I d give them a zero if I could. 8 hours waiting for a service truck. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. Then I was told there would be a break on the bill. I don t think $1,193 for a service call, tire, and mounting is a break. Never again

One of the Biggest Crooks! Was told $125 Call Out and $125/hr labor, Tech spent 2 hours in total and the Invoice was sent for $820. My own tech had to help their tech to resolve the issue. Never mentioned $150 computer diagnostics. Added another $45 under misc charges. and 2 Hours of port to port $300. If you like to be ripped off. These are your guys. Even devil will be more kind when making invoices. *RIP OFF KINGS OF ILLONOIS*

"See that cable going right there " pointing at alternator " I wouldn't even have that kind of alternator". They partially boosted me up with an archaic generator that barely worked and were getting ready to follow me to love's for what I don't know but glad it didn't happen as my truck wouldn't move blamed it on transmission being out lol. Was charged $545 for service that didn't last 30 mins. Said gate to gate and " its the weekend you know".. con artists Crooks. Make sure you establish they know what issue they are coming to deal with and can actually execute before calling them out. Dude didn't even ask for the make and model of truck prior...

I was stuck on the side of the highway my alternator on my truck went bad, they came did the job on the spot and and got me on the road again. Thank you Dan and crew for helping me out, when everyone else was telling me to tow it. you save me big money I will have you in my favorite in my contact.

Really unpleasant experience. The technician was helpful and kind but the "boss" Daniel was very rude over the phone and accused me of things that never happened.

Terrible service, wont be calling them back. They charged me over 500$ for an airline and they where just 5 mi. away! when I asked why they charged me so much they told me it was for the port to port fee (which they never stated) and that it is what it is. Seriously if I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

I was broke down on the Illinois toll road and out of sheer luck All Fleet happened to pull over to see if I was alright. They then did an engine light diagnostic and cleared a code that allowed me to get back on the road. Completely free of charge! I was in a bad spot and All Fleet came through for me! I would recommend them over and over!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great Service. Amazing work Ethic, The best truck/Trailer Team in the US. They will come to you where ever you are as fast as they can and get the job done so you can get back on the road.

Tell you 125.00 service call then bill you another 125.00 to travel home before they leave.. Crooks. Block truck until travel time home is paid.

Was stuck and could not figure why truck would not turn over. Called for help Dan arrived within an hour and had my truck back up and running in no time true life saver
