Due to my vehicle breaking down on I57 I had to contact a local shop to tow my truck and hopefully repair it. I was almost 3 hours from home. The tow truck driver and nice lady working the desk is where this pleasant experience ended.After having my fuel pump replaced and a few other parts (supposedly) my truck began having problems. Throwing a check engine light for a small Evap leak as well as running rough.I was forced to take a shop closer to home where it was discovered there was no o ring installed on my new fuel pump causing this evap leak. And the fuel pump driver which caused the problems initially was supposedly replaced but the new shop concluded it looked original.So I called this shop back after discovering problems and they assured me it would be paid for since I had to have the same repairs done that they just did. So I filled out a warranty claim with their insurance but then come to find out they didn t have this insurance when my truck was repaired .Well Rodney assured me that we would figure something out but now my phone calls won t even get returned, shocking.If you don t want to have your vehicle repaired twice. Avoid this place like the plague.

Very expensive service $90 an hour for subpar work replaced my ball joints only to find torn boots they also charged me for an alignment that they couldn't do take my advice and take your vehicle to a reputable mechanic not this place.

Rodney was the guy I spoke with all the time. My truck broke down on the 23rd of December and that night they came, picked up my truck and towed to their location to replace a starter. They got the part on Christmas eve late and finished the job on the day after Christmas. We were stuck in a hotel with no wheels, rentals closed, so they delivered the truck to me in another city. Great service and nice folks.

Worst service around. They came to look at the truck at midnight and said they would have the part in the morning. They did not have the part until 1 PM. And try to charge us for all of that. The starter cost $250. Then they would not take a Visa credit card. So the man was left stranded with a full load. To make things more difficult, we say cash to the driver and he could only take out $700 a day. These people are very difficult because they said they take card during the initial phone call. I would advise anyone to be careful with these people!!!

Tow truck driver ripped my door handle off that they tried to charge me for. Truck left My house with it on. Sorry your guy ripped it off. Maybe take it out of his check and not my pocket. Other than that they got my truck in and finished at a reasonable time and price

These guys were great. We are from GA our truck went down during a run and we spent hrs on the side of the road trying to find someone to help. Finally someone pointed us in the right direction. Johnson's got us off the road and continued to work with us until we were able to get back and retrieve our truck. I wish they were in every state!

I had no idea my tire was about to catch a flat .I didn t even know it was close to that point, but it caught one on the highway. But I have nothing but great things to say about Johnson s Auto & truck repair service! They re timing is impeccable whether that s from arrival or getting your car/truck attached for the tow! I was a couple hours out and they get there and let their experience do the talking! Their pricing is incomparable without question! The worker who assisted me was Braden and he s a great guy who made the ride to my destination very pleasant! I will use them every time I have car issues, but I d highly recommend Johnson s Auto & truck to anyone!Service: Tires

Absolutely recommend these guys. Fast & friendly. After breaking down on a road trip for NC to MO we called the 24 hour service, they were to us within an hour. It was a repair that had to be done in the shop, they told us to be there at 730am and had us back on the road within 1.5 hours. Owner even brought my boys some breakfast.

These people are absolutely incredible. I pulled in from I-70 because of a loud groaning noise. The mechanics took my car out for a couple of test drives, diagnosed the problem (bad wheel bearing), ordered the part, and had my car completely fixed, all in a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. Honest and hard working experts that care about quality service. Wish I lived in the area so I could always get my car serviced here.Service: Tires

On our way to Tampa we were stranded as our cars check engine light kept flashing and the car was limping along. We called Johnsons and barely made it there. They were on it immediately, found the problem and got us back on the road within a couple hours. It was a blessing to get hooked up with them! And the price was fantastic for all the work they did. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys! It was great working with them. I would give them 10 stars but 5 is the highest. Thank you Johnsons!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Awesome people. Called for tire changing assistance and they offered to tell us a trade trick to save us the cost of the roadside assistance. The trick worked and we were on our way without having to get help. Thank you Johnson s.

Very Nice.Did a Good job..Although 3 days later it was OVER HEATING AGAIN??We Call and told them what had happened.Now? We JUST Paid $1700.00 ???Well they where Very Nice.a FELLA at the Shop called and told us to come get the Car..it was FIXED AGAIN.We had taken it in because it had a overheating Problems..Anyway AT The End of The Day..THEY FIXED THE FANS..COOLING FANS?? HUM?THEN IT COST 300.00 MORE!! THEY DID GOOD WORK! AND WHERE VERY NICE.

Brayden came out Friday after hours to mount a couple trailer tires we blew out on our way to South Dakota. Quick quality service! I gave him $10 for beer and gave him the night off! Lol

Had a dead battery in bus and called a place further away and they recommended Johnsons because they couldn't get to me for a few hours. When I called at 1030 pm a price was provided and the technician that showed up in a timely manner was polite and professional. No games no gimmicks he came and got right to work and got the job done.

So there I was, stranded, with a battery problem with the jeep.The knuckle-head owner before me had jury rigged my battery cables and I was looking at being stranded for a night in Illinois when I had another 700 miles to go!And then, right before I lost all hope! I was jumpstarted, and limped my way to Johnson's Auto & truck repair!These guys hooked up some new battery terminals to my jeep 15 minutes before closing!THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!Excellent customer service and professionalism!Rock on!

We just had the most amazing experience at Johnson's Auto & Truck Repair . We were on our way home to Michigan and unfortunately hit a deer, we just wanted a piece of mind and know the car was ok to drive home. Rodney and his team were so ridiculously nice to us , made us feel at home and assured us the car was driveable. Not only did he do that but also did a bit of repair without charging us. Can't recommend this place higher.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have had my car for months and refuse to fix it. They do not answer the phone and when they do they lie and say they are going to do something they have no intent on doing. I broke down on interstate in construction zone, they were there within 10 minites of phone call.I drive a Truck, they had me rolling within 15 min after ariving. Good enough to drive to there shop for repair! A++, great ppl, great service!

My car needed a new alternator while I was on the road to Atlanta. Not only was the service incredibly fast but they also were reasonably priced and friendly. I believe this place is called Johnson's Auto and although I wasn't happy that my car stopped, I'm glad it made it here.

EXCELLENT, in time, and professional plus good spirited with best pricing in the area. Family owned is a plus but they save me 2300 or more in charges for what was a relatively simple solution. Use them.

I am so happy there are still shops and people in this country to help us out on a Saturday morning while driving across the country and ran into truck issues. Jeremy and Rocky are absolutely amazing people! Thanks for all your help and honesty!

My tire busted while I was headed home on the interstate the man who picked me up was extremely helpful and nice. He got me into a new tire quickly and very cheap! I was able to make it back to alabama thanks to these guys! Thank y'all so much!

Their tire machine was down n ended up not being able to help me but the gentleman was very sweet over the phone n helped me find somewhere else that could get me immediate assistance.

I was stuck on the side of the road about 2 -3 weeks ago and I was in the middle of nowhere. The CEO came to pick me up, diagnosed my car, went to pick up my part , and change my alternator for me. Those guys were my angels in disguise. I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thanks guys!

These people lied to us for 3 weeks and would not answer our calls, for a job that should have been done in 6 hours. They are rude and not trust worthy! We highly do NOT recommend this place.

We were on a road trip and encountered engine trouble. These folks performed two diagnostic checks, fixed the problem, and we were back on the road in a half hour. Amazing!!
