You would be better gluing your car back together at this rate. I have had more problems out this cut rate shop than anywhere. Not only did it take three months for them to order the parts, most being the wrong ones, which they will argue that you re wrong about it (ordered base non-adaptive headlights when my car is equipped with them), my car came back with misaligned panels, a bumper that wouldn t clip back into place, among other things. 5 months without my car and couldn t even bother getting it fixed correctly. They drilled four nasty holes into my bumper to mount the front plate, warping the bumper and making it impossible to get caps for the holes. Took multiple trips to a mazda dealer to get it done right. Had to get a new grille with the parking sensors, my seat wasn t plugged back in correctly and didn t work, and the list goes on and on. I would never recommend anyone bring their car here.Service: Body & Trim

When you have real concerns about your car - go to Weeks. I can't say enough positive about the experience of going to Weeks Collision Center.We are all scared of getting the runaround from the insurance, and I was facing that. Weeks called my insurer directly negotiated the needed repairs and managed through.The work they did was great; it looks like I never hit that deer.If you want to find a dealership you can get real connections with, know they will have your back - Go To Weeks.

Took my car in for body work.Had a blow out in the rental car.They are saying for a tire and a bumper is 6500.Won't let me have my car back until I either pay them or my insurance pays. They have the claim number from my insurance company. And they still won't let me have my car.This can't be legal at all.Now I'm on foot and trying to get back and forth to work.Now I'm about to lose my job. Thank you Dan for causing me anxiety and loss of wages. I do not recommend them to anyone nor will ever use their services again. ThanksService: Body & Trim

Great customer service! Replaced some headlights for me and this where we always get repairs done when needed. The manager and assistant manager "goes way" to ensure quality service and above and beyond for their customers with quality workmanship from their "top notch" crew! Thanks to everyone at this shop for years of great service!

My family and I were headed up north when we hit a deer. The tow truck driver recommended Weeks. The people at Weeks were fantastic! They worked with the insurance company and got us a rental vehicle so we could continue on our way. They worked hard and got our vehicle back in tip top shape so we could pick it up as we made our way home a week later. Dan and his crew were so helpful and kept us informed during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Weeks!
