The gentlemen at this shop were SUPER friendly, warm, and helpful to me as I had a slow leak in one of my front tire stems. They got me in and out in a flash as I set out to travel from Chicago to Memphis today for the holidays. I highly recommend their business and services! They aren't located too far from Interstate 57.

Hammers is a hometown business with great employees and a great owner . They treat people with the ultimate respect and honesty. I have gone there for years and always receive the greatest care. Thank you for always taking great care of me .

Had 2 new tires mounted and balanced. Very fast, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly. Another trip in today, 2 more tires, and service as exactly as before, Perfect!

Id Recommend them to anyone. Walmart didnt have my tires n stock. I called they had them installed them quickly. Nice tires too

The woman in the office is very rude and has poor phone communication skills. I was just trying to buy 4 brans new tires and she acted bothered by me trying to give them 600 dollars today so in my opinion Jared at hammers is very good at what he does and likes to see his customers happy. Hey your losing money having her answer the phone.

Great costs in service. Highly recommend Hammers to anyone needing a quick repair or tire replacement. I see 1 star reviews like... They broke wheel studs and I have to pay for it. And.. They didn't have my tire.These folks have always been honest and fair.I've been going to them since 2015. Recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service. I ve been recommended to this place more than any other in the area, and it s easy to find out why. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous to everyone. They have used tires as well; usually get new shipments on Tuesdays they told me. I would recommend anyone stop in here first if you re in need.

My husband and I got stranded with a flat tire for a couple hours on our way from Minnesota to Alabama for our honeymoon. WF referred us to a great company to tow us. The staff was really friendly and helpful and we got fast service and a great price. Highly recommend WF Hammers!

Highly recommend! I'll always take my business here, as I always have. Especially since my last experience! I bought a new tire and was driving home and the tire went flat. Pulled into Casey's station to get air and the air hose was out of order. Called Hammer's and they sent someone out with an air compressor. She pulled over until she saw me, got behind me and followed my car to make sure I made it back to Hammers safely. They fixed the issue for free. They went above and beyond. If it had been any other place, I'm sure I would have been on my own. Thank you Hammers tire!

Will not do business there again. I always thought the owner was a fair and honest guy, but he proved me wrong! Wouldn't even give 1 star. The Secretary can't do math! Would post a picture of the receipt which doesn't add up to what she had as the total, and no where near the total the owner quoted me . The receipt shows $50 shipping which shipping is free, and $40 oil change which I wasn't charged because I expressed how unhappy I was. She had to try everything to make the Total $1400 but still doesn't add up, but nice try! Total rip offs!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires so I stopped at Hammer's. In under five minutes they had the tire off, fixed, and back on! I have used them for years, and this is just one more reason why. AWESOME job!

Kindest people you'll ever meet. While placing tires on my daughter's car I watched the owner give a free tire to a couple who desperately needed it. They only had the funds to pay for one tire. However, the owner had the second tire mounted on the vehicle as well at no charge. He stated to the guys in the shop that he couldn't let the couple leave on a tire that was a hazard over $30.00.

WF Hammers Tires IncAsk the communityWow, I am super impressed. I called Hammers tires at 10:30 am ti ask about having my tires installed. He gave me a reasonable price. It took them 20 minutes to replace and balance 4 tires and have me back on road again.

Were driving from Iowa to Florida and noticed tires were out of balance. Pulled in no call ahead, staff was VERY nice made us coffee and gave us snacks. Everyone was professional and they had us all done in 20mins. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT PLACE A+

Bad start this morning having a flat tire. Ralph Jennings recommended this place as usual which is great!! The guy checked the tire and said the belt was broke. He got right to work on it. I didn't catch his name but he did an awesome job!! Thank you so much for your time and help.

After making my friend wait for an hour and a half the owners daughter said that the guy working on his tires was frustrated and ready to go home at 4:30, when they close at 5, so they sent my friend home with one tire and made him pay for both because of the "effort" that was put in for both. Called the owner the next day and instead of having a reasonable conversation he yelled and said I wouldn't understand because I don't do that for a living and that their sign out front says 8-5 and they don't stay over for any reason and then he hung up on me. That place is the biggest joke. Their terrible customer service is probably why they had to close down and reopen a few years later. Sadly, nothing changed. Plaza Tire in Benton however stayed open later for my friend and put on his tire for free after hearing how he was treated at Hammers Tire, I will gladly take my business there from now on.

Very helpful, friendly, and polite. You're not just a number here. They treat everyone with the same curtious manner. The service is quick and reliable. Definitely will use again and will recommend to others as well.

Every time I go there they figure something out for me. That's why I continue to go back to them and refer everyone I know. Man up there named James knows his way around a tire and is always happy to help. If you need tires, they're the place to get them!

Absolutely reccomend this place amazing staff, amazing owner, and amazing prices. I got a used tire almost like new $40. Can't beat this place if your low on money and need tires this place is worth it

Do Not Go To Hammer Tire!! Cheap prices low quality service. I had to replace a rim because they over torqued a lug but to the point I have to have my rim cut off. Even an extractor couldn't get it off. I will never go here again and will not reccomend to anyone. You get what you pay gor. Inept service!!

My family and I have been dealing with hamners for yrs now and I've been pleased with there sevice, cause my wife Will NOT let anyone touch her car except them. There friendlyness and prices are next to none no one compairs. I plan on doing all my tire buissness with hammers I would advise everyone do the same.

Very quick service with two used but nearly new tires. Fair prices. This is the go to place for used tires.
