could at least do an alignment and made sure they knew how low my car was and they said o yeah its not a problem we do this all the time. If I couldn't get an alignment I would have never went there. Waste of money. I could do the job myself but I just wanted to support a local shop.Service: Auto maintenance

I took my car to the shop the other day and one of the techs promptly called me with the diagnosis. Issue ended up being minor and I decided to fix it myself. They didn't even end up charging me for taking a look. I guess it was my lucky day, but still the gesture was very nice esp around the holidays. Really great people work here!

I haven't been coming here recently because I have not repaired my old Audi, but they took the best care of my two Audi's and my uncle's as well for many years. This is my new go to repair shop. They've done excellent work on both of my cars. Very knowledgeable and thorough with great customer service. Mike and Larry are very welcoming and take the time to explain what needs to be done. I highly recommend H & M Autohaus.

I brought my car to H & M it had an Leak in the air compressor system the aromatic suspension. H and M told me that they could repair it. They actually put on non OME parts and told me they put on OME parts when in fact they really didn't. I took the car back to Mercedes the problem was repaired immediately They told me that H and M had to have known that these parts were Installed incorrectly. I truly believe H and M has no idea what to do on these new cars the complexity of them are too much for H and M maybe they're good with brakes and oil changes that's it... I am very happy with the service that was provided. The customer service was excellent, they let me know the status of the repair and when they should be done with the repair. All in all I would recommend and I will continue using H & M Autohaus Inc.

customer for 25 yrs. Steve and Mike are true professionals. Knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to accommodate my schedule when some unforeseen problem comes up that requires a quick fix. They always find what the trouble is, call me to discuss what needs to be done, and, then, get the repair done expeditiously so that I'm not without my car for any significant period of time. Top notch. Highly recommended.

As long as I'm in this area I'll never go anywhere else. Always professional and personable, and they explain everything without it feeling like you're "talked at". I had issues with a chain mechanic around here, then found H & M Autohause through a quick search. These good reviews are well earned!

I figured I would give them a chance rather than going to the dealer to do a tuneup. I felt some sort of dishonesty on their part for the work that was done. I explain what I needed and if they could check a couple things for me and their story kept changing. They say they've done it but its not on the paper work. Then you say I never mention it. so which is it? I drive a Mercedes Benz so I didnt want to just take it anywhere.

I've been a customer of H&M Autohaus for several years. I'm always worried when doing business with people who know way more about a product or service than I do that they will use their knowledge to take advantage of me. Not so with H&M. They always go out of their way to make sure I understand what needs to be done and why it needs to be done, explaining things in terms I can understand. It takes a lot to earn my trust, but they've earned it. They really put their competition to shame. I will be a return customer.

I spent months trying to get someone to fix some issues with my older Range Rover. These guys did a wonderful job, got me in quick, reasonably priced, and even passed my hobby mechanic partner s BS test.

Steve and Mike are very knowledgeable when it comes to import cars like Mercedes BMWs. I had to bring my Mercedes there numerous times because of the different issues and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix all my problems at a very affordable price.

I was recommended to this shop from a friend and sure glad I was. I brought my wifes BMW to them and they were hundreds cheeper than the dealer, plus the dealer tryed to sell me things that weren't needed. I know bring my Mercedes, andPorsche to them. My family brings all there cars to them as well, they work on Lexus, Land Rover, Volvo, Audi, VW and Jaguar.

I took my vehicle to this place which is ABM WX5 2000 2012 and they did a diagnostic and reveal that I needed a pulley tensioner and a oil filter housing gasket escape they've although they fix The pulley tensioner the housing gasket continued to leak after they said they fixed it so I returned it and because I had to warranty or guarantee they fixed it again well supposingly and then after driving off the driving off the serpentine belt slipped and it it went into the engine and I mess my engine up these people are no good.

I had a problem with my car and I had taken it to different repair places and no one was really able to fix it so I searched the internet for repair places H&M popped up so I said ok let me see if they can help me! Well my car is fixed after 6 months of jumping around ,Mike your the Man!
