Was cheap but you get what you pay for as I didn't even make it out of their parking lot after changing my tires and my rim and tire fell off my car

I had a pretty awful experience with these people. Had an emergency situation and needed 2 tires. Got them put on and had problems ever since. My car was shaking when I got on the interstate, it was pulling, and was rocking when I tried to brake. Had to take it in 2 more times for them to get it right!!! On second visit, one of the mechanics tried to blame my brake pads or routers. Had noi problem with either before the service from this shop. On the third visit, I had the older guy come up to me and say, "I found your problem. SOMEONE DIDN'T PUT ON THE RIGHT SIZE TIRE"!!!....WHAT?! Worst mechanical support I have ever had. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Heard good things purchased 2 new tires and actually told them to give me the most exspensive they had the owner informed me if I had any problems just to bring them back and it would be taken care of. 1 week later the new tire wouldn t hold air. I returned and owner told me nothing he could do so gave me a very used tire with bad valve stem. 3 months later a tire blew out on interstate and took rim and asked if anything they could do. Reminded them of the situation and was informed a new owner has taken over and they will no longer be giving things to customers. Was told had to pay $65 for another used tire. And wouldn t let me take tire and go to bank had to pay first and was treated rudely. Bottom line DO NOT USE THEY DO NOT KEEP WORD. Workers are great. Office personnel and ownership terrible business and rude.

Great cheap tires. But once you need to replace the tires they put on they won't come off. They put to much torque when putting the lug nuts back on. This has happened to me and my brother we bought tires two days apart.He had to cut his rim off. And they refused to help he noticed the problem the very next day. I have slow leak in one of my tires and can't do anything about the problem. I guess my kids and I will suffer due to their careless behavior.

We went there for the first time today to get a used tire and the experience was a good one. We got a decent used tire at a decent price with immediate, friendly service. We'll definitely be back the next time the need arises.

Bought 2 tires for $375 both went flat with holes etc.. within 3 mo. Wouldn t do anything to help out just said the girl is new owner and no more handouts. Wow

Best place in southern Illinois to get any tire service done. Also Jimmy himself is a character ... mean that in the best way . Friendly, funny , attentive , caring , and full of stories and experience .Great man Great experience . Great business. Recommend to everyone .

Not a good man to do business with!!! When you gave us credit I told you I would make sure it got paid and was even kind enough to make a payment on our account after the owner attacked me verbally at a public facility! People are so rude around here and do not gaf period. This situation could have and should have been handled properly. And FYI violence is NEVER the answer. Which is how you tried handling it violently against my husband yesterday. All I owe you is 40 bucks and have already had to replace all four that you sold me! I should have stayed with hammer's tires from the start.
