Dis placed scammed ur boy a really long time ago. I didn t realize they scammed me back then but I know they did now. They sold me a car that had O2 sensors that were faulty. But they overrode the codes so that it wouldn t show up until I drove the car for a little.Now I know how the diagnostics codes work so I know what they did.I was pretty broke at the time and had to pay for that myself due to the emissions test laws.This was a while ago but this place def on some shady stuff. The car also had issues with something in the wheel wells. But I was a broke kid who didn t know any better.I d say avoid this place. Unless u like burning money and getting ripped off. Then this place will be like Disney world for you.

Great experience. I was an out-of-state buyer and Tom / Alex took great care of me. Car was priced at fair market value from the get-go. The car was waiting for me when I arrived and I was allowed to take it for a spin, no hassle. Alex made the actual purchase very simple. Drove the car 800 miles home in one day - zero issues, ran great. I had an independent shop do an inspection post sale, and the car was in good condition. Alex worked with me on one maintenance item after the sale, which is pretty refreshing to have a car dealership care about you after a sale has already been made. Keep in mind that these are used cars at fair market value - buyer has some responsibility to do research and resolve potential issues.

Our daughter Hanna has been searching the internet for cars for the last couple months. She found her Volkswagen and my husband stopped after work for a test drive. He said the car was super clean and Alex and his dad were great guys. Very honest about everything. My husband was in communication with them all week. Even when Dave was sick and in bed! Hanna got her loan and we drove the hour and a half to buy her car! She absolutely loves it. It was a very smooth process for buying her own car for the first time!! Great selection of vehicles, easy buying process, and some of the nicest and honest guys you will meet!!

Got a car from here 2 weeks ago...got the keys in my hands in 2 hrs. The vehicle has no problems whatsoever. It was cold out so I wasn't making any thorough inspections.Tom didnt leave me an impression of a trustworthy guy,but i still took his word for it...it turned out that i was wrong FIVE STARS

Purchased a 2015 Nissan Leaf in May. Our first electric vehicle. Alex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, it was the first EV he'd sold and he had obviously done a lot of research as he provided lots of info about the car and EVs overall. Friendly, no high pressure (take your time if you want to buy it fine - if not that is OK), feel we got a great deal on this vehicle. Looked at other cars on the lot - all very clean. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Alex at Westchester European Auto Sales as it was really his goal to make certain we were happy with the deal.

I had a delightful car buying experience with these folks last Saturday. No high pressure. Clean cars, all polished up, fair prices. The owner gave me the keys and let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in all by myself. Busy place-- there were five or six other buyers looking abround during the hour or so that I was there. Super easy close--I just sat there while the paperwork was processed in just a few minutes. I bought the Honda(and two other buyers came in while we were working through the paperwork to look at the same car). If you see something you like, close the deal because the car could be gone at any moment. I could not be more pleased with the two men that assisted me in my purchase. I will absolutely go back to Westchester European Auto Sales the next time I am ready to purchase a car either for myself or for another family member. Highest recommendation for these folks. They are a 14 on the 10 point scale.

Alex was great, he was more than fair on selling the BMW 530i, i have been looking around for weeks, and he was very nice and lets me test drive the car without asking too many questions- trust worthy and delivers what he promised. In fact he texted me after a week that I had the car and said he found a trunk liner for me and he will send it me to with no charge along with a gift card

**EDITED POST** Purchased a 2003 Mercedes E320 today (10/4) for my son - great experience with Tome, Alex and Dave. There were a couple of minor issues with the vehicle which Tome offered to fix with no problem!! Wonderful group of honest people to work with. I m very pleased with the service and the vehicle. Highly recommend . **UPDATE 10/14**... Another small issue came up with the vehicle after purchase - when Tome was contacted by my son, he immediately told him to bring the car back - no questions asked. Fixed, yet again with no problem!!! Good people to do business with. Will continue to take the vehicle there for future maintenance!

Dave and Alex were genuine and responsive, all while helping me to get a great deal on a used Mazda 3s. They gave me the chance to go over the car at my own pace and were happy with me setting up and taking the car off the lot to get it externally inspected by a mechanic just so that I could have some extra peace of mind. When I agreed to purchase the car, Alex took care of all the paperwork and got everything registered right on the spot thereby saving me a trip to the DMV.

Great People ! Tom & Alex could not have been more honest. I recently purchased a 2002 Jaguar and I wasn't naive to think an 11 year-old car wouldn't have a problem or 2. What really impressed me was how fair they were in addressing the problem's I encountered after buying the car. They didn't walk away or pick my pocket. They're stand-up guys and that's why I, like others, would buy a car from them again. They've been around for over 25 years and I can understand why.

Recently purchased an '09 Saab 9-3 from this family owned dealer. Alex was knowledgeable about the brand and provided great service across the board! Very expedient buying process and he also ensured the vehicle was ready before driving off the lot.

I have been a loyal customer for years. When it comes to servicing my car, Tom is extremely honest and only recommends what needs to be done to my vehicle. I do not know a lot about cars, but Tom takes the time beforehand to explain exactly what they will be doing to my car in way I can understand! When it comes to buying a car, I have never had a bad experience. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot, and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that any questions I have about the vehicle are answered. No one can beat their quality, customer service, and price!

Fast and easy transaction. Alex went well above and beyond. Outstanding service. At every turn, Alex bent over backwards to keep us satisfied, and even called immediately when he discovered I forgot something behind. The father/son team here will do anything to make certain the customer is happy and well taken care of. Extremely fair prices. Solid and honest dealership.

Alex was a great guy to deal with - he didn t over sell me on the cars he had and actually gave me some great information on the other cars I was considering. Very honest guy to deal with and he went out of his way to find something I liked! Definitely recommend working with them!

Alex sold me car he told me was serviced in shop. I purchased the car with ~67,000 miles and Alex told me that they serviced the vehicle and had new oil and new brakes. I began having issues around 69,100 milesAfter 4 months, oil began leaking everywhere from my vehicle. The rear main seal needed to be replaced as well as the timing chain. The auto shops that serviced my vehicle told me they were shocked with what they saw and both of them advised me to call the dealer whom I bought the vehicle from. I am not a car guru, but I was not expecting a dangerous car being sold to me. I called Alex to try to rectify the issue. Alex now has no recollection of any servicing on the vehicle, only a CarFAX. I asked Alex if we could work something out, if he could backdate a warranty or do anything, since he sold me a defective car. Alex said he couldn't do anything, didn't care.Come here if you want to deal with someone intolerable and sketchy.

I unexpectedly needed to trade in my old car and was able to find a reliable replacement. Alex showed me a great upgrade from my current model. No one could beat the price. I was very thankful I didn't have to spend time shopping elsewhere! Our time with Tom and Alex was wonderful

Just patronized this business today for an oil change on my truck and I have to say I had an excellent experience here. Alex is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. They went out of their way to get my truck in and they got it done before i knew it. Very hard to find good places like this one now a day, i would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Oil change

I called to inquire about purchasing a vehicle that I saw on carfax. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle my experience with the representative, Alex was great!! I mentioned to him that I already had an auto loan and that I didn't have money to purchase the car straight out. Things got interesting when I told him about how id already paid my current finance company over $12,000 and still owed $8500 for a 2011 ford focus. He not only offered me many alternatives on how to get out that auto loan quick, but he went as far as offering me ways to become completely debt free on student loans as wells! I have to say that I am going to take his advise and stick through this auto loan for the sake of my credit and pay my student loans off. Since I work in finance, I created a financial plan for myself! I plan to have my auto loan paid off in 8 months by giving an extra $1000/month towards the principle balance, and free of student loans in 5-8 years by paying more than the minimum due!! When I'm ready to purchase another vehicle, new or used I'm definitely hitting Alex up!!

I purchased my Mercedes wagon at this dealership. Had a great experience with the whole process. Alex is a great salesman, very knowledgeable, and just a great guy. Love the car. I would recommend them to anyone. They have the best prices. I was looking for this kind of vehicle for a while, none of the other cars I looked at came even close to the quality and the price of the one I got from WEAS.

I really like their business model; good cars at good prices. The staff was very helpful and showed me many vehicles before I decided which one to purchase (which, ironically, was the vehicle that I was interested in from the beginning. They worked with me on all issues related to the purchase. I intend to check with them for future used car purchases.

Excellent service, great car! I was in the market for a safe, quality used car for my 16 year old son . I visited no less than 20 other car dealers before finding exactly what I had been looking for at European Auto of Westchester. As a woman car shopping alone, I assure you that was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. I was subjected to endless kinds of BS from the vast majority of the salesmen I encountered.My experience working with Alex, son of the owner, was wonderful. He was very helpful without being pushy , aggressive or doing the hard sell. I was most imperessed by his immediate willingness to show me the Carfax and, more importantly allowing me to take the car to get inspected by a mechanic of MY choice. I walked out of every previous dealer(there were several) who gave any resistance to those 2 requests.That was about 2 weeks ago and my son is so happy with his VW Passat! I will be back next year for a car when my second son turns 16!

Bought a Mercedes from them recently. Great experience and very pleasant to work. They are honest and professional about the car selling to us. The price is also reasonable. Wish we have such an European car shop in Madison. Highly recommended!

I had a hard time finding a trusted and knowledgeable mechanic to replace the clutch on my Saab 93 (discontinued). Finding European Auto is a needle in a haystack.2 months later still having issues with my clutch. We changed the clutch and master cylinder but the problem continues. My car is now not safe to drive as the clutch loses pressure while driving- very scary because it happened while I had my kids in the car. Luckily, I was able to get to a safe place without crashing. I m disappointed at European Auto for not fully diagnosing this problem especially after spending thousands of dollars in repairs. I ll not send my car there again and I think you should take notice.

So Alex (the salesman) and I settled on the purchase price. I wanted to take the car on one final test drive before I signed the paperwork. On the drive the Alternator/Battery failure light came on. When we got back his mechanic look at it. The mechanic said probably the alternator was bad, not charging the battery. It was too this point where the salesman says looks like I'm raising the price of car and going to cost you more..I said "What, are you serious"... He said" I can't take that hit".... Is it just me, or is that really really bad business?.. The price was settled. Not my fault the car failed. I'm not going back and I'll tell everyone I know what happened at that place...

Bought a vehicle here about a month ago and took it in to get an oil change today and found out there's something wrong with it overheating and coolant was leaking out of the car as fast as it was going in, and now I can't even drive it home. Not to mention the passenger side window takes 3 tries to close, the remote to the car doesn't work so the car can never be locked and I didn't receive a second key for the car, so that's going to dent my wallet considering the remotes aren't cheap along with other annoying details. The salesman was so positive on the car being in "great" condition. Currently waiting for a tow truck in some random parking lot. Never advising anyone I know to do business here.
