I've had my explorer for 25 days... 25 DAYS. And I have a cracked head. I haven't even made the 1st payment yet. They are legitimately taking advantage of people. I WILL be hiring an attorney and I hope they're ready for this fight because I'm not allowing people like them to take advantage of people. Even local people for that.

This place is disgusting, mean rude and hateful to say the least ..my car got removed and 18days later I went to pick it up and we had been robbed of everything. Tools ,Chai saws my gold Chain hanging fm mirror. They said it wasn't there prim

We bought a Toyota from them,my stepson bought a SUV.from them. We both are very happy with the the vehicles, and the payment every month is very doable.good service and friendly people are all part of the Ridgeway experience. I have bought 2 vehicles a Chrysler van and a Chevy Cruze from them i would recommend going here . Bret has done wonderful on answering questions. Sending the vehicles to the mechanic when somethings not right like the car overheated so it s in the shop other than that I would buy vehicles. From them out and all that was wrong with the car was the water pump so that s being fixed I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff here and they will help people find the right vehicle for them .

My family purchased a 2012 Suburban from Ridgeway s and were met not only with a great deal but with awesome customer service. We worked with Brett James and he bent over backwards to go above and beyond the sale of our new vehicle by seeing through to the end some follow up that took up extra time and energy on his part. Again, the customer service offered by most places doesn t deserve the name. Not true with our interactions with Brett. There was one particular issue that needed to be made right and Brett stuck to his word and made it right. Seriously thankful to have had such a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for vehicle.

Never buy a car or truck from here. Bought a truck with 160xxx miles on it. Took it to Toyota the first month I had it for a oil change. Toyota called me back later and said the motor was bad. The dealership put heavy duty oil in it so I wouldn't hear it knocking. They also told me it had a lot of frame damage. Toyota told me that is illegal to sell someone and the dealer didn't disclose this to me when I bought the truck. So I took the paperwork back to Ridgeway and they said Toyota was lying to me and they aren't going to help anything. So I had to junk a truck I just paid 17000 for

Please do yourself a favor and never purchase a vehicle here. They sell defective vehicles that will break down on you within 4 months of ownership. They will refuse to repair the vehicle. Don t waste your time here. They re very rude this place should be avoided at all costs. They re taking advantage of low income people

Came here today with my mother in law in Hope's to find her a new truck and Alan Murphy has been nothing less of amazing to deal with. It took 30 minutes to get her in a deal truck that she absolutely loves. I would recommend anybody to Ridgeway Motors. Great prices and very friendly staff.

Ridgeway's Auto Sales is the best! As an out of town buyer I relied on Alan Murphy to give me an honest overview of the vehicle before I made the long trip in. He did a complete walk around on the phone, answered all my questions, sent specific pictures I asked for, did a drive out on the vehicle and called me back to give me a report on how it felt to him. I was not disappointed when I arrived. Alan came in early to let me do a test drive and upon return we completed a very easy purchase at a fair price. Thanks Alan & Ridgeway's!

I purchased a Suburban and an F150 from these folks. I still have the pickup my ex took the suburban in the divorce. This place is by far the best at buying a vehicle. Rocky and the whole group are exceptional people. I can't praise them enough.

Wonderful Place, especially when you don't have wonderful credit. They have a Buy here Pay here lot, which has wonderful cars on that lot. Staff is very helpful and very friendly. They held my car for me for 4 days while I gathered my deposit.

I bought my 2016 gmc acadia Denali on February 23rd. I didn't have a need to check the a/c but now I find my ac has a leak. I think you all should fix it but I'm sure u won't. Smfh

I had plans to look at a vehicle here. I called before I left for an hour drive there and they said it was still available. I pull up to the lot and it was sold. The salesman there wouldn't tell me anything- he just stood there. Never dealing with them again

I'd give no stars if I could. Bought a car and after I made one month payment I ended up spendin over $400 on new brakes, rotors, and calipers. Then now a month later and I'm spending more and more on this car. They had to have know about some of the problems if not a! RIDICULOUS!
